Everyone was in place. Waiting. Waiting for the signal

"so, we're actually doing this" Manic said as he looked at the city in front of us, flames rose and fell in the city

"Yeah we are" i grinned

"this is a new age, for all of us, three born in chaos" Iblis stated, me and my siblings looked at her

"the original name of the city, was Chaos, the first gods built it and lived there until there time was up" Mephilies stated

"the name changed throughout history, but we remember it" Iblis smiled

"you three are the key to our survival" Cyrus stated

i looked down at my hands and looked back up, taking off my gloves two marks stood out as i dropped them and grinned

"no, not just us, all of you also, none of this would be happening if they didn't bend fate" I grinned "and any ways, your apart of the family Cy" i grinned at him

"heh never thought you'd say that" Cyrus chuckled

"well of cause, he's changed!" Manic grinned

"and so have you" i chuckled chuckled

"what?" Manic questioned

but before i could reply, the ground shook as a blast fired at the ship

"what was that?" Sonia frowned worried

"i think...its the Commander" i said as i looked out the window and saw an entire fleet of ships

"nothings ever easy" Charles commented

"no, no its not"

"fire at will!" Towers shouted orders, as his eyes were covered by tinted glasses, underneath his eyes were red and black to match Eggman's and the god of manipulation

"b-but sir-" an agent was cut off

"i said Fire. At. Will" he hissed "anyone who disobeys will be  dealt with!"

no one questioned his intentions as they began to fire down at the freedom fighters ships, the battle had now begun and it wasn't going to stop

Obsidian watched the chaos, he was growing tired of it all

"Human minds are easy to control...Mobians are a different story" he said to no one, but he knew someone was their "don't you agree?"

he got no answer as he chuckled

"tell that master of yours...that he will die in this battle and everything he loves well go with him" he smirked as he watched, until the buildings began to explode, the factories to be exact

"Your wrong, your the one that shall perish"

Super and Dark smirked at the destruction they had caused, as they flew back unseen, but everything froze when drumming was heard

the beat was quick but slow, loud yet soft, guns fired from the sky, shouts and screams heard everywhere, but then it stopped

it stopped and everything flashed, Angel Island was above the kingdom and it glowed

"Super what's going on?"

"I don't know Dark...But none of this was in the plan"

"We should get back to Sonic then"

"Agreed"

the two quickened their pace as they returned to the ship, which was in flames and the people that had been inside were now fighting humans as they tried to reach the kingdom to fight

"Ok Sugarhog, what now?" Bunnie shouted as she shot at a G.U.N agent

"....Take down the ships, piece by piece if you have to, Rotor contact the others and tell them to attack and try and take back what is ours" Sonic shouted out

"how exactly?!" Manic shouted

"by doing what we do best" Sonic stated as he smirked Dark and Super knew that look and smirked along with him

"and what exactly is that?" Sonia asked

"you already know the answer Sonia" Sonic grinned at his siblings

"i get ya" Manic grinned back

"be careful" Shadow stated as he pulled Sonic close

"i will" Sonic kissed his cheek as they pulled apart "now the battle begins"
