3rd POV
A young boy ran with a brunette female, both playing with wooden swords, both with smiles on their faces. Their swords collided, the sound of wood hitting each other. The twelve year olds smiled as they continued "fighting". The wooden swords are used now after the brunette female accidentally cut the boy across the left eye with a knife, weirdly it healed over night, shortly after a swim for that matter.
The boy goes by the name Y/N and the girl goes by the name Penelope.
Penelope: hey Y/N. I know we're having fun and all, but we aren't allowed out this far, the Cyclops could always be around.
Y/N: we'll be fine, we are still close to the house in case anything happens.
Penelope: alright....as long as you're right.
Y/N: great, now put them up!
The two continued to play with their swords. A man on the rocks nearby watched the kids, he had a black beard with ocean blue eyes. He looked at the boy and smiled.
?????: now this is interesting.
Within a second he disappeared and was at the lake at the house on the rocks. Along the road he saw something move as he smiled. He let out a whistle, attracting the attention of the creature.
?????: a show to watch.

The sound of a roar was heard in the distance as the two continued playing.
Penelope: what was that?
Y/N: that's by the house!
The two children ran towards the house to see there father in the grasp of a cyclops
Penelope: daddy!
Father: Run!
The cyclops shoved the man into its mouth and the blood flew out.
Penelope: no!
The Cyclops reached into the house and picked up the children's mother and looked at the kids with an evil smile.
Y/N: Mommy!
Mother: Kids! Get out of here!
The cyclops began to crush her within its grasp, sequencing her and breaking her bones.
Mother: GAAAAAAAH!
The cyclops bit down on woman and tossed her legs in front of them. It then roared out and walked heavily towards them. Y/N ran over to Penelope and ran with her.
Penelope: Y/N! What happened?!
He continued running, only to come off the ground. Penelope was grabbed by the giant, tears filled her eyes as Y/N held on to her hand. The Cyclops grabbed Y/N and threw him to the side, making him hit a tree and breaking a few bones. He looked at the Cyclops while his sight remained as the creature lifted Penelope into the sky and dropped her into its mouth. It brought together its jaws as her arm flew upwards and landed on the ground in front of it.
Y/N: no.....
Tears filled his eyes as the cyclops walked over to him and went to pick him up. It then looked over by the house and walked off. Y/N couldn't move as tears left his eyes, crying on the ground as he let out a massive scream. The blood stained into the ground as the sky darkened above and rain began to pour, washing away the blood, and hiding the tears Y/N was letting out.
