[Naruto's Pov]

*Beep Beep Beep Beep Be-*

I groaned and slapped my hand on the snooze button. If I slapped it any harder i'm positive it would have broken. I sat up and stretched, probably looking like a total weirdo, and slipped out of bed taking my phone with me. 

As I made my way into my closet to get dressed for work I opened my phone to see I had gotten a text from Kiba, It read...

I smiled at the text and texted back.

Naruto
Morning to you too <3 xoxo

I shut off my phone and tossed it on my dresser as I went into my closet and pulled out my work clothes. I got dressed and brushed my hair into place before doing my other necessities like brushing my teeth, putting on deodorant, etc.

Once I was done I grabbed my phone and gave Sasuke a little kiss on the forehead. He meowed and slowly stood up stretching. I smiled and rubbed his stomach earning a purr from him.

"Alright Sasuke, I have to go to work and won't be home until about 7pm. It's 6am right now, so..." He meowed and stood up, walking over to me. I was currently bent down to the bed's level and he jumped on my shoulder and meowed. Carefully standing up, I assumed he wanted a ride down the stairs, I walked downstairs and into the kitchen.

I pulled out some tomatoes and fed him them once more as I made my own breakfast, Eggs. Once I finished making the food I ate it, ignoring the toothpaste taste. Putting the stuff into the sink for me to do later, I picked up Sasuke. Careful not to get any cat fur on my uniform I kissed his head and se him down near the couch.

"Bye." I called as I grabbed my keys, locked the door, and left. The walk was only about 20 minutes away which I didn't mind, It's exercise which I sorta need, not gonna lie.

[Sasuke's Pov]

Once I heard the door shut after Naruto had said 'bye', I raced to the window, where I could get a perfect view of the road and sidewalk, and watched him slowly fade into the distance. Quickly but carefully I shifted and ran into his room.

I was currently naked, because clothes don't shift with you at all, had to learn that the hard way..

I grabbed some of his clothes.

He won't mind, right? I thought to myself as I slipped on a black V-neck, some skinny jeans, boxers, and surprisingly I even fit into his shoes. I carefully taped my tail around my leg so it wouldn't pop out, and as for my ears, I think a simple beanie can cover that. 

After doing so, I quickly ran outside, taking a key with me. I haven't been outside in about a day which is unusual considering my last home. I looked both ways and ran the opposite direction from where Naruto had gone. 

I had to go into town which looked to be a half an hour away, if you didn't know any shortcuts, but luckily I know quite the bit. I ducked underneath a fence which was torn open for some odd reason and quickly made my way through the alley way. There were a couple puddles which I avoided so Naruto wouldn't be too suspicious.

After taking a few more shortcuts, I had arrived in town only to be greeted by a mob of people trying to shop.. at 7:30 in the morning?

This place is crazy... I think to myself as I casually make my way through the crowd, only shoving a few people while I was at it. In all fairness they shoved first!

Once I was through the crowd, I looked around and smiled when I saw what I was looking for. The White haired blob stealthily made her way through the people and away from a shop with an angry looking man. 

I chuckled.

I walked over to her retreating form and put my hand on her shoulder. Wasn't my smartest move because in a matter of seconds the purple-eyed girl had flipped me over and onto my back. On the brightside I could have landed on the puddle next to me and ruined the boy's clothes but I didn't..

"Oh gosh, Sasuke! You should know better than to sneak up on me like that!" She whisper-yelled at me. I chuckled again, despite the pain in my lower back, and picked myself up off the ground.

"Sorry Aya.. I didn't mean to but you were walking pretty fast." She smiled and flipped her hair lightly.

"So what did you want to see me for?"

"I-I have a debt to repay and I was wondering If you knew where I could find him.."

"Sasuke. No, No, No, No, No, No... Please tell me you didn't get involved with the Eight-Tails." She pleaded with worry filled eyes. I didn't answer.

"Sasuke.." She said in a now threatening tone. I sighed.

"I wish I could but my mother taught me not to lie, it's wrong.." I told her in a hushed voice. She groans and slaps her forehead lightly.

"Damnit Sasuke!" She curses walking over to the alley wall and leaning her back onto it. "Those guys are dangerous. For a n-" She pauses and looks around. Walking up to me she says in an almost whisper,

"For a fucking Neko like you, they'll either skin you alive or kill you right on the spot. Because let me tell you this.. Neko skin/fur is worth so much more than some damn debt to them!"

"I know but if I don't pay back the debt i'm failing my mother! M-My family!"

"Ugh. This is so frustrating, how much do you owe anyways?"

"About 3 thousand.." I answered. She sighs and I can see her relax a little.

"Well it's not too bad. I mean you can obviously earn that in about a week tops if you work hard and hit all the right spots, right?" Now it was my turn to sigh.

"I don't like to steal.."

"You aren't failing your mother by stealing, Sasuke. Your mother had told us both stealing was wrong but sometimes it was needed in order to survive. Remember when we stole that bucket of fish and got a whole big lecture on how it was wrong since we had roofs over our heads at the time.." I smiled at the memory. 

You see, Aya, is like a sister to me. Sure she wasn't a Neko but she had some Neko blood in her. We've known each other since we were about 5 and let me tell you we have gotten in so much trouble back then..but we made it through.

"I guess. I already have about 3 hundred from Mr. What's-his-face. I can't remember,"

"Mr. What's-his-face? Amazing Sasuke Amazing.." She joked. I laughed along with her as we talked more about our lives.

"So anyways about this debt.. You're serious about paying him back?" I nodded.

"Well I might as well help a brother in need, right?"

"Aya, I don't want you getting yourself killed bec-" She cut me off.

"That's what family is for.." I smiled at her and pulled her into a hug. After a few minutes we pulled back. I opened my mouth to say something when the clock tower said it was almost 6. Naruto would be home soon. I've been out here for a while..

"Shit." I cursed and Gathered my beanie that had fallen off my head.

"W-What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I just have somewhere I have to be.. and soon."

"Sasuke, is there something I should know?"

"I guess? I don't know how about I'll come back Wednesday around noonish and we'll talk about it okay?" She nodded and gave me a hug before I darted in the direction I had came from.
