"Ravenclaw!"

Mora sighed in relief, looking over to Zypher again.

She gave her a wink and a smirk, and then clapped.

The Ravenclaw table let out loud cheers as Mora walked over. She sat down with Cedric on the other side at the Hufflepuffs table. He gave her a charming smile, and she returned it with a grateful one.

When Neville got called, he stumbled up to the stool. The hat sat on his head for about a minute, before it put him in gryffindor. And Mora was thrilled when Ron was also a gryffindor.

After "Gandalf '' made a speech, tons of food appeared on the tables. Mora's mouth watered in anticipation, and Zypher could be seen clearly stuffing her face. They never had bad food at home, but they had never been given this much good food at once.

After a bit, Zypher decided to chat with Harley. The red head was currently eating ham and sweet potatoes, with a side of green beans.

"So, you're a muggle-born? How did you convince your parents to let you go to a boarding school?" Zypher asked Harley, causing the girl to pause her eating and swallow.

"Actually, I'm not the one who convinced my dads. Professor Mcgonagal came to my house on my eleventh birthday. She gave my family the letter personally, though I heard that's true for all muggle-borns. My dad was skeptical, but my father handled it. Next thing I knew, I was sorted into Slytherin." She rambled, then turned to face the green eyed first year.

"Little tip, Zypher. Establish your power in this house quickly, before someone else does. Slytherin is the toughest house to fit in, and anyone who doesn't, gets hurt. Best way to show power, I asked myself last year? Pranks." Harley smirked, getting a truly evil one in return.

"Oh ho ho...Z and I am sure going to have some fun here..."

Meanwhile, Mora was shyly eating some pizza. Her eyes were subtly scanning the Ravenclaw table for anyone untrustworthy. But she was almost jumping out of her shoes when she heard someone say her name.

"Pst! You're Mora Kenson, right?"

A girl with short black hair sat next to her. She had bright blue eyes, with sharp but kind features, and wore robes with blue highlights. Her bangs hung just above her eyes, making her nose stand out.

She had a nice vibe coming from her, so Mora decided to nod.

"I'm one of Cedrics friends. The name is Cho Chang. He told me about you on the way up here. I just thought based on what he told me, you seem like an interesting person to be friends with." She smiled, causing the purple haired girl to blush in embarrassment.

"I'm a pure-blood, and a Ravenclaw, as you can tell." Cho told her while taking a sip of orange juice.

"And you're in your second year, age 12 as of recently. You have good grades, and based on the paper cut on your finger, you love reading." Mora blurted out before covering her mouth, causing Cho to chuckle.

"I knew I could get you to do it, just like Cedric told me. You're bloody brilliant. You'll fit right in with us Ravenclaws." She smirked, then Cho picked up Mora by her arm.

She led her over to where Cedric was sitting. Two other hufflepuff boys were chatting with him, something about quidditch? Anyways, Cedric smiled when the two Ravenclaws sat down.

"Cho, my cheese pizza was over there." Mora deadpanned at her new friend, who laughed.

"We have more pepperoni pizza here, Mora." Cedric chuckled, sliding a plate of pizza to her.

"Oh, look at that..." The icy blue eyed girl grimanced.

"Wait, have you never tried pepperoni pizza?!" One of Cedric's friends asked, causing Mora to meekly shake her head.

"Merlin, you have to! It will change your life!" Cho exclaimed, pushing the plate closer to the shy girl.

Mora slowly picked up a piece, bringing it to her mouth and hesitantly taking a bite.

It was an explosion of flavor. Garlic, tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. It tasted like nothing she had ever eaten. Her pupils widened in surprise, and she started chewing more eagerly.

The two hufflepuff boys laughed, then introduced themselves as Danny Aster and Gray Tooler.

"So, what was that you boys were talking about before we sat down?" Mora asked curiously, causing all three of them to grin.

"Only the best sport known to the wizarding world!" They exclaimed, making Cho laugh.

And then the four of Mora's new friends started to explain everything about quidditch. All the balls, their functions, and the hoops. They even went on a rant about the different brooms, and how the ones they had currently compared nothing to the new module. The Nimbus 2000.

"Is there a commentator?" Mora asked curiously, thinking her ability to ramble would be of use.

"For that, you will want to speak to Lee Jordan. He is the current holder of that job, but he would be more than eager to take on an apprentice." Cedric smirked, pointing over a boy with dark skin and brown twirled hair sitting at the Gryfindor table.

The boy was laughing along to a joke his friends, Fred and George, had just said.

"It shouldn't be too hard to convince him. Seeing as you're pals with the Weasley twins, they can assist. It will be a piece of cake." Cedric told Mora, then slid a piece of cake her way.

"Ooo, red velvet!" She exclaimed happily, causing Cedric to chuckle fondly.

He blushed slightly when Danny, Gray, and Cho caught him with smirks on their faces.

"Come on, Mora. The prefects are gathering all the first years now, but if we are stealthy, we can sneak you out before they notice. We Ravenclaws choose our roommates, and I've already claimed you among the others." Cho suddenly said, and quickly shuffled Mora out of the great hall.

Cedric watched them leave, with a silly grin on his face.

"So, she's now a part of our group, correct? I thought you said you would never invite someone over right after meeting them?" Danny teased, Gray and him giving their Hufflepuff companion smirks.

"Fuck off, you two." Cedric grumbled, embarrassed.

From afar, Zypher grinned when she saw Mora leaving with someone. She finished up her food, and walked further down her table to find Alec. He smirked when he saw her, and he got ready to go.

"Eager as always to explore, Zyph." He said, leading her out of the great hall.

"I see Mora has become friends with Pretty Boy Diggory." Alec said after some time, walking up some stairs.

"You know it. They ran into each other on the train. Quite literally." Zypher smirked, taking in the tall staircase.

"Think you saw anything there?" Alec asked with a playful smirk as he pulled her onto a moving staircase.

"Oh definitely. The tension could be sliced with an enchanted knife. Mora will be too fucking oblivious to do something about it though, so we'll be waiting till at least fifth year."

"Actually, I'll bet you Mora will get the courage to confess by the middle of fourth year. Interested?" Alec asked, turning around a corner.

(I'm a foreshadow bitch)

"Winner gets 5 gallons. Loser has to do something embarrassing at their graduation." Zypher replied with a smirk.

They shook hands, sealing the deal.

They laughed as they continued exploring, avoiding Filch numerous times.

(Let's get back to our shy Ravenclaw, shall we?)

By the time Cho and Mora reached the Ravenclaw tower, they were both tired from the amount of stair climbing they had done.

"How the fuck do you guys do this everyday?!" The purple haired girl exclaimed through heavy breaths.

"We get in shape eventually. It's just that three months off exercise is something that's always going to haunt us." Cho chuckled, approaching a statue.

It came to life, and then spoke.

"What isn't made of wood, has no locks, and no pirates in search of it, yet still holds golden treasure inside?"

"Mora, care to answer?" Cho asked, stepping aside.

Mora grinned as she stepped in front of the statue, already knowing.

"It's quite simple. Eggs." She answered with confidence, making Cho chuckle again.

The statue slowly backed up, the slide out of the way into the wall. A short hallway was shown, and the two Ravenclaws followed it into a large area. Mora's face quickly morphed into one of shock.

An enchanted ceiling made to look like the night sky, with tiny planets floating around. Shelves of books were laid up against almost all walls, with couches and bean bag chairs everywhere in sight. There was a hole in the floor, viewing into another level of the common room. Candles were slowly flying around the area, with books accompanying them.

Big glass doors opened up to a balcony, with a gorgeous view of the landscape and castle. Students of all ages were sitting around either reading, or catching up with their friends. Sounds of spells being practiced filled Mora's ears, who looked as though she had entered heaven.

"Welcome to bookworm paradise. AKA, the Ravenclaw common room." Cho grinned, pulling Mora to a staircase on the right.

"You guys live here?!" She exclaimed, still in awe of her new home.

Her house could fit in here twice!

"Just wait until you see our room."

As they walked up the stairs, they made a right and walked to the end of the hall. Doors were on either side of them. They entered a door at the end of the wall, and Mora grinned when she saw the room.

Four beds were on either corner of the huge room. A bookshelf and a dresser were next to them. A small couch was against the wall, and two bean bag chairs were in the room. All four beds sported blue curtains and sheets, with bedside tables at their sides.

"We have one roommate. She's a third year student named Xandra Ottercup." Cho said, sitting down on her bed.

"This...is going to be fun."

It was around 12:00 when Alec and Zypher reached the dungeons. They had a long conversation, and set up numerous pranks around the castle. They were very tired when they reached the entrance of the Slytherin common room.

A large snake was carved into the wall, and was obviously the guard.

"Toujour Pur" Alec said to it, and it hissed.

(Translation: Always Pure)

It started to unravel, and shaped in an archway.

They walked through the passageway, and squinted because it wasn't lit by any candles. They soon reached a large area, with stone floors and walls.

Green couches were all around the room and tables and coffee tables sat everywhere. Candles were floating in the air, and a large archway led to a room with a huge window looking into the giant lake. A stone wall had a lit fireplace that sparked green.

"Finaly you show up."

Zypher turned to a small cusion chair next to the window, only to see Harley Pysic.

"Can't just start classes tomorrow without knowing where they are." She told the red head as Alec went to bed.

"Or without setting up some pranks." Harley said, standing upland grabbing her friend's arm.

"We're sharing a room." She said simply as she took her down a hall that was a bridge over a stream.

They entered a room that was the same as all the other houses, each sporting their own color.

Four beds were on either corner of the huge room. A bookshelf and a dresser were next to them. A small couch was against the wall, and two bean bag chairs were in the room. All four beds sported green curtains and sheets, with bedside tables at their sides.

Five minutes later, Zypher was lying down on a bed thinking about Mora.

"Good night, Z."
