Elena was huffing as she continued driving. Rosie had just made Damon throw her out of the Salvatore Boarding House. She was going to the one person she knew would take her side.

Pulling up at the Bennett house she huffed as she got out of her car and headed towards the door. She knocked on the door waiting for Bonnie to open the door.

The second she did Elena walked inside and started talking.

"Rosie had Damon kick me out of the Salvatore Boarding House. I was just trying to help Stefan. He wasn't being himself and I vervained him. I had to help him. Rosie had no right to stop me and she is such a little bitch. I don't-," Elena tried to continue it was stopped.

"Elena just stop!" Bonnie yells making Elena look up at her wide-eyed.

"Bonnie?" Elena questions as Bonnie looks at her annoyed.

"You don't get to just come here and talk bad about Rosie. The one who has been here for me the most out of everyone. She messaged me every day after Grams death to check up on me. She is the one who held me as I sobbed when you wouldn't even answer your phone! She even happy me with the funeral! So if you are going to talk bad about her you can leave," Bonnie tells her making Elena look wide-eyed.

"But Bonnie-," Elena starts to say with tears in her eyes.

"No Elena just leave and also I agree with Rosie. You had no right to vervain Stefan because he wasn't acting how you wanted him to act. You can't control everyone and everything Elena," Bonnie tells her making Elena look down and walk out the door.

The second Elena is out Bonnie shuts the door and locks it. She sighs as she looks up.

"You were right grams," Bonnie whispers with tears in her eyes not knowing Grams was right beside her.

"I'm sorry child. You deserve better than her," Grams tells Bonnie with a sad smile as she shakes her head.

The last few days went by quickly. Stefan was getting more control little by little. Lexi stayed for a few more days before leaving.

Elena had come to talk to Stefan. She tried to convince him that Rosie and Lexi's idea about his ripper side was wrong, but Lexi throw her out.

Damon came back last night from going with Alaric to look into John. I told Damon what he said about me and dying. Let's just say Damon wants him dead. More than ever now.

Damon also told me about the device Pearl gave him and how John wants it. I told him 'if John wants it we want it more' to which he agreed immediately.

"Rosie! Come on we are going to be late and we need to meet Bonnie about the float!" Caroline yells.

"I'm coming!" I yell back making sure my necklace was on before heading downstairs.

"Alright let's go," I tell her making her smile at me as we head towards the school to decorate our float for the Founders Day Parade.

"Alright, show me," Bonnie tells Care as we seat at a table outside.

"Let's reference last year's Miss Mystic float," Caroline says as she types "Mystic Falls Founders' Day" into Bing on her computer.

"This is what they did last year," Caroline says as she turns her computer and shows a picture to Bonnie and me.

"and this is exactly what we don't want to do," Caroline says making me shake my head agreeing with her.

"Ew. Okay! So, what are we doing?" Bonnie questions her.

"Southern classic elegance," Caroline says making Bonnie and me look at each other before turning back towards Caroline.

"Gone with the Wind?" Bonnie and I ask together making Caroline turn to us.

"How'd you know?" Caroline asks us making both Bonnie and me laugh.

"You channel Scarlett, daily," Bonnie says as I nod.
"You also make me watch it at least once a month," I tell Caroline making her nod.

"So true!" Caroline says making all of us laugh. Caroline then starts to look around.

"Where's Elena? She's supposed to be helping," Caroline questions making Bonnie roll her eyes. I look at her confused.

"I don't know," Bonnie tells her as she looks at the computer. Caroline and I look at each other confused.

"Okay, what's the deal?" Caroline questions making Bonnie look up at her.

"What do you mean?" Bonnie questions her acting innocent.

"Don't play dumb. You and Elena are fighting. Spill!" Caroline tells her as I feel my phone vibrate.

"It's nothing," Bonnie says as she looks toward me. Caroline noticed and narrows her eyes.

Meet us in Alaric's classroom.

I sigh looking at the text before looking up at Caroline and Bonnie.

"I'll be right back guys," I tell them making them nod at me as I smile. I get up and head towards the classroom as Caroline looks at Bonnie.

"What happened with you and Elena? I know it involves Rosie," Caroline says with a look that said 'do no lie to me.'

"She started talking bad about Rosie to me. She called her a little bitch and we got into an argument. I made sure to tell her to never talk about her like that with me again," Bonnie says with a sigh.

She hadn't heard from Caroline and looked up to see Caroline glaring.

"She called my sister a what?" Caroline questions angrily.

"I know," Bonnie says as both huff before they start talking about the float again.

Heading towards Alaric's classroom I see Damon's back.

"Dames!" I call out making him turn to me with a smile.

"Come on Cupcake," Damon tells me as I smile and we enter Alaric's classroom.

"Rosie. Damon, thanks for coming," Alaric says making me smile at him.

"Sorry, I'm late. My dog ate my uh...never mind," Damon says as I shake my head at him and turn to look at Stefan and Elena.

"What's with all the furrowed brows?" Damon questions.

"I saw Isobel last night," Alaric says making me look wide-eyed.

"Isobel is here?" Damon questions as Alaric nods.

"In town?" Damon questions as he turns to look at me. I sighed looking up at him worried.

"Did you ask her about Uncle John? Are they working together?" Damon questions as I look at the ground trying to finger out Isobel's plans.

"No," Alaric says making Damon look towards him.
"No, they're not?" Damon questions.

"No, I didn't ask," Alaric tells him.
"What about the invention?" Damon asks.

"Didn't ask," Alaric tells him as he shakes his head.
"Did she know about the tomb vampires?" Damon questions as I shake my head at him.

"I don't know," Alaric tells him getting fed up.
"Did words completely escape you?" Damon questions annoyed

"No, I was a little too distracted by my dead vampire wife to ask any questions," Alaric tells him annoyed as Damon sighs and turns towards Stefan.

"What did she want?" Damon questions his brother but before he could answer Elena does.

"She wants to see me, Damon," Elena tells him.

"Not exactly," Alaric says making everyone turn towards him.

"She wants to see Elena and Rosie," Alaric says making me look at him confused. Damon immediately shakes his head.

"No," Damon tells Alaric as he looks at me concerned.

"What does she want?" Damon questions as Stefan looks up at me concerned.

"Alaric is supposed to arrange a meeting. We don't know why or what she wants," Stefan says as I sigh.

"You don't have to see her if you don't want to," Damon tells me as I sigh.

"I don't really have a choice," Elena tells Damon ignoring the part where he was speaking with Rosie not her.

"She's threatened to go on a killing spree," Alaric says as I sigh knowing I had to.

"Oh! I take it that's not okay with you guys," Damon says as I glare at him.

"I want to do it. I want to meet her. If I don't, I know I'll regret it," Elena says as Stefan looks towards me.

"Rosie?" Stefan questions making me look towards him.

"I guess I will," I tell him making him nod at me still concerned as Damon shakes his head not liking this out all.

As I seat at the grill with Elena. I ignore Elena and Stefan talking as I text Damon. He kept telling me that he will be listening and if I need him he will come.

Soon enough Isobel arrives and sits down in front of us.

"Hello, Elena. You look just like her, that's eerie," Isobel says as she looks at Elena.

"You've met Katherine?" I asked Isobel making her turn to me.

"Hello, Rosalie and yes she found me after I turned. Genetic curiosity, I suppose. She would be fascinated by you," Isobel says as I roll my eyes.

"Well next time you speak to her please tell her me and her need to have a chat with my fist," I tell her with a sweet smile.

"Is that how you can walk in the day?" Elena questions as she looks at Isobel's necklace.

"Katherine helped me obtain it," Isobel tells her as I roll my eyes but I was wondering if I would like Katherine better than Elena?

"Who's my father?" Elena questions as I roll my eyes.
"Not important. He was a teenage waste of space," Isobel tells her.

"A name would be nice," Elena tells her annoyed.
"It would, wouldn't it? You ask a lot of questions," Isobel sighs getting annoyed.

"Why did you compel that man to kill himself? Right after he told me to stop looking for you," Elena questions as Isobel rolls her eyes. 

"Dramatic impact. I wish it would have been more effective," Isobel says as I try not to laugh.

"Human life means that little to you?" I question Isobel making her look towards me.

"Means nothing to me. It's just part of being what I am," Isobel tells me making me roll my eyes.

"No, it's not. I know other vampires, that's not true," Elena tells her.

"Your new boyfriend over there by the pool table? Stefan Salvatore. Or is he Rosies boyfriend?" Isobel questions making me glare at her as Elena looks at me. Stefan was looking down at that reminder.

"Why Stefan? Why didn't you go for Damon? Or are you enjoying them both as Katherine did?" Isobel questions Elena making everyone look wide-eyed as Stefan looks uncomfortable.

"Can you please shut up?" I question Isobel as she looks at me. I glare at her making her huff.

"Why did you want to meet me? Can't be to just catch up," Elena questions as I watch Isobel.

"Because I'm curious about you. Both of you. But the real reason is: I want what your uncle wants. Johnathan Gilbert's invention," Isobel says making me look toward her.

"How do you know John?" I ask her wanting to know all the information.

"I used to spend a lot of time here when I was younger. John had a crush on me for years. He was the first one that told me about vampires," Isobel tells us making me look wide-eyed as pieces start coming together.

"So what made you want to be one?" Elena questions her.

"It's a very long list of reasons, Elena. All of which I'm sure you've thought about," Isobel says making me look towards Elena.

"No," Elena says as she shakes her head.

"That was your first lie. It's inevitable, you're going to get old, Stefan won't," Isobel says as Elena looks at Stefan. He seems sad but he wasn't looking at Elena. He was looking at Rosie.

"Forever doesn't last very long when you're human," Isobel tells her as I look down.

"We don't have want you are looking for. Go die in a ditch. Oh, wait you're already dead. Just get staked. Goodbye!" I tell Isobel with a fake smile as I start to get up but Isobel catches my arm and forces me to sit down, but she quickly lets go when her hand starts to burn.

"Sit down," Isobel demands to me as Stefan looks at me concerned, and starts coming towards us.

"And tell your boyfriend to walk away. I want the invention," Isobel tells me as I shake my head at her.

"First of all, he isn't my boyfriend. Second of all Damon has the device and he will not give it to anyone. Especially if he knows it's for Katherine," I tell Isobel with a glare making her glare back.

"Then the blood will be on your hands," Isobel tells me as she gets up.

"Maybe I should start with your sister?" Isobel questions making me angry and heads over towards her.

"If you touch her I will torture you in ways your mind can't even imagine. Believe me, my temper is worst than anything else especially if someone harms my twin," I tell Isobel and for a second I could see the fear in her eyes.

"It was nice meeting you Elena Rosie," Isobel says as she leaves. Elena then starts to cry. Stefan is heading towards us. 

Bonnie soon arrives and looks at the three of us before locking eyes with me. She heads over towards me wrapping her arms around me as she takes me outside.

"Tell me what happened," Bonnie tells me as we start walking back home. I explain to Bonnie everything that happened as she listens to me.

Damon is shirtless. He's playing strip poker with Cherie. Isobel's minion.

"Oh Oh Cherie, you won again. I hope I'm wearing my good underwear," Damon says as he gets up and begins to remove his belt when Isobel arrives.

"And it's just one blast from the past after another. No, no, no," Isobel says as Damon closes his fly.

"Dégage, Cherie," Isobel says as Cherie gets up and leaves the room.

"It's good to see you, Isobel. I was just having fun with your naughty little minion," Damon tells her.

"How did you find me?" Isobel questions as Damon comes vamp-speed towards Isobel.

"Searched all the neighborhood bank-owned foreclosures and found the most expensive one," Damon tells her.

"Oh, I should have known. You're the one who taught me that. What are you really doing here?" Isobel questions him.

"Well you caused quite a stir, you blew into town. Saw everyone except for the man who made you. I'm a little hurt," Damon says as he leans in towards her.

" I'm so sorry," Isobel says as she twists Damon's head around at vamp speed.

"Did you bring the device?" Isobel questions as Damon disengages at vamp speed.

"Heh. Ow. What are you doing with John Gilbert?" Damon questions her.

"We dated a few times when we were young. He was a little bit in love with me," Isobel tells him.

"I'm sure. One of the many. Now, this little invention what do you want with it?" Damon questions her.

"Oh, me personally? I don't want anything with it. I'm just doing what I'm told. You know Damon we're on the same side," Isobel says take's Damon's face in her hands.

"Oh yeah? What side is that?" Damon questions her.
"Katherine's. She wants John Gilbert to have the device and I think that you know that she's not happy when she doesn't get what she wants," Isobel tells him as Damon throws her off.

"Why are you doing her dirty work?" Damon questions her.

"Don't kill the messenger. We both know that you can't control Katherine. She does what she wants," Isobel tells him

"So do I," Damon says as he scoffs.

"Oh, really Damon? You do?" Isobel questions as she comes in close to him.

"What should we do now?" Isobel questions as they laugh. They begin to kiss each other. They fall vamp-speed on the sofa. Damon slams her to the floor at vamp speed and holds her throat down to the floor.

"Now that I have your attention, listen up. You do not come into my town; threaten the people I care about. Going after Rosie? Bad move. You leave her alone or I will rip you to bits because I do believe in killing the messenger. You know why? Because it sends a message," Damon tells her in a dangerous tone as he slams Isobel's head against the floor.

"Katherine wants something from me? You tell that little bitch to come get it herself," Damon tells her with a glare. After that leaves still angry as Isobel for trying to hurt his Cupcake. No one hurts her and gets away with it. No one.

"Hey! Thanks for meeting me. I wanted you to see this," Bonnie says as I walk toward her.

"Of course Bonnie what is it?" I question her as I walk over towards her and see something on the table.

"Is that Emily's spellbook?" I question her making her nod.

"No bonnie you don't need to get involved. It's too dangerous and I will not be using you," I tell her making her smile at me.

"I've been going through it since Grams died. Check this out," Bonnie tells me ignoring my words making me huff as she shows me the book.

"That's the vampire compass," I say looking at the book.

"Yeah, according to Emily, Johnathan Gilbert never actually succeeded in inventing anything. Emily secretly spelled them all with magic. Compass, rings, and the mystery device you told me about," Bonnie tells me as she shows me a page from the book. The device is designed.

"That's it. Well, a part of it. Damon only has the one-piece," I tell Bonnie making her nod.

"Emily pledged her loyalty to Katherine. But she couldn't stand by and watch innocent people get killed. This was the only way she could think of to help. To let Johnathan Gilbert believe that he'd actually invented these devices," Bonnie tells me making me smile.

"Your ancestor was a badass! I see where you get it from," I tell Bonnie making her laugh at me as she starts to read the page.

"Are you sure this is what Isobel wants?" Bonnie questions me making me look towards her.

"Yeah, I'm sure. Why?" I tell Bonnie scared about what it could be.

"This is a weapon. Against vampires," Bonnie tells me making me look wide-eyed.

"Why does she want it then?" I ask Bonnie as she looks at me as confused as I do.

After learning about what the device could go. I texted Stefan to come here and Elena came with him. Where Elena tells us that Isobel took Jermey and broke Matt's arm.

The first part I was worried about but the second I tried so hard not to laugh at.

"Where is the device?" Bonnie questions.
"Damon has it. He's going to be difficult to reason with," Stefan says as I roll my eyes. Damon and reason do not go together.

"We'll go to him, I'll talk to him," Elena says making me look towards her. She does know Damon doesn't like her right?

"He's not just gonna hand it over, especially if it's harmful to vampires," Stefan says as he shakes his head. 

"What if it's not?" Bonnie questions as I look at her.

"Absolutely not!" Damon yells as I sigh already knowing this.

"Just hear me out," Elena says making Damon roll his eyes. As I try not to laugh.

"I'm not gonna give the device to Isobel so she could give it to John who is going to turn it to kill me. I like being a living dead person," Damon says as I laugh slightly.

"But it'll be useless, Bonnie can take its power away," Elena says as I roll my eyes at her.

" I don't trust her," Damon says as he looks at Bonnie.

"I can remove the original spell," Bonnie tells him.
"John and Isobel will never know," Elena tells him.

"No, I'll get Jeremy in my own way," Damon says as I shake my head. It's too dangerous.

"Really? How are you going to do that? Because Isobel is a vampire and Jeremy could be dead the second you walk in the door," Stefan says as I sigh knowing he was right.

"Are you even up for this? I mean no offense, you're no Emily Bennett. Emily knew what she was doing," Damon says towards Bonnie making me glare at him for talking to her like that.

"I've been practicing," Bonnie says as I smile at her.
"It's not piano lessons, honey," Damon says making me huff.

"What's your favorite book?" Bonnie questions making me look at her confused.

"What?" Damon questions as he looks at me mirroring my confused expression.

"Name a book, any book," Bonnie says with a shrug.
"Name a book...How about "Call of the wild", Jack London?" Damon questions.

Bonnie turns and looks at the library. A book flies and lands in Damon's hands. Damon looks at the book.

"Jack London. Great parlor trick," Damon says still not convinced.

"We're doing this, Damon. And we're doing it my way. Now give me the device. We're wasting time!" Elena yells making me glare at her.

"Elena he has a right to be concerned. This device could kill him and Stefan. So shut up!" I yell at her making her huff as she glared at me.

"I don't trust you, I tried to kill you," Damon says as he glared at Bonnie.

"You're right, you can't trust me," Bonnie says as I walk over towards the two.

"But you can trust me Dames and I trust Bonnie," I tell Damon with a smile. Bonnie smiles at me as Damon huffs and gives her the device.

"Are you sure about this Bonnie? I don't want this to be too much. If you start to feel dizzy or anything let me know and we will stop," I tell Bonnie making her smile at me as she nods. She then begins the spell.

"Done," Bonnie says as I smile at her. She wouldn't meet my eyes as she gives the device to Elena.

"Great, now what?" Damon questions annoyed.
"Now we give it to Isobel," I tell him making him huff.

Soon enough we are in town square, Elena and I are waiting for Isobel. Isobel soon arrives behind us.

"Where is the device?" Isobel questions making both of us turn around towards her.

"Where is our brother?" I question Isobel with my arms crossed.

"This isn't a negotiation. Where is the invention?" Isobel says making me step closer towards her.

"Where is my brother?" I question as I glare even harder.

"Do you really think that I came alone?" Isobel asks as Frank and Cherie arrive behind us. Isobel's minions.

"Did you really think that we came alone?" I question Isobel with a smirk as Damon and Stefan arrive behind Isobel. She looks at them.

"For god sakes, call home," Isobel says as she looks at Elena.

"What?" Elena questions.
"Call home and ask to speak to your brother Jeremy," Isobel says as Elena takes her phone and calls home.

"You were never gonna hurt him," Elena says after she gets off the phone with Jeremy who was okay.

"No, I was going to kill him. Don't look for any redeeming qualities in me. I don't have any," Isobel says making me roll my eyes.

"I already know you don't have any," I tell her making her glare at me as I smile.

"But you took a risk with Damon. How did you know that he was gonna give it to me?" Elena questions as I look at her confused. He gave it to me not her.

"Because of Rosie. He wouldn't let anything happen to her. Neither of the Salvatores would," Isobel says as I look towards Damon and smile at him making him smile back.

"Thank you," Elena says making Isobel look at her.
"For what?" Isobel questions her.

"For being such a monumental disappointment. It keeps the memory of my real mother perfectly intact," Elena says as Isobel nods.

"Goodbye, Elena. As long as you have a Salvatore on each arm, you're doomed. Katherine was smart. She got out. But we all know that you're not Katherine. But who knows they might leave you soon enough," Isobel tells her as she looks towards me.

"Katherine will be interested to know about you," Isobel said as I laugh.

"Goodbye, Isobel. Can't say it was nice meeting you," I tell her with a fake smile as she soon leaves.

Damon comes over to me and hugs me. I smile at him before looking over at Stefan who was already looking at me. I smiled at him as he looks at me concerned.

After leaving the town square Damon took me home and waited for me to get done taking a shower and changing clothes. I sighed stepping out of the bathroom.

"So I think I figured something out," I tell Damon as I head to lay down in my bed. Damon was already laying on top of the covers.

"And what is that?" He asks as I smile at him.

"Just think about it. Okay, so Isobel goes into labor and somehow ends up at Mr.Gs office. She meet John when she was younger and he told her about vampires. And they still talk today why?" I question Damon making him look at me.

"He is Elena's dad," Damon says making me nod at him.

"Well that is interesting," Damon says making me laugh as I nod.

"Yes, it is now let's get some sleep. It's been a long day," I tell Damon as I cuddle into my pillow.

"Goodnight Cupcake," Damon tells me making me smile.

"Night Dames," I tell him as sleep overcomes me.
