Ten days later

I'm in my bed, texting with Christina. She told me that they are coming back from France and will be here in less than an hour.

I just woke up, but now.... Time to get up and be productive! I have to go to the supermarket and I need to buy some new clothes for me. My autumn/winter wardrobe sucks and I have to renew it.

First of all: I need a shower.

Leaving the bed in a mess I walk to the bathroom and undress myself completely and take a full, long, relaxing shower.

Once I'm done with it, I get out of the glass doors and wrap my body in a soft towel. Squeezing the excess water from my hair, I comb them and apply some straightening hair cream. Yes, today I want to try to completely straighten my hair, while I usually leave it natural, with waves.

I was just about to turn on the hairdryer when I hear the doorbell ringing. It must be the guys!

I exit the bathroom to open the door.

"Helloooo! We are back!" exclaims Christina with a smile on her face.

"Hi guys.... Sorry Chris, I just had a shower and...."

"Oh no no, don't worry"

Chris & Chris finally get in and I get back to the bathroom to finish with my hair. After that I simply put on clean underwear, a pair of short shorts and a crop top.

I look damn good today!

Happy to see this reflection of me on the mirror, I walk to the kitchen to find my friends eating some bread with peanut butter and a coffee.

I'm hungry too, I probably should eat something.

"Is there some leftover coffee?" I ask.

"Yes there's s.... Omg Miné you look SO good!" Christina tells me as she turns around on her stool.

"Thank you...."

Chris stays silent not to potentially get his girlfriend mad, but nods at her statement.

"Are you going somewhere?"

"Yes. We basically have nothing in the fridge, so I'm going to the mall even to buy some clothes for this autumn"

"Oh nice!"

"Do you want to come too?" I ask her.

"Um, no thank you. We are pretty tired and I think we'll just join the bed"

"ok then. I'll be back for lunch"

Going out of the apartment with my bag on the shoulder, I get down to the ground floor in the newly repaired elevator and to the parking lot, where my car is located.

The car ride feels pretty long and boring, especially because today there's nothing interesting on the radio.
I'll have to put all my music in a USB stick and keep it in here to entertain myself with some nice stuff.
Too bad I always forget about it!!!

I finally park the car at the mall, lock it and enter the building, feeling the air conditioner over my head.

First of all, I'm going to buy some new clothing items for my wardrobe. I need two pairs of jeans, maybe one pair of different pants, some t-shirts and a jacket.

I also need a sweater, but I saw something that I really like on a website. Yeah I think they was... Mhhh..

I have to spend the less possible today, to be able to buy me one of his items, because they are really expensive.

I enter the first shop, where I can't really find anything that I like, so I move to the second.

I found a really cute top, that I immediately bought. There were also a pair of jeans that I liked, but, as always, they didn't have them in my size.

Moving to the third shop then! Which is the well known H&M.
I don't really buy a lot from it, but I really like their fall/winter collection this year.

Thank God, this will make me save a lot of money.

I was just about to enter when my phone goes off.

It's Christina.

"Hello! Christina?!"

'Miné..... Look at Martijn's Instagram stories.'

"one moment....."

I immediately open Instagram and look for Martijn's page.
Tapping on the few stories he has, the last one leaves me with a shock:

"Coming back home! Finally!"

Holy shit.

"Do you think he's really....?"

'Yes I do'

"Christina. Phone him and..... You know. I'm busy now and I just want to hurry up and get home!!!"

'Yes boss! See you in a while'

Closing the call I get into the shop and buy what I like. I bought a pair of leather pants, two pairs of jeans and a shirt. This will do for now. I only need a leather jacket now, since I got leather pants.

I can easily find one at TOPSHOP.

OK! Now time to buy that few things at the supermarket and literally run home to get ready. Martijn could be here in less than an hour, considering that the Instagram story was of three hours ago.

I quickly buy milk, bread, some vegetables, meat and some care products and get back home straight away.
I think I never parked the car this quick.

I run upstairs and open the door of my apartment, only to find Christina busy with dusting and Chris cooking lunch. For four persons.

"Martijn is coming for lunch" Christina tells me.

"I noticed"

"Did you buy everything?" she asks me.

"Yes, I probably forgot something because of the moment but.... Yeah"

I leave the supermarket bags on the kitchen counter and bring the rest to my room.

Then I go to the bathroom and fix my hair and makeup, which were a mess because of the run.
I don't know if I should change my clothes... Well, nevermind!

Since I also need to use the toilet, I lock the door and do my business. Too bad that, just when I was in the middle of it, the doorbell rings.
