Caroline is still tied to a chair. She struggles with the hand restraints but they don't give. Suddenly she hears a noise.

"Daddy, are you there? Why won't you talk to me? Dad!" Caroline yells as smoke enters the cellar through vents. Bill opens the door and enters.

"Shhh. I'm so sorry this happened to you," Bill tells Caroline.

"Dad...," Caroline says weakly as she just hopes her twin finds her soon.

"I need an answer. How do you walk in the sunlight?" Bill asks her as Caroline looks weak but not as weak as she should since her body is used to vervain in it.

"Just let me go," Caroline pleads to him as he squats down in front of her.

"Sweetheart, please, just answer me. Then we'll get on with it," Bill tells her as Caroline looks at him.

"Is that all you want to know?" Caroline asks hoping that she would be free when she told him.

"That's all I want to know," Bill tells her as Caroline
looks down at her ring, and Bill sees it and looks at it.

"Interesting," Bill tells her as he takes the ring off.

"No, Dad, no! What are you...," Caroline starts to ask as she tries to get the ring back but he tosses the ring on the floor.

"What are you doing? What are you doing?" Caroline asks him.

"Your ancestors built this place. People figured it was for unruly prisoners at the jailhouse, but...They had something else in mind. Vervain in the ventilation system to keep their subject weak. Reinforced steel containment chair. And that," Bill tells her as he exits the cellar.

"What are you doing?" Caroline asks him worriedly.
Bill comes back with a blood bag and puts it in front of Caroline making her vamps out. He takes the blood bag back.

"Blood controls you, sweetheart. This is how I'm going to fix you," Bill tells her making Caroline confused.

"What?" Caroline asks him as he walks to and pulls on a chain, rotating slats on the window above and behind her which bathe Caroline in sunlight. Caroline screams as she burns.

Meanwhile, Stefan and Rosie were driving down the road more like speeding down at almost 200 miles per hour.

"How long till we are there?" Rosie asks him making Stefan look at the GPS.

"Probably around an hour maybe an hour and a half," Stefan tells her making Rosie nod when she did suddenly starts to scream.

Stefan looks at her concern as he losses control of the car for a second before getting control back and looking at him mate to see still Rosie screaming.

"Rosie! What's wrong?!" Stefan yells as he pulls over. He looks at his mate to see blisters forming all over her back and arms.

Stefan looks wide-eyed before biting his wrist and feeding her some of his blood. He holds her close to him as Rosie cries for a second.

"We got to go," Rosie whispers with her voice scratchy from screaming. Stefan looks at her concern as she nods at him.

"Are you sure?" He asks her making Rosie sigh but nod.

"Yeah, but we have to hurry up. They are torturing her Stefan," Rosie says as she tenses up.

Stefan looks at her concern as her whole demeanor changes. It was dark and powerful. Rosie's eyes even looked darker as she pulls her phone out.

After sending the text Rosie looks straight ahead with a dark look in her eyes. A look that meant someone is going to pay and it wasn't going to be good for them.

The window slats open again to let in the sun. Caroline again burns in the sun. She cries out in pain.

"No! Please! Stop! Please stop! Please!" Caroline yells as Bill releases the chain, closing the slats and the cellar goes dim.

"I don't hurt anyone, I swear. Dad, I swear. I can handle the urges. I can!" Caroline yells out and it was completely true. Rosie helped her through all of it and made sure she had control.

"If you could handle it, this wouldn't happen," Bill says as he puts a blood bag in front of her. Veins appear under her eyes.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," Caroline says as she shakes her head and cries.

"I'm conditioning you to associate vampirism with pain, in time, the thought of human blood will make you repress your vampire instincts completely.

"That's impossible. Daddy, you can't change who I am," Caroline tells him in a broken voice.

"Yes, I can," Bill tells her as he nods his head.
"No," Caroline says as she shakes her head.

"You remember this feeling?" Bill questions as he goes back to the window.

"No! No! No! No, no!" Caroline screams as he pulls on the chain again to let in the sun. Her skin burns and she screams.

The cellar is dark. Caroline has burns marks on her skin and her head is bowed. Bill is sitting against a wall.

" I want you to know when Carol Lockwood called and told me about you...I sat down and cried," Bill tells her.

"Dad, I'm okay. I've learned to adapt. I don't need to be fixed. I can't be fixed," Caroline tells him in a broken voice. Bill gets up and walks to her.

"I've always taught you to try your best. I need you to try your best now," Bill tells her as he crouches down next to her and puts a blood bag in front of her. She doesn't vamp out.

"There, see? You're doing it," Bi tells her encouraging as Caroline raises her head with tears in her eyes. She doesn't look at Bill.

"I can't," Caroline says as she still doesn't look at him.
"Yes, you can. Fight the urge," Bill tells her well more like demands her.

"Daddy, I'm starving," Caroline cries as she shakes her head.

"I know you are, Care. Try," Bill demands her.
"Why? You know that this isn't going to work," Caroline asks him with tears going down her face.

"It has to work. It's the only option," Bill tells her making Caroline shake her head.

"Why are you trying to fix me?" Caroline asks him in a broken voice.

"So I don't have to kill you!" Bill yells at her as Caroline turns her head to face him and veins appear under her eyes making Bill quickly move away and look down.

"Daddy, I'm sorry," Caroline tells him as he raises his head.

"The sun's gone down. We'll try again tomorrow," Bill tells her as he pets her head.

"Caroline where's your sister?" Bill asks making Caroline look towards the wall.

"Is she one of these things too?" Bill asks as Caroline doesn't say anything. Bill sighs as looks down at his daughter.

"She's right behind you, you sick son of a Bitch," Rosie says with so much venom.

Caroline quickly looks up and sighs in relief seeing her sister as Bill turns to see his youngest daughter who was glaring at him.

"Motus!" Rosie yells as Bill flies to the wall. Rosie runs to Caroline as Stefan runs into the room.

"Get her out of here now," Rosie demands Stefan as she looks at her sister with a sad smile.

"Give her some of my blood it will heal her faster," Rosie tells Stefan making him nod as he carefully picks Caroline up and takes her out of the room with her ring that Rosie grabbed.

Rosie watches them go before turning back to her so-called father. She glares as she heads over to him.

Getting to him Rosie squats down as she glares at him with a look so deadly it would make anyone run for the hills.

Bill looks at his daughter with fear clearly in his eyes as blood comes out of his mouth and falls down from his head from where he hit it.

"You are a terrible person and even worst father. You to MY sister and think there wasn't going to be any consequences when I found out," Rosie tells him as she looks into his soul.

"I should do exactly what you did to her. I should burn you and starve you. Mentally abuse you and so much worse," Rosie tells him as Bill shakes his head at her.

"Rosie, please. I'm your father," he tells her making Rosie laugh but it wasn't a true laugh it was a laugh full of venom.

"No my father would never torture his oldest daughter," Rosie tells him as she looks at him with a glare.

"But since you are my father I will give you a quick death," Rosie says as she glares at the man.

"But just so you know I will never forgive you and you will forever be hated by me," Rosie tells him as she glares at him.

"Rosie-," Bill starts to say but Rosie interrupts him.

"Delfan eoten co," Rosie says with her hand out as Bill's heart comes out of his body and into her hand.

"It's dark just like you," Rosie mutters as she throws the heart down and gets up.

She walks out of the Forbes Cellar with blood on her but she doesn't even care as she continues walking.

"Love?" Klaus questions as Rosie looks at him with a dark look in her eyes.

Rosie ignores him as she continues walking and starts heading home to see her sister. She doesn't start walking even with Klaus behind her trying to stop her.

Arriving home Rosie walks inside. Tyler, Jeremy, Bonnie, and Damon are downstairs and look at her with wide eyes but she doesn't even look at them.

"Rosie?" Liz questions but Rosie just walks upstairs.
"Cupcake," Damon says looking concern as Rosie just walks upstairs.

She walks into Caroline's room and sees Stefan beside her as Caroline laid in bed in new clothes and looking better from drinking Rosie's blood.

"Rosie," Caroline mutters making Stefan look at his mate who runs to her sister.

The second the twins are in each other arms they both break down crying as they hold each tightly scared to let go.

"I'm never going to let anyone hurt you ever again Care. No one," Rosie mutters making Caroline nod as the two hold each other until they fall asleep in each other arms.

Stefan looks at the two sadly before walking downstairs.

"Damon I need your help," Stefan says making Damon look at his brother.

"What is it?" Damon asks as Stefan sighs.
"To get rid of the twin's father's body," Stefan says making Damon nod as Liz just looks down.

"Sheriff?" Bonnie asks as Liz wipes a tear away.

"One of my daughters was tortured by her own father today and my other killed him. They weren't supposed to go through this. Neither of them," Liz says as she shakes her head.

She then gets up and starts heading upstairs as everyone watches her go.

"I'll stay with the twins you two go," Klaus says making Stefan nod as he and Damon leave the house.

"We have to get home," Bonnie says making Klaus nod as three leave telling Klaus to have the twins call them when they feel up to it.

Meanwhile, Liz looks at her daughter from the doorway with tears in her eyes. The two girls cuddle close together like they were scared to ever let the other go.

What none of them knew was a doppelgänger finding reading about a hunter who could kill the originals and with determination in her eyes just wanted to find him.
