"Wait a minute! You were in that box!?" I exclaimed at Kusuo-kun after he finished explaining what happened a few nights ago. Apparently the show that magician was doing had tricked Kusuo-kun too, making him teleport into the box and having to survive the various deadly things happening to said box. "Geez Kusuo-kun, you sure are smart aren't cha?"

'Can it.'

"Alright alright, calm down dude. You know I'm messing with ya." I take a sip of barley tea and sigh. "Geez it's hot, I feel like I'm melting. Can you tell me why you're parents are gone again?"

'They're at a wedding. And you know how I feel about those.'

"Right, same thing you feel about almost everything. You barely like anything or anyone." I set the cup down and sprawled myself out on the couch, setting my feet on Kusuo-kun's lap.

'Can you not?'

"What?" I raise my right foot, getting it a bit close to his face.

'Seriously? What are you? A child?' I raise my foot higher, until to came to contact to his nose. Suddenly he grabs my foot and drags me towards him with his great strength. Making my butt hit the side of his leg.

"Whoa! Jesus dude! Look I won't do that again okay!? You didn't have to pull my leg so hard." I whine, still feeling his grip on my ankle. Then something soft starts touching the bottom of my foot, tickling me aggressively. Before I could let a word out I started laughing like crazy.

"K-Kusuo-k-kun! St-stop!" I yell in between laughs, my lungs burning from lack of oxygen. "Pl-please! I c-can't br-breathe!"

I get no response, but the tickling stops. I immediately takes deep breaths to stop my lungs from burning. Once my breathing finally regulates, Kusuo-kun starts tickling me again. As I laughed, I feel hands tickling my sides as something still tickles my feet.

"N-no more!" I pleaded, laughing so loud you'd think I'm actually being murdered. I open my eyes to see Kusuo-kun above me, glaring down at my laughing face. "Please! Y-you're gonna k-kill me!"

'Oh please, you won't actually die from this.'

"I-I will if you d-don't st-stop!" My lungs have been burning for about a minute until before Kusuo-kun stops. I take deeps breathes as I try to relieve my lungs. "Thank god, my sides hurt now. What was all that? You call me a child, then you do this crap."

'Children get childish punishments.'

"Hmm? But I'm not a child, I'm almost an adult women!" I yelled, trying my best not to pout. "And I deserve to be treated like one!"

'Oh really?' I didn't notice but his face had gotten closer to mine, the reason I didn't was because I had turned my head and made eye contact with something terrifying. 'You're saying you deserve to get punished like an adult?'

I wasn't paying attention to what he was saying, seeing the disgusting creature crawl towards me. I screamed, immediately wrapping my arms around the pinkette. "Spider!"

"Geez I'm sorry I screamed in your ear. Okay? But in my defense you didn't have to teleport to freakin' Texas!" I exclaimed as I set my feet down on the dirt ground, letting go of Kusuo-kun.

'Good grief.'

"Hey! Don't berate me on my fear of spiders! You're afraid of all bugs! Even harmless butterflies and ladybugs!" I pointed at him, he didn't respond due to me being right and just turned away thinking. "Look let's go back, isn't there that delivery you need to sign for?"

Immediately I feel Kusuo-kun's hand on my shoulder as we suddenly end up in his room. "Okay what's the game plan?"

'Let me think.' Suddenly the door bell rings. 'Now!? Wait, that's actually good!'

He then teleports, to what I can assume is, downstairs. I follow the traditional way, looking out for a certain eight-legged monstrosity. I reach the front door to see it opened and Nendou-kun outside.

"Oh? Hey (L/n)-chan! Where's Saiki? I could've swore I just saw him."

"Oh! He just had to...get his laundry out of the washer! Yeah!" I explained panickly. "Anyway what are you doing?"

"Oh! I came to have you guys come hang out with me!"

"I see!" Then I realized he had bug catching equipment. "Say Nendou-kun, there's a spider in the living room. Can you help me? I'm afraid of spiders so I get too terrified to get rid of it."

"Sure thing! Anything for a pal! Let me at him!" He barges in, looking around for the disgusting creature. I turn to see Kusuo-kun teleport in front of me.

"Hey Saiki-kun! Nendou-kun is gonna help us!" Kusuo-kun gives a thumbs up and we both turn to Nendou-kun.

"Now where is he?" He looks under the fridge. "Aha! Found him! Along with a buddy roach!"

'Am I supposed to be happy about that? I'm not.'

'Relax Kusuo-kun. Just help him lift the fridge.' He does, letting it float because Nendou-kun released the appliance.

'See? Nendou-kun's got thi-'

Crunch!

"Well that's taken care of! You have a tissue? Why don't we get some ramen now?"

Nendou-kun, you're a good friend. But please leave, you have spider and cockroach guts on your hand.

"Kusuo-kun? You feeling okay?" I asked as he for some reason was looking everywhere. Summer ended so we're heading to school. "You're acting weird."

'Hmm?' He stops and turns to me. 'Says you, what's with the large amounts of hair?'

"I wanted to try something different! Does it not look good?" I asked as I pulled on one of my pigtails. "I got extensions to make it really long..."

'Whatever. Come on, we're gonna be late.'

"Hey! Wait up!"

"Hey, Saiki, (L/n)-chan, doesn't Nendou seem strange?" Kaidou-kun asked, pointing at the tall male.

'You do too.' Kusuo-kun replied. I sneakily nudged him with my elbow.

"Yeah he does, he's usually more cheerful and smiling." I said, seeing Nendou-kun sigh.

"Let's tail him!" Kaidou-kun announces.

"I don't know Kaidou-kun, it's probably something really personal." I responded.

"Come on! Aren't you curious?"

"Kaidou-kun, like I said, it's most likely something really personal. I'm out. You with me Saiki-kun?"

'I'm actually curious. I'm in for once.' I looked at the two males, before standing up and walked away.

"Okay then...I'll see ya later then Saiki-kun."

"Honestly what idiots, don't they know it's rude to be nosy about personal matters?" I grumbled as I played an arcade game. After losing I walked away to get some fresh air.

"Oh hey! The one with the big pigtails!" I looked around to see who called me, seeing a guy walk towards me. He had purple hair and was wearing a monk outfit. "You go to PK Academy?"

"Yeah..."

"Oh don't worry! I'm transferring there! I just noticed your uniform and wanted to greet you! My name's Toritsuka Reita!" He explained, bowing. I bowed back, giving him my name.

"Oh! I've heard about you!"

"You have?" I questioned.

"Yeah! You're the PK Mother! You're really nice and help out anyone who needs it!" This was getting weird now, I doubt someone who doesn't even go to PK yet would know this.

"Who told you this exactly?"

"Oh the ghosts!"

"Oh I see, that's makes sense I guess..." I mumbled as I took a sip of my beverage, I had invited him to my home to explain to me what he meant by "ghosts". He ended up explaining to me how he knew about my powers and Kusuo-kun's powers as well from the ghosts.

"Yeah! You and Saiki are really popular, mostly the old ladies talk about how you two would make a cute-"

"I get it! No need to explain more!" I shouted at him, feeling my face explode.

"What? There's nothing to embarrassed about, every ghost knows of your feelings. Heck even both of your guardian spirits-"

"Wait, guardian spirit?" He seems taken back before explaining to me exactly what a guardian spirit is. "Okay, I get it. Wait, who's Ku-Saiki-kun's guardian spirit? I'm really curious about that now..."

"Oh that's easy! It's-hmm?" Suddenly he looks behind me and looks terrified. "Ack! N-no one! I don't know! I don't know at all!"

Confused I look behind me, not seeing anything at all. But I do feel something pet my head, I look around to where the source of the feeling is coming from. Toritsuka-kun seems confused before realizing. "Wait! You can feel your guardian spirit touching you!?"

"Oh is that what is touching me? Yeah I guess, I don't know why. It seems my anti-psychic powers make me easier to be affected by spirits or soul things."

"Wait how did you figure that out!?"

"Saiki-kun can do astral projection."

"Oh I see."

"Yeah, anyway. You were saying something about-"

"It's nothing! Forget I said anything!"

"Aww! Come on! Now you've gotten me curious! I wanna know!" I pout, still feeling the hand on my head.

"Hell no! I don't want your guardian spirit to kill me!"

"Wait, but I thought guardian spirits were harmless?" I asked.

"They're supposed to be! But yours is a freaking terrifying!" He cries in fear.

"What do they look like? What gender are they?"

"Um, she's female. By the clothing I can only guess ancient Greek, she does look beautiful."

"Helen of Troy?"

"Nope, different person. She does look like some kind of royalty, probably one of the many princesses given to powerful gladiators who then become kings. " He suddenly then looks terrified again. "That's just a guess though!"

"Okay..." I look at the time. "Oh it's that time already? You should start heading home Toritsuka-kun, the sun is starting to set."

"Oh, will do! I'll just deliver this letter to Saiki and be on my way! I'll see you at school tomorrow (L/n)-chan!"

"Bye!" I stand up and head for bed, thinking about what Toritsuka-kun said.

"An ancient greek princess? Hmm, very interesting...heh, imagine Kusuo-kun's guardian spirit is that gladiator she was given to? Ha! Nah, probably some powerful pharaoh if I had to guess."
