The Tower/SCP-3333
SLASH!!!!
CHOP!!!
"HAAAA!!"
FZZAPPP!!!"
POUND!!
"What does it take to put them down?! It's like there aren't even human at all!"
Cyborg and Alex are somewhere near Mount Rainier. Right now, they're are fighting a bunch of soldiers that seem to take way more punishment that the regular humans can take. These soldiers are from the SCP foundation, and don't seem to be as weak as they are thought to be.
Alex was able to punch one of them back, sending him through trees. The soldier came back, and Alex stabbed the soldier with his claw. It didn't work and soldier attempts to do something. So Alex formed a Hammerfist, and punched him as far away as he can. Cyborg used his White Noise Cannon and fired at one of the soldiers. But all it did was send him back and it made them annoyed. Than, Cyborg made a Giant Fist, and punched to cause one of them to be launched as far away as Cyborg can hit. However, they came back and are relentless. Realizing that they won't stop, Alex turned to Alex and shouted at him.
"Cyborg, fly up, and fast!!"
Cyborg, heeding the warning seriously, flies up as fast as he can possibly can. Alex turned to the soldiers, and spoke out.
Alright than, here we go.
Alex began to concentrate on his biomass, before he than unleashed his Devastator.
The Tendril Barrage Devastator was able to pierce the soldiers, and there were enough to finally kill them. But one thing he notice however, when he saw the soldiers, was a black tentacle coming out of their wounds, which he finds as very suspicious.
When the Devastator has finally ended, he walked up to the soldier, and the black tentacles is still there.
"What the...why do the soldiers have this? Are they even human?"
As he prepares to touch them, Cyborg spoke out to Alex.
"Alex, are you okay?"
He turned and sees him flying down towards him. Alex nodded, as he spoke out.
"I'm fine, Cyborg. Is there something wrong?"
Cyborg nodded, and spoke out.
"I need you to come with me on this."
Later...
Alex and Cyborg flied fast around Rainier, in order to see whatever it is that made Cyborg concerned. As Alex looked around, Cyborg than spoke out.
"There."
He pointed at a stricter of some sort on a rather tall hill. Cyborg than turned his body to face the structure that Alex can now finally see.
Cyborg and Alex finally landed at their destination. When they reached it, Alex was a little bit confused.
It was a strange suntop fire lookout of some kind. It didn't seem to be very unusual at first glance, but as both Alex and Victor know, that things like this are very, very suspicious.
"A lookout. Why's there a lookout in Mount Rainier of all places?"
Alex spoke out. Cyborg TV than turned to him and spoke.
"I don't know. All I know is, this is very suspicious."
Alex than looked back at the lookout again, and than spoke back to Cyborg.
"Should we go inside to see anything that is wrong?"
Cyborg than spoke out.
"If you're preparing to go in, I need my cannon."
Alex nodded, as Cyborg activates his White Noise Cannon.
"Let's go in, than."
Alex spoke out, as he opened the door of the lookout.
The inside of the lookout looks very normal at first. There were beds and furniture and even a table meant for eating, but Cyborg noticed something.
"Alex, is this a part of the lookout?"
Alex turned to where Cyborg's pointing, and even Alex's very suspicious.
"A trapdoor of some kind?"
It was a trapdoor, and even Alex was confused.
"There was no opening for the trapdoor when I looked at the roof. Why's there a trapdoor in the ceiling?"
It wouldn't make sense for a Trapdoor to be present in the Lookout or all places. So Alex's guess? It could possibly be an SCP of sorts. The trapdoor looks as though if it was forced opened. For Alex to guess, it must have been the work of the SCP Foundation's Bombs.
"Wonder what's in the trapdoor?"
Cyborg spoke out to Alex. The First Prototype turned around and nodded his head, 'yes.' He than looked at the trapdoor, as he spoke out.
"Should we go in?"
Cyborg looked at the trapdoor for a little bit, before speaking out his answer.
"We should."
Alex nodded, as he jumped into the trapdoor, and grabbed onto what feels like ladders.
He than reached to an opening, and when he looked, he saw that...it was the replication of the lookout.
"Huh?"
He than got up, and than looked around. He than turned and saw if there was anything unusual outside...and there was. There is no form of life, not a single form of it. There was not plant, no animal, not even human life.
Cyborg than looked around, and scanned the ground outside.
"That's strange. There are no living bacteria. It's like they have been removed from everything outside."
Alex was looking a bit suspicious. He knew that there was something off when it involved the soldiers, but he didn't think it would lead to something such as this.
As he looked around, he saw something in the distance, and whatever Alex has seen, it made him concerned enough that he decided to leave.
He didn't climb the ladder like last time. Instead, he jumped as high as he can, reached to the 10th floor. When he reached the 10th floor, the atmosphere seemed to be thinner. Alex was about to jump again, but Cyborg, all of a sudden, than grabbed him by the color of his shirt, as he began to fly upwards.
"Woah, Cyborg!! What are you doing?"
Alex shouted out to him. Cyborg than spoke out.
"It would take you too long to jump. Flying makes things more faster."
Alex sighed, and spoke out to him.
"Fine. I guess it's faster."
Cyborg continues to fly up for as long as he could, and seemed to be going on forever. They have no idea how long it will take for them to reach what could be at the top. It went on for as much as half an hour for their guess. As they kept going, the copies appear to be more darker and sinister as they continue to go up the copies of the Lookout, and even Alex wasn't sure what it is that's at the top. And even worrying, what it is that will happen when the reached the limit.
After flying up to the 345th floor...they caught something that his very disturbing.
It seems to be a D-Class, but his shirt has been dulled in color, and his skin looked as though it was rotted and uneven, with his teeth misshapen and rotted. On his side, is miniature black tendrils, that move aimlessly. On the D-Class' back...are wings that resembles common fly wings. Cyborg was shocked at what he's seeing, and spoke to Alex.
"Umm...can you see what's wrong with this guy?"
Alex nodded, as he looked and did his hunting ability. The sonar pulse was able to allow Alex to see what's wrong.
"What the..."
Alex checked it again, and Cyborg was concerned.
"What's wrong, Alex?"
Alex turned to Victor, as he spoke out.
"I can't see the human's nervous system. It's as though they have been removed, and something else is inside."
Cyborg was a bit suspicious, and tried it himself, and sure enough, there were no nervous system. In fact, there was no system at all. Instead, a black organic bundle of mass was inside the D-Class, with the wings attached.
"What is that thing?"
Cyborg spoke out to Alex. Alex was unsure, and spoke.
"I'm not sure. Whatever it is, this is very disturbing."
Alex nodded, as he looked at whatever that thing is. Even through out his life of consuming people and killing, even he thinks that this is a bit too much. Disguising people in a way like this, Alex thinks that his consuming ability is much more kinder than this way.
Alex than looked up, as he spoke out.
"We need to keep on moving. We need to know what it is that's happening inside whatever this thing is."
Cyborg nodded in agreement, as he spoke.
"I'll put on my helmet to protect my head. You should put on your armor, in case something might happen, and that we need a strong defense to protect ourselves."
Alex nodded, as he puts on his armor.
Alex than looked at Cyborg and nodded his head, leaning that he's ready to go up more.
Cyborg than grabbed the vein-like arm on Alex's shoulder, and pulls him in the air, as he flies upward.
The anomaly was impossibly long, as it looked as though it can go on forever. Even Cyborg can't be sure at how long this can go on. So the second he went flying, he made a timer in his eye, to see how long it will take for him to go to the door of whatever this place is.
Alex looked down, as he saw how far down as it goes. They've gone so high up, the ground below them looked as though it is disappeared into the black void, due to how small it has now become from flying.
They have been flying for an hour and 15 minutes. And they have no idea how long this will end.
"Okay, this is getting ridiculous, Cyborg. We've been going up for an hour, and there is still no signs of anything that is unusual. Maybe we should just turn off your thrusters and we could than-"
Before Alex for go further in finishing his sentence...
"Wait, Alex. I see something."
When Cyborg finally went up, they have reached the top. It was a infinitely large and lightless room. There are no walls. No furniture. No anything that is present here. Alex and Cyborg are a bit worried, but thankfully, Cyborg used his eye to make a light.
As Alex searches around for a little bit, he than stepped on something, Cyborg looked down and Alex's feet, and when Alex lifted his foot...it was rotting skin. It was as though someone was using it and jumped out of it like a suit.
"Okay, What just happened?"
Cyborg said. Alex than crouched down, and touched the dried blood of the rotted skin. Looking into the memories, he used his Thermal Vision to see through the memory. Apparently, this place was designated as SCP-3333, and this skin belonged to a person originally named Nullwalker. Nullwalker was blind and deaf, which made her immune to a certain type of memetic hazard. Dr.Williams, who was researching the SCP, brought Nullwalker in to investigate the SCP. During her time on SCP-3333, Williams at one point communicated with Nullwalker with a device and told her to get out of the SCP fast, but she refused, and continued onward to investigate the strange SCP. Nullwalker encountered an entity, and while he couldn't exactly see its actual appearance and only the shape, he does see that it is the creature within the D-Class. Than, a strange spike appeared, and stabbed her in the chest, in which it proceeded to suck out her organs from inside her body. And than...that was when the memory ended.
As soon as Alex went back to reality, he heard something. Footsteps. He and Cyborg end back to back, and saw someone coming. They turned, and see...
"Wait...is that Williams?"
Alex spoke out. And he's somewhat right, except that Cyborg used his eye to see if it is really the researcher for the SCP foundation.
"No. It is one of the entities. That is not good."
As soon as he spoke, many of the other entities within SCP-3333 than appeared with their appearances fully revealed. There are no visible eyes. Their skin is extremely and unusually thin, and a viscous internally fluid on their bodies. There seem to lack bones in their bodies, and have a sucker appendage at what is possibly their chest cavity.
"What are you entities?"
Alex spoke out. The being controlling Williams than spoke out.
"Alex Mercer. Victor Stone. We have been expecting you."
This made them both shocked, as she said that. The entities know their names.
"You...how do you know who we are?"
Victor spoke out. The entity than used Williams' voice, as it spoke again.
"We have been watching you all, ever since you were children. We have seen the world below us. Our eyes and ears are everywhere to be sensing. And here, your skin, both your skins, will be ours."
Alex, not wanting to hear no more, than used his Whipfist, and sliced off Williams' skull, revealing a black mass of the entity within William's body. Than, a fight ensued.
The entities tried to use their suckers to take their organs. But Alex and Cyborg fought back. Alex used his Claws to cut the stingers, and stab the entities, holding to find a weak point that could kill them. Cyborg made drones to distract them.
The drones exploded on contact with the entities, and were able to damage their bodies. But it didn't kill them. Cyborg than shot the entities with the White Noise Cannon, sending them back to the void that is behind them.
As they kept fighting, the entities are simply going closer and closer to them both. They are about to be taken as suits for them.
"There's too many. We need to go, now!"
Alex turned, and has gotten pierced by one of the entities, and Cyborg did as well. It seems that even with their armor, it still got pierced by the entities' suckers. The entity than tried to remove the organs from within Alex's body, but than...it realized, it can't. The Blacklight Virus has removed most of Alex's organs, and there is little of Cyborg that is organic, and is only made of machinery. Alex than kicked the entity away, Cyborg blasts the entity away, causing Alex opened the trapdoor, and shouted at Cyborg.
"Now!!!"
Cyborg jumped down, and Alex followed suit, closing the trapdoor along the way. As Alex and Cyborg fall down at extremely high speeds, the wind behind them caused the trapdoors above them to close fast violent. Both Cyborg and Alex even caught fire when they went down as fast as possible.
When Cyborg was about to reach the bottom, he used his thrusters to slow down his fall, and when he looked up, he saw that Alex is falling down faster than him, so he got out of the way. A minute later, Alex fell down, and landed on his feet, causing the trapdoor above him to close.
After both Cyborg and Alex took a deep breath for a couple of minutes to calm themselves, Alex spoke out to Victor.
"You know when Atticus said for you climb into someone's skin and walk around in it? I think this SCP made this quote too literally."
Cyborg, who was a bit exhausted from that, spoke out to Alex.
"That's a bad time for humor, Alex. Really."
Alex has said nothing, but he goes to the trapdoor, and made tendrils to close up the trapdoor. He than turned to Cyborg and spoke out.
"Let's pretend we didn't go to this place, and act as if that didn't happen."
Cyborg nodded, before grabbing onto Alex's shoulder, and flying away. This was a bizarre day.
