I sat on my bed, while thinking after a call from my brother at 7 am, in the morning. He's actually worried about me? He wants me to come back? Doesn't he understand it's dangerous for me?

I ruffled my hair at the thought of my brother being like this. He usually thinks about everything he does and thinks about the risks. There's an obvious risk that he cannot overlook, I am an infamous ghoul that will be targeted by other ghouls and the CCG. It's better for me to be in a less-known area like here; especially since there are no reporting of any ghouls being here.

He's a secret idiot. I thought whilst looking at the screen that showed his contact page.

I sighed before feeling a buzz from my phone. I saw a notification from Uta so I opened the message app, looking at his recent message. 'Hey, lil' devil. I'm in town so meet me at the cafè called Sweet Things. It's right near your school, so you shouldn't get lost trying to find it. See you there in 10 minutes.'

I replied, secretly thanking him for telling me where it is. 'Okay, I'm free today. See you there, big tattoo.'

I started getting changed into a suitable outfit which would consist of something comfortable. So I chose a grey blue sweater, skinny black jeans with white, worn out high tops. I grabbed a few of the black piercings I own and chose two black one on each ear.

I went into the bathroom, carrying the outfit. I got changed then carefully put in the contacts before blinking rapidly and moving it in correctly. I started to brush my teeth, deciding to eat after the meet up. I looked into the mirror, seeing someone I don't recognise; that's right, it's not me.

It's Yuu Takeshi Cross.

I sighed aggressively before walking back into my room, grabbing my phone and shoving into my back pocket. I started walking out of my room, closing my door, locking it with my key. Thank you for that, Uncle Kaien.

By habit, I started walking in twisted directions before walking down the stairs, surprising myself with how fast I memorised the layout. I saw no one in the living room, hearing no one even awake. I sauntered to the front door before opening it and walking along the wide path.

I followed the path from memory, seeing the forest on the side, that I had ran through to get into town. I shook my head, before speeding towards the gate that was just on the horizon of my sight. I shoved my hands into my pockets, walking as fast as I could without using my abilities.

Then I saw a familiar pair standing in the area that I need to pass to go to the gate. Damn it, technically that Zero guy recognised me so I might need to convince him to keep it a secret. I thought while smirking intensely.

I walked through, seeing them turn my way, "It's you again!" Zero shouted while storming over towards me. "Yeah, I might need to talk to you later, especially about that attack you planned." I said lightly while smirking once again. He growled before the girl walked over, "You look familiar." She muttered while squinting at me. "I wonder why." I winked at her, I guess Zero kept it to himself.

She blushed slightly before shaking her head, "Do you have permission to go out?" My eyes widened in shock at what she asked.

"Why do I need permission?" I whined like a child, making the girl smile slightly and giggle a bit. "Do I need your permission..." I grabbed her hand while my hand tilted her head up, pausing for her to tell me her name. "Y-Yuki." She whispered, blushing heavily.

"Well, do I need your permission, Yuki?" I whispered into her ear, deepening my voice when I said her name.

She shivered slightly, "I guess I can let you out." She muttered before I backed away from her slightly. "Okay then, thanks and see you on Monday when you are pushing away the fan girls and guys." I stated, smirking with a wink towards both of them.

As soon as I walked past the gate, I saw grown women looking at me, whispering and blushing. I winked, making them swoon. I guess it's kind of easy being a guy. Well, acting like a guy at least.

I started wandering past the buildings, until I saw a worn down sign that said 'Sweet Things' in bubbly writing. I sped towards it, smirking at the women I walk past. I look inside the window when I made it to the shop, looking out a tall guy with sunglasses and tattoos covering his neck and body.

It was very easy.
