There are people like Lexi
Who act joyful and happy
But deep down inside
They have social anxiety.

There people like Addie
Who act happy and silly
But deep down inside
They have an urge for killing.

There are people like Selene
Who have a shoulder to lean
But deep down inside
They're scared of family seeing.

There are people like Anika
Who seemed so sad to leave us
But deep down inside
They're escaping classmates judgement.

There are people like Kayla
Who people find strange
But deep down inside
She's supporting her friends.

Then there are people like me
Who act happy and loving
But deep down inside
We call for help crying.

Everyone has a secret.
Maybe find it before judgement.
Sometimes all it takes.
Is an act of kindness to make.
