The next morning Stefan woke up from the best sleep he had ever had. He was confused not remembering falling asleep and was about to get up when he felt a pair of arms wrapped around his shoulders.

He looked down to see an asleep Rosie as she clings to him in her sleep. He smiled remembering how she held him and told him it would be okay. It's what he needed to hear.

As he was about to wake her up her phone started going off making her sigh and reach for her phone and hit the snooze button.

"Hey, Steffie. Are you feeling better?" She asked me with a smile making me nod.

"Yeah thank you, Rosie I didn't mean to fall asleep," Stefan told her making her shake her head at me.

"It's no problem I promise but I have to go. We have school today," she told me making me nod as she got up and started putting on her shoes.

"Thank really Rosie," Stefan told her making Rosie walk over to him and hug him once again.

"It's okay Steffie and if you think you are losing control call me. I'll help you or I'll call Lexi," Rosie told him making him smile at her.

"Now I have to go. I need to get ready," Rosie told him making him nod as he walked her to the door and made sure she got in her car safely. Rosie waved at him before pulling off and heading home.

And the second she was gone his urges were back. The bloodlust became unbearable to him.  He had to no needed blood. Human blood.

Getting home I rushed upstairs and pulled clothes out of the closet to wear to school. When I suddenly heard a throat clear. Turning to my door I see Caroline standing there with crossed arms.

"And where have you been?" Caroline asked me making me sigh as picked an outfit out.

"With Stefan. He needed a friend," I told her as I started to get changed into the outfit I picked out knowing I didn't have long to get ready.

"What kind of friend? A sexy friend?" Caroline asked me making me roll my eyes at her.

"No we are just friends nothing more and he is with Elena. I'm not that kind of girl," I told Caroline making her nod as she looked at me.

"I just think you and Stefan would be better together than him and Elena. You two just understand each other better," Caroline told me as I rolled my eyes and curled my hair.

"Caroline No," I told her sternly looking at her through the mirror. Making her sigh as she looks at me.

"Now how the hell did you get ready so fast and look this hot?" Caroline asks making me laugh slightly as I pull on my high heels and make sure I still had on the necklace I got from Stefan.

"Shut up! Now let's go," I tell her making her smile at me as we locked arms and then walked downstairs and got in our leaving for school.

All the founding family members are in the Founders Halls to talk about the vampire issue. Damon arrives and meets the rest of the council for a reunion.

"The coroner's office has officially ruled Vicki Donovan's death a drug overdose. Her family has been notified, the truth will stay in this room and we can put this behind us," Liz said to everyone Mayor Lockwood or as Rosie looks to call him Mayor Asswood walk up to the front of the room.

"Thank you, Sheriff. And on to a more pressing issue, John Gilbert has asked to say a few words," the mayor says surprising Damon.

"Welcome back John, it's good to see you," Mayor Lockwood says as the two shake hands.

"Hello everyone, it's wonderful to see you, I wish it were under better circumstances. As a founding family member I find it's my duty to report some very distressing news," John says as Damon looks towards Liz.

"He's a Gilbert? Damon asks her.

"Elena's uncle. His name is John but Rosie and I like to call him Jackass," Liz told him making him nod before looking at her.

"Rosie doesn't like him?" Damon questions Liz who nods. She knew about how close Damon and her daughter were. At first, she didn't like it but she noticed how he always seemed protective over her like a brother, and Liz knew that he would always protect her.

"Oh, definitely not. She hates everything about him. I remember the last time he visited she ended up punching him in the nose. Breaking it," Liz told him making Damon nod with a smirk as he looks back towards John.

"A hospital blood bank in the neighboring county of Amherst has reported several break-ins over the past two weeks. 7 hunters, 4 campers, and 2 states employees have been reported missing as well. All of this within a 75-mile radius of Mystic Falls, "John says as Mayor Lockwood interrupts him.

"Okay okay, no need to get alarmed right at this moment," Mayor Lockwood said seeing all the facial expressions.

"Meaning he doesn't want to cancel the Founders' Day Kick-off Party," Liz tells Damon making him nod.

"You think all of your problems are over but I'm here to tell you, nothing's been solved," John says making Damon seem uncomfortable as he watched him.

Soon enough it was time for the Kick-Off Party to celebrate 150 years Anniversary of Mystic Falls. Walking in with Care in my dress I look around for anyone I know.

I smile seeing Stefan at the door and head over to him as Caroline goes to go find Matt. 

"Steffie?" I call making him turn to me with a gigantic smile. I laugh at him seeing the drink in his hand.

"Are you drunk Steffie?" I called out to him making him smile at me.

"Yes, I am. Would you like a drink?" He asked me making me shake my head at him as he holds his hand out to me.

"Please would you dance with your drunk best friend no takebacks? Stefan asked making me shake my head at him with a smile as we head towards the dance floor.

We start dancing Stefan grabbing my hand and spinning me around making me laugh, but I accidentally bump into a man.

"Wow! Watch it!" The man yells making me turn to him apologetic.

"I'm so sorry, it was my fault," I tell the man with an apologetic smile.

"Then get off the dance floor," the man tells me making me look at him with a glare.

"Excuse me?" I asked him as someone pulls me behind him and I look to Stefan now in front of me.

"That no way to talk to a lady," Stefan tells him with a glare.

"Whatever," the man says as he turns to leave but Stefan catches his arm and compels him.

"I think you need to apologize," Stefans tells him.
"I'm sorry," the man tells me in a monotone voice as he starts to leave, but Stefan grabs him again.

"Now say it like you mean it," Stefan tells him as I watch wide-eyed but not because of anger or disgust just worry.

"I'm really, really sorry," the man tells me making me nod at him with a slight smile.

"It's fine. Thank you, sir. Stefan come on," I say as I grab Stefan's hand calming him without even knowing.

"Now walk away," Stefan tells him as the man leaves.
I grab Stefans voice and turn him around looking into his eyes.

"You are still drinking human blood aren't you?" I ask him making him look wide-eyed before shaking his head no.

"Stefan I told you I am here for you. Best friends don't leave other best friends to deal with stuff alone. Now, do you want me to call Lexi?" I asked him as he shakes his head at me.

"I'll be okay but if I start to get out of control I'll let you know," he tells me making me nod and smile.

"Alright Steffie," I told him as I felt a tap on my shoulder and saw Elena.

"I'm going to go," I say seeing Elenas glare making me roll my eyes as I walked away. I heads towards the bar and smiled at the bartender.

"Hi, can I get some water please?" I asked her making her nod at me as she handed me a bottle of water. I smiled thanking her but as I started to walk away I heard a familiar voice making me pause and a glare to overcome my face.

"Rosalie Forbes good to see you again. Are you going to break my nose tonight as well?" John asked me making me turn to him with a glare.

"Do you deserve it? Because you did the first time. What were your words exactly "you should have been the one who stayed dead instead" wasn't that right?" I asked John with a glare making him glare back at me.

"I think you might need to learn how to speak to adults," he tells me making me shake my head with a slight laugh.

"I only respect the ones who deserved my respect and you don't," I told him with a smirk.

"Your mother obviously didn't raise you right," John said making me glare at me him and the fire building in my eyes.

"How would you know anything about being a parent? You never raised a kid," I told him with a glare as he shakes his head at me.

"And if you ever talk about my mother like that again I will tell this town certain things you would never want out," I told him with a friendly smile as he glared at me.

"Goodbye John," I told him as I start to walk away but he grabs my arm and tighten his grip making me turn and slap him right across the face.

"Never and I mean never put your hands on me again," I told him with a glare full of fire before walking away.

I saw Damon and head over to him still beyond angry.
"What's wrong Cupcake?" He asked me making me glare at him.

"Just slapped John Gilbert across the face," I told him making him look at me before smirking.

"Good job Cupcake," he tells me making me laugh as he looks at me.

"So if I kill him you won't care?" He asked me making me smile at him.

"If you do I will buy you a month's supply of bourbon," I told Damon making him smile at me.

"Anything for you," he tells me making me kiss his cheek.

"Now I'm going home. I just don't want to be here anymore," I told Damon making him nod at me as I message Care and Mom that is was leaving.

As I was leaving I didn't notice my mom and John in a heated argument.

"Liz you need to get your daughter under control," John said as he walked up to her making Liz turn to him with a glare.

"Excuse me?" Liz questioned him wanting to grab her gun and shot him.

"Your daughter disrespected me and slapped me. You clearly need to raise her better," John told her making Liz step closer to him.

"My daughters are my responsibility, so I do not need your opinion on how I should raise them," Liz told him with a glare that would make anymore coward away in fear.

"And if my daughter slapped she probably had a petty good reason," Liz told him before walking away making sure to collide her shoulder with his.

John glared at her before walking away not seeing the two pairs of eyes watching him with a glare hearing the entire conversation.

After getting home I immediately got in a shower. As I got dressed and started walking back into my room with a towel drying my hair I gasped looking up.

"Stefan what are you doing here? Is everything okay?" I asked him as he just continued looking down.

"Steffie?" I questioned him going to sit down beside him. I grabbed his hand giving it a squeeze making him look up at him. I smiled softly at him but you could see the worry in my eyes.

"I almost killed him. That man he bumped into you. I couldn't control it. I feel like my skin is on fire. I have this hunger inside of me that I've never felt before in my entire life," Stefan told me making me look at him sadly as I pulled him into a hug.

"I'm going to call Lexi. I'm going to see what a few things we can do," I told him making him nod but still look down.

"Stefan," I called making him look up at me sadly.

"It's okay. You lost control but the important thing is that you asked for help. You did it and I am so proud of you," I told him making him smile sadly at me.

"Come here," I told him making as I pulled him into my arms. He immediately relaxed in them as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"It'll be okay Steffie. I promise," I told him making him nod as I continued running my fingers through his hair.

Authors Note: Sorry for taking so long but I haven't been feeling good. Anyways I hoped you liked it and you get to see a lot of adorable Stefan and Rosie moments the next two will be my favorite though!
