"Ah mr masrani what can I do for you." Monica replied politely extending her hand out.

"I wanted to speak to you about your special assets." Masrani replied grabbing her hand firmly but friendly.

Monica's face turned serious at the mention of the islands. " what for." She replied, skeptically.

" if you would be willing to listen, I have a proposal written down for you." Masrani replied Taking a seat across from her.

Gesturing with her hand for him to continue Masrani pulled out some papers that were in his coat.

" As you can see we are willing to pay you $20 billion for both islands. Should you approve Isla Nublar will once again, be turned into the theme park that John Hammond had always dreamed of.

It will feature the T-Rex, apatosaurus, triceratops, brachiosaurus's, compys, and even a mosasaurus."

Monica was impressed not only was the money, a very generous offer, but she really wanted to see that park once again, up and running the memories of her time working there had never truly left her even now .

" I see however, I must question how well will your security be because that was a serious flaw when I was there back in 1993?"

" I thought you might say that every paddock will be rebuilt with concrete reinforcement with iron bars the concrete will be at least 2 to 3 m thick on every paddock we also have our own private security division, which will be called ACU currently training to deal with the dinosaurs in case they do escape."

" I see now will they be using lethal or non-lethal weapons to complete this job?"

" non-lethals mostly cattle prods, and taser rifles." Masrani replied honestly.

" I assume you'll be able to meet all these animals needs regarding food and healthcare, correct."

" Yep we already had plans to take care of that." Masrani replied with a smile.

" OK however, I have one last question. The last man who wanted to open a park with dinosaurs, he only saw them for the money he didn't see them as living. How do you view these dinosaurs if we should give you ownership."

Masrani's smile still did not waver. " allow me to personally reassure you that I have absolutely no intentions like Peter Ludlow did I only want to see these dinosaurs living happily with us in coexistence of course with safety precautions to ensure no human casualties. But they are living animals, and they deserve to be treated as such. They are not monsters like believe."

It was Monica's turn to smile. She held very similar beliefs as Simoni Masrani did.  " I can see your eyes. You are being very truthful very well. The deal will be signed."

" excellent but I had one last proposal for you. as I recall, you had a fondness of velociraptors during your time back at Jurassic Park, correct."

" yes, I did What does that have to do with anything?"

" I am planning a program to test the intelligence of velociraptors and I believe you would be a perfect candidate to help oversee this project so while I am making one squad of Raptors, to be observed, I'm willing to make a second one for you."

Monica was tempted. She did love the velociraptors, but she also knew that they truly were very very intelligent and someone viewed that the wrong way they may use them for less honest purposes. 

" I will accept on one condition. These raptors are to be owned by me personally, and you can do nothing to them after they are created without my consent."

Masrani simply smiled at that statement." I wouldn't have it any other way."

Following the end of their conversation, both Monica and Simon signed the deal. Almost immediately the Masrani global corporation got to work on building the park.

True to his word, the paddocks work to be made with reinforced iron bars, and 2 to 3 m worth of concrete. Simon also had the idea to create a control center to ensure that paddock security was kept in check with various witnesses trained for it, who could then alert their asset containment units to deal with any escaped or rogue dinosaurs.

However, to insure construction and efficiency, Monica sent engineers and builders from Zyger world construction.

With their help as well as the funding, Monica was also providing the park looked better than ever as dinosaurs began to be re-introduced to Isla Nublar.

By 2005 the park was completed. Since she would be living on the island for for the most part, she gave the day-to-day management of Zyger world industries to her brother.

However, any decisions that were major did have to be consulted with her and her brother couldn't just throw their money willy-nilly he had to consult with her before making any kind of business deal .

But looking at the completed, Jurassic World put a smile on Monica's face for the first time in years since coming to the island, the joy she once felt years ago reemerging with her .

And she couldn't wait for her next great adventure at Jurassic World .
