Cheese Cake POV:

I woke up to Skyla sitting on my bed, her backpack resting on her back making her unable to fly.
Skyla: Let's go before mom and dad wake up!
Me: Okay, just lemme get Boneless and my brush and I will be ready.
Skyla: Who's Boneless?
Me: This is him! *holds up Boneless the rubber chicken*
Skyla: Oh, okay!
We silently made our way to the river, where Cranky was waiting. I knew Cranky because my mom was "friends" with him, even though he hates loud ponies like my mom was. Skyla told him to get us to the Forbidden island, and she would pay him back when we returned. Cranky thought that was a good deal for a couple of fillies, so he let us go on the ride.
Skyla: I'm so glad your able to see your parents one last time before Celestia finds their bodies.
Me: Thanks for everything, your such a nice sister. I've never had a brother or sister until now...
Skyla: Hush sis, I'm glad your my sis too because I didn't have a sister either!
Cranky: So, one of you guys are adopted?
Me: I am, my parents died at the Forbidden Island.
Cranky: Sorry about your loss kid.
I sat beside Skyla in silence and she was started to worry about me. Cranky was whistling to himself, which made me a little happier. Skyla was falling asleep on my shoulder,which I've gotten used to since the twins would do that a lot. I saw the island in the distance, the sun rising behind it made the island itself look gorgeous!
Me: Skyla, wake up sis!
Skyla: Wha? Oh, were almost there already!
Cranky: Do you wanna stop here? Its still part of the island, but it's said to have an ancient tribe of changelings here...
Skyla: OKAY!!!
Me: Its fine with me!
Cranky dropped us off, and Skyla was jumping up and down in excitement.
Skyla: I wonder if we can find atleast one changeling around here! I wonder if they are friendly?
Me: My mom fought a huge army of them, so I'm sure they aren't friendly.
Skyla nodded her light pink head, and her pink,purple,light blue and yellow mane bobbed up and down with her. I like how pretty she is, I'm glad she's my adopted sister, well I'm the adopted one around here. Skyla gasped as she looked at the prymid that we found.
Skyla: I wonder is anyone lives here anymore... Good thing I brought a flashlight!
Me: Boneless, please save me!
I held Boneless and he didn't do anything, he just sat on my back. I wonder why my mom always carried him when dad wasn't around, maybe she was that lonely without him. Skyla walked closer to the temple, and a changeling stepped infront of us, her eyes full of happiness.
????: Hai, I'm Saphrina! I'm so so so glad I'm not alone anymore!
Me: Saphrina? Your a changeling that isn't gonna eat ponies?
Saphrina: Why would I do that?
Skyla: She's used to the evil changelings... Its not anypony's fault.
Saphrina: oh, okay! Feel free to explore the temple, no one is alive in there. Not even my parents....
Me: My parents are dead too, so I feel your pain.
Skyla: So, let's explore! Wanna come with us Saphrina?
Saphrina: Okay, but don't mind if I start crying when I see my parents.
Me: I don't mind, Boneless is the only thing I have left of my parents.
Skyla: Am I the only one with their parents that are still living?
Me and Saphrina: Yep, you are.
Skyla: Into the temple we go!
Me: To find some precious booty!
Saphrina: And we can be free from the pain of our home!
All of us: When we find the gold!!!!
Me: What the heck was that all about?
Saphrina: I have no idea, but I look ugly!
Saphrina didn't look too ugly, knowing that she was a changeling. She had a short mane and tail, and it was navy blue with light blue streaks in it. Her body was black, an normal body color for a changeling, an she had holes in her legs. Her eyes looked like Chrissy's, and she had the weird looking wings and horn, making her also an alicorn. Am I the only earth pony I know? Nope, I know tons of earth ponies, but they were back at home. I wish that I can know how my parents died... I will find out someday!
Skyla: sis, look at this room!
I focus on the room full of gold and stuff, and Saphrina didn't mind us taking all that we could carry. And that was everything inside that room, we all are seriously strong little fillies, aren't we? Well, Skyla was using her magic to carry the gold. Saphrina showed us to the castle which looked very familiar, I think I've seen this place before... I don't remember that much. I wonder why? Skyla was instantly amazed, and she wanted to live here with me and Saphrina. Our changeling friend let us in every room, except for the throne room.
Me: Saphrina, can you let us in this room?
Saphrina: I have never seen what's inside, I can't get the locks off of the door.
Skyla: Well, lemme see if I can use my magic to open that.
Me: Nah, lets see the other rooms first.
I'm glad I said that, because I heard a faint voice whisper "Thank You sweetie!"
Me: No problem mom, no problem at all.
Faint Voice: Cheese Cake? Is that you sweetie?
Skyla: OMG WHO ELSE HEARD THAT!?!?!
Me: I did, that's my mom's voice... she's still here, but as a ghost.
Skyla: I don't understand your family at all.
Saphrina: Neither do I, but if her mama wants us to stay outta there, let's just do that!
My mom made herself appear as a ghost in front of me and my friends, her blue eyes were filled with tears.
Mom: Sweetie, please don't let Celestia know about this place! I will let you see why in a moment...
Skyla: A-a G-ghost?
Me: Mom! Lemme hug you one last time, please?
Mom: Come here Cheesie!
I ran up to my mom, my eyes were filled up with tears. My dad appeared and joined in the hug, I smiled as I look at them one last time.
Me: Goodbye mom and dad, I will protect your secret... Forever...

Cheese Cake is seeing her parents, or is she dreaming? Nopony knows...
