On the other side of town, Arlong was scaring the citizens as he walked down in the area. He was still looking for Buggy, but find no luck.

He don't care that they were afraid. He then stopped and saw a flyer advertising a circus that was performing the weekend. He noticed one of the clowns looked like Buggy who was beside an acrobat dancer girl. He then smirked thinking now he knew where to find him. He must've brought more performers for his pirate crew in this new world. So he decided to look for the circus.

"Hey!"

He turned around seeing a yellow and red clown with a man with a top hat.

"He looks great for our show, boss," the clown said to his boss.

"Sir, I see you're interested in my circus, would you like to join? You look perfect to be the star."

Arlong liked the thought of that. The star. So he agreed.

"This isn't what I had in mind." Arlong frowned inside a cage carrier with a sign above him labeled "Freaks".

"It's just a word we use to attract the customers," the man explained nervously.

"And what about the biggest freak of all? The one with giant red nose who splits his body into pieces?!" Arlong growled.

The men looked at each other and figured he was on drugs or something. He did look like he'd just escaped from a lab or something.

Buggy was nearby when he heard this. He was with Ruby since she was showing him around the circus grounds. But she froze seeing a new member of the freaks. He then noticed her and she shivered as if she had a bad vibe from him. Suddenly Buggy bursted out laughing seeing Arlong in a cage under the "Freak" sign.

Arlong frowned at him when he saw Buggy and his teeth gritted together as he growled.

"You deserve to be in there!" Buggy laughed.

"And so do you, clown!" Arlong growled.

"Uh, no! Out of the two of us, which one bites the sh!t out of people and is literally half fish!!"

He then froze, wondering if Ruby would be offended because of her being a siren. She then hid behind Buggy looking scared of Arlong. She didn't take his comment as an insult.

Buggy backed up and tucked Ruby safely against him with his arm around her. He then hurried Ruby back to her room and locked the door.

"Stay away from him. Stay away from his cage at all times. He's dangerous and he hates me. I will warn your folks about him."

"....he looks dangerous." Ruby shivered, tearing up.

Buggy hugged her, "he is. That's why you have to stay away from him, promise me, Rubes?"

"I promise." Ruby nodded.
