Filler chapter!

   Today we'll be featuring the characters and events from the previous chapter...

   Characters:

   >Psycho number 2. 5

      His psycho name is Blood Enthusiast, he specialize in the art of shooting. His to-go weapons are the six millimeter bullet handguns. Now as you all know... He had a thing for blood graffiti and souvenirs. He also likes to collects motorcycles. He's one of the most dangerous psychos in town, ranking on the top five for accuracy. He's on the A class psycho league.

  Traits:             He has raven colored hair, with some red streaks at the bangs.

   Victims:         Anyone from the list who passed around his apartment. He's too lazy to search them.

   Markings:     He leaves some heck of a bloody mess. Or blood graffiti as he calls it.

   >Psycho number 2. 13

     Her psycho name is Black Marker, specialize in the art of poison making. Her to-go weapons are darts, the darts had a system for injecting the poison right to the veins. Her motive for killing is... Art! Her whole backstory was: The models moved too much, so why not kill them so they'd be still? Ranked on the top ten for deadly poison making. She's on the B class psycho league.

   Traits:            Full on black and white attire.

   Victims:         If you happen to be handsome and classy, you're a goner.

   Markings:      All of her prey were left with hilarious poses, the faces were squiggled with black marker.

Events:

   So the last chapter had a result of some sorta test, the test was.....

   The Annual Psycho License test!

   It happened every two or three years, the 'Authority' members picked psychos from all over the world and put them through some serious test. Measuring agility, speed, and intelligence. This year was the hardest test yet.

   So basically... No pain, no gain.
