Chapter 3- the run away
Sorrry for the lack of updates. I went on break but now I'm back.

After ty had jumped into the portal he appeared in a small forest that was baked in the setting suns light. Ty looked around in wonder and awe as the birds flew over head into different trees. Off in the distance there was odd sounds being made.

Ty got up off the ground and began to walk towards the sounds, admiring the trees, and sort while walking. When ty got to the top of a small hill blocking the view of the village he was astounded. A small village that had lanterns hanging over the space between the houses and people that were running back and forth with kids playing around them.

At first ty didn't know how to react to this sene, after all he did have a fear of people. He started to back up in fear of being seen, but before he could turn around and run back a giant wave of fire was seen over the village creating a sun formation with the flames.

"That's got to be him" ty said in awe watching the fire start to fade away. Ty put his headphones over his neck and began to walk towards the village. As ty walked through the village he couldn't help but be in aw as the sun settled creating a beautiful spectacle with the lanterns.

He heard a sound in an ally nearby that sounded like something fell. Ty not knowing what would be there walked slowly towards the ally. What he saw made him extremely angry. A small boy who looked to be his age was getting beat up by a group of bigger boys.

"That'll teach ya, punk!" Shouted one kid who seemed like he had one too many helpings on dinner. "You teach 'im boss." Said one kid standing next to the so dubbed "boss".

After that ty couldn't take the sene any longer. His anger gave way to rage as his wings sprouted from his back. With a mighty roar ty jumped forward and got in-between the kid and the small child on the floor.

"What the hell?!" Yelped the 'boss' "what are you?!"  He shouted while backing up with his gang. "Dude," said the scrawny kid "I did not sign up to fight monsters!" He yelled while fleeing.

The boss looked annoyed by his lackeys words as he turned around to yell at his minion. Ty growled out a threatening noise of warning as gas started to flood into his mouth.

Without warning the kid tried to punch ty after watching his lackey flee. Ty, sensing the move released to gas, and gave a dangerous flick of his shard teeth igniting the gas.

"Dude, WHAT!" Yelled the 'boss' as the fire started to grow. "Yeah you know what you can pick on him." He said while running off "I'm outta here."

Satisfied that the threat was gone, ty turned to the unconscious kid behind him. Ty took in his injuries, noting that the kid may have a bruised rib or two. Ty looked around to make sure he was alone before hiding his wings and tail once more.

Ty bent down and began to lift the kid up slightly as to not startle his wounds. Once he had a good enough grip on the kid ty lent him on his shoulder slightly and began to walk.

With the kid in grip ty slowly, but surely got out of the alleyway and onto the main street. While walking ty noticed a man glaring at him and the kid. Ty glared back as venomously as he could and kept on walking.

While walking ty noticed that quite a few people openly glared at him and the child. As he was getting closer to the end of the street he noticed a man carrying a good deal of weapons out of what looked like a house. When the man looked up after putting his load away, he saw ty carrying the kid.

" Adam!" The man yelped as he came over and attempted to get the ki- Adam off of his shoulder. Ty willing let the man take Adam, but followed along quietly while the man tried to bring him into his house.

When he got in ty noticed that part of the house smelled like smoke and burning metal, a pleasant smell to a dragon like him. The man came out of a room and rushed to get a roll of bandages. After he found them he rushed back into the room he came from. Wondering if that was where Adam was being held ty followed once more.

When he entered he saw a small dresser In one corner and a bed sitting in the middle of the room. On the bed was Adam getting rapped in bandages by the old man.

Once the man had successfully rapped Adam he turned to ty, "thank you," said the man " let me introduce myself I am john the blacksmith of this town" john said while smiling slightly at ty. "I am ty." Stated ty looking over to Adam hoping he'd be ok.
"He'll be fine." Stated john like he read Ty's mind. As if like magic Adam groaned and rolled his head lightly towards Ty's position.

Adams eyes slowly but surely began to open, first having to get used to the light, after getting used to it Adam also took a moment to register where he was. When he deemed himself safe Adam looked over to where ty was.

"Who are you?" He questioned, with a raspy voice. "I'm ty" he said as a grin slowly spread over his face.

I'm back for now. My break is coming to a close but I still won't update every other day.
