Sooo I was reading a meme book but then I saw this!

Sooooo Wait..if "the second one is true", according to the first sentence, then why does the second sentence say it's not true and that the first is false! But that means the second statement isn't true.....so it IS  true but that means that the first sentence is a lie.....Wait What?
