In Some Mansion - 5:00 a.m

" Gomu Gomu no BAZOOKKAA-!!" Click

"AH!"

A silver haired woman leaped up from her laying position on the sofa and turned to look at the culprit who turned off the TV. It was Celine, her manager.

The woman glanced at the remote in Celine's hand and jumped towards it as she tried to steal it back from her. But to no avail, Celine had expected her next move and calmly moved out of the woman's way.

" Joyce... As your friend, I'd let you watch your precious 'One Piece' but as your manager, I need to get you ready for the show" The manager said with an exasperated sigh.

The girl named Joyce blinked a few times and didn't dare to ask Celine about what she was talking about. Though she guess that her confusement was visible on her face as Celine sighed. " The show that you need to perform in two hours" The manager said calmly as she knew very well about her forgetful behaviour.

The idol in return, widen her eyes as she was reminded of her busy schedule and started to run around the room to gather her things as quickly as she can.

" What outfit am I wearing tonight?" She asked her manager, her back facing the manager, when she approached her complete make-up kit. And without missing a beat, Celine spontaneously replied " Glittery violet hat, dark violet crop top, skin tight black leather jeans with some hints of violet, leather black bondage shoes, fishnet on other areas and as per usual, the black mask".

Joyce hummed for a second, as she tried to imagine what look would be good to compliment the outfit, before picking some eyeshadows, eyeliner and such and putting them into a bag.

As soon as she finished running around and searching for things, she followed Celine into her van. The van took off immediately after she closed the door.

Joyce started applying her make-up for the top-half of her face as she listened to Celine, who was listing off the chronological order of what to do during the show from the very start.

Two Hours Later

Joyce had already changed into her outfit and now waiting for her cue to come up stage and perform for the crowd outside.

She was adjusting both the hat and the mask so that her eyes would be visible even from the crowd's perspective. She shook her hands as she tried to shake off her nervousness.

When she heard the cue, she clapped her hands a couple of times and said " Alright, okay! You can do this!!" to rile herself up before walking towards the stage.

At the sight of their idol, the crowd cheered as loud as they could while some even started chanting ' Shadow!! Shadow!!'.

Joyce smiled, even though they couldn't see it, and waved at them. She reintroduced herself to the crowd and teased them a bit before the music started.

The crowd became silent as the lights went off. With only one spotlight focused on her, she would have looked majestic if she had wore a lighter-coloured outfit.

When she sung, her voice resonates throughout the crowd. The song starts out calmly and the people in the crowd couldn't help but stay silent so they could be drowned in this moment. As the song progresses, it starts to build up and the lights also changed colours and positions on cue. After the first song, she continued singing a couple other songs.

All in all, the show went on without a hitch. At some point, the crowd even sang along with the chorus.

Not Far From The Crowd

Four guys in casual clothing were watching the show from a distance, yet only one fully paid attention to the woman on stage. The other three were watching both the woman and the one guy's expression simultaneously.

That one guy let out a tiny smile as he watched the performance, " She hasn't changed at all" He whispered through his breath, quite relieved at that thought.

One of the three guys laughed aloud and patted the first guy's back, " Dahahaha! I can't believe that you are actually friends with that woman. Introduce us, will you?" He said as he shamelessly wriggled his eyebrows.

The first guy rolled his eyes at his friend's shameless behaviour and decided to just ignore him, whike focusing back to the performance infront of them.

Another guy of the three took a whiff of his cigar before joining the conversation, " So, is she the one you kept on texting to on set?" He asked, smirking.

The first guy sighed as it seemed that they are not letting him off that easily while the fourth guy butted in " Hey hey, the show's almost over~ Shouldn't we wait her backstage?"

Backstage

The fourth guy laughed as they hid in the shadows, avoiding any possible eyes. " Fuffuffu~ Well well well, it feels like we're here to kidnap the poor thing" He joked.

They waited for a while as they hid in the shadows, when finally a petite woman wearing a mask walks out of the door backstage. She was bidding goodbyes to the people inside before closing the door and switching her focus to her phone in hand.

But before she could walk to the main street, the four strangers had already gotten up and approach her. Only when she noticed the shadow looming over her that she looked up to see who was blocking her path.

She was met with grinning faces from the three, while the first guy was blocked by the other guys. She widen her eyes at the sight before her and gasped when she recognizes those grinning faces.

" Oh my God" She gasped.

Her reaction only made their grins wider as they also realize that there is a possibility that she might actually be a fan of them.

Her next move only made them certain of their suspicion when she started stuttering to greet them.

The fourth guy laughed at her stutterings, " Fuffuffu~ Nice to meet you too, Doll. From what I'm seeing here, you are a fan of our work, yes?~" He said.

Joyce was speechless as she couldn't believe that he was actually talking to her. Or even they were standing right infront of her.

Right in this second.

She didn't trust that her voice would come out as she felt something in her throat was stuck with something, so she resorted to just nod. She also felt a little difficulty breathing, not knowing whether it was the mask's fault or the fact that some major stars were talking to her.

Even if she was wearing the mask, they could see the impact that they had on her and they weren't disliking it.

The silence went on for a while before the first guy sighed and walked closer to his friend so she could finally see him, and maybe have a reunion of sorts.

The girl snapped out of her daze when she heard footsteps from behind the three guys. When she thought her eyes couldn't have been anymore bigger, she felt it widen even more and her eyebrows rise as she grinned at the familiar face.

" -Ah!"
