Power information: He can talk to sea creatures and ask them to do tasks for him. He can breathe underwater and swim at unnaturally fast speeds for a human. At sea he can sink ships with ease with a storm but on land this power is almost useless. He can however provide faint light in complete darkness using either his fingertips or his eyes. He can bend water to his will but this tires him more than his other abilities.
