" why the hell did you want us here " stated an irritated black and red hedgehog, pointing at the group that had assembled

There was Shadow, Amy Rose, Tails, Rouge, E-321 Omega, Silver, Blaze, Vector, Espio and Charmy

" because we need a favour " replied Knuckles

" and that would be " asked blaze

" to got to Mobotropolis, and get the royal family out of there " answered Sonic in a calm voice, while everyone stared at him like he was a ghost

" and why can't you do it " questioned Espio suspiciously

" if me or Knuckles enter we'ed have thousands of robots after us, it would be a death wish " the blue hedgehog replied

" and Ivo would expect us to come, not you lot " continued Knuckles

" but you both have gone up against thousands of robots together " stated a confused pink hedgehog

Sonic and Knuckles looked at each other and sighed

" we've always helped you with everything you needed and yet when we ask you for help you always say 'can't you do it yourself, because your sonic the hedgehog you don't need our help ' what kind of friends are you then " stated sonic irritated, yet annoyed and walked out while Knuckles stayed put and sighed again

Everyone was in shock, because they have never seen sonic snap at anyone

" I guess I will see you lot later " said the red echidna

They stayed silent, shadow just gave a grunt and went after Knuckles

{Angle Island}

" I saw this coming " sighed Sonic, with dull eyes

" what do you mean you saw this coming " stated a dark figure, which made Sonic and Knuckles jump

" S-shadow, DON'T DO THAT " yelled the startled echidna

Soon the three of them calmed down, and sat at the bottom of the Master Emerald shrine

" so, what do you mean by -' I saw this coming' " questioned Shadow

" you know what he means " stated knuckles

They stayed silent till shadow sighed in defeat

" fine I will help, only because your right none of us ever help you " huffed the coal black and crimson hedgehog

" thank you shadow " sonic smiled softly
