Walking into the common room with luz all decked up in lights and half filled with rowdy teens most of them calling out the newly achieved nickname

"Hey illumity!!"

Since...you know what?- fuck it. it's pretty obvious. Me and luz both blush embarrassed at it but- it's kinda a "satanic" ritual- amber and her partner raven are called 'raber saber' and ever since vee brought maya over late Thursday-   unfortunately I was sick and couldn't attend so luz cared for me that entire week-   they've been called 'call me mayve'..yes..based upon that- no offense- obnoxiously annoying song.
My ears catch the tune of a familiar song

'You left your diary at my house- and I read those pages... you really los- '

I shake my head and drown out the song, and like God's saving grace someone skips it. Sitting down in an armchair I point at the tv to a slightly- very- violent first-person shooter game

"Luz- thats not DBZ fighter-"

Luz looks over as she hands me a root beer, she gets super excited and darts her head to a smaller tv playing minecraft. Sipping the enjoyable carbonated drink I kinda get bummed at the very poor selection of energy drink

"Trust me I don't like it either- "

I sigh heavily and stand up, luz following me upstairs confused.

"Let me guess?? They want a variety but It's too expensive"

Luz laughs noticing I was actually listening to the group conversation of the party plans, she nods and I start snickering more.

"Well- thankfully they're in luck.. I can just"

Using my magic once we're in luzes dorm room I summon one of those 48 packages of variety rockstar, I feel the pull on my heart to this worlds absence of magic, I say slightly strained

"make things appear out of thin air.."

Using up the rest of my magic to summon around 6 more I hunch over, my head feeling drained and light. Luz lifts me up into her arms, quickly summons her portal and steps into her room in the owl house. I slowly feel the blood rush into my face as my magic replenishes itself

"Sorry I kinda half forgot the human world doesn't have magic"

I apologize to luz once she steps back into the empty dorm room and sets me down, closing the portal she sets the key in her pocket and lifts up two packages, successfully picking up two we walk downstairs and luz calls out

"Edgy, angsty teenagers your saving grace has arrived all sponsored and donated by the lovely amity blight"

Amber once I set the two packages down painfully hugs me and squeals, chuckling I look at luz hoping for a savior to amber's extremely tight hug luz steps up, pulling amber away gently I gasp heavily regaining my breath whispering 'oh thank god'.
Heading to her dorm door to get the other two luz quickly joins me tackle hugging me from behind, giggling as luz presses onto my back her weight forcing me to bend down I feel her kiss my neck and whisper a passionate

"I love you am"

Standing up luz let's go and pulls me into her room, thinking a really spicy make out sesh is on the brink of happening I'm surprised when luz places her hand on my barely visible bruise

"It's almost gone..."

I smile lovingly at her, she moves her hand over to my ear and I immediately realize she's changing the patch- I think.. until she kisses my cheek, pulling me in instead of taking out a new one I chuckle at her. Staying there swaying a little I say in a whisper when I hear someone calling us

"Luz- I think amber's calling us.. she probably thinks were being horny teenagers"

Luz snickers softly and places a kiss on my lips slightly rough. Wrapping my arms around her neck I giggle into the kiss, amber's voice calls outside the door

"I better not walk in on half naked gays you two"

Me and luz snicker mischievously, I whisper quietly

"Pretend to pull off my sweater as she opens the door I SO wanna fuck with her"

Luz giggles into my sweater and composes herself to look at me, placing a genuine kiss- to clarify since we're messing with amber- to her lips she smiles as amber grumbles. Placing a hand on my waist she pulls me in, pulling my sweater up as the door starts opening. Pulling from me luz raises her hands and says joking

"Ah! Caught- you caught me"

Then collapses into laughter at amber's embarrassed expression, I fall to my knees in shakey laughter and pound on the bed as she yells

"Y-you two were fucking messing with me weren't you?!"

We both nod unable to say yes, she gasps and punches luzes arm before picking up the two package.

"You two are TERRIBLE!"

She calls out halfway down the stairs, breathing out a giggly sigh I rejoin luz and wrap my arms around her neck

"Now we're was I...ah..I remember"

I mutter as I kiss her lovingly, I pull her slightly down into me. Parting I say excited

"Let's go enjoy that party"

Spending most the time laughing at luz rage quitting over MINECRAFT of all games, amber calls me up to play something called call of duty: black ops 2 multiplayer. After some brief lessons amber starts the teams and well- I chose the soviets, while she chose the spec ops. And battle fucking ON well- not at first. It was dull at first as my 9 other cpu teammates just looped some conex crates like they were in genuine war, as I went up into the ai lab via a latter, and I could only assume amber was on the same lame ass situation as she was my first kill only revealed, she gasps loudly.

"HOW DID YOU LEARN THAT FAST?! you lied to me!!"

I hold up my hands defensively

"Woah woah. Calm down- jesus..just because I live in a manor doesn't mean I have all the fancy new consoles- I had to beg my dad to get my phone and he has MILLIONS"

She looks at me and I completely agree with a short slightly fearful 'yeah..' at her upcoming words

"Your dad is an asshole-"

Luz looks at me for a second, scooting closer. Going back to the game I run my way to the helicopter pad right across the way, earning a double kill along the way pulling out the sniping rifle I'd stole from my third kill I get amber...once a-fucking-gain. She glares me slightly but returns to the game, using my epic pro gamer skills (you can attack me for this one) I kinda shimmy my way to an unreachable higher roof. Getting happily 3 more, handing the controller over to luz the energy drink I'd slammed doing ALL the opposite of keeping me awake she plays the rest of the match for me, resting against her I fight every urge to fall asleep. Jerking awake swiftly luz jumps slightly thinking I'd woken up from a nightmare about the previous night, pulling the pillow further down on her lap I look around to see most of the dorm mates had passed out on the chairs, but quickly awoke once they realized they'd fell asleep and went back to playing minecraft on their school computers. Luzes fingers run through my hair lovingly I smile at her tiredly, hugging her waist I close my eyes again, though staying only half asleep.

"Sleep well my angel"

Luzes voice mutters softly as her fingers continue to go through my hair, her thumb running along the top of my ear. Scooting forward I bury my face into her stomach my breath excaping in a quiet yawn, I can feel her stomach raise then flatten swiftly as she chuckles. I can hear a familiar but unknown chuckle as someone sits a fair distance below my feet

"She's adorable luz...where on earth did you find this doll??"

I feel luzes stomach tense so I mumble gibberish into her sweater to make her mindset calm again, I feel luz move a stand of hair away from my face to behind my ear. Smiling gently I bring my legs up to get more comfortable, my knees brushing her lower back.

"I actually...it's a funny story... she didn't know I was watching but- it was summer 2019, I heard a sort of scuffle going on behind some bushes. So going to investigate like any normal 14 year old I saw her bullying a girl..who now is extremely good friends with ami.. I fell for her that second even though we were not friends at all at that time.. actually she and the girl didn't even know I existed- which is quite normal.. I like editing music to anime clips and reading books with convoluted backstories. I'm just glad she's still here.."

I hear the other give a short 'ah ok' then they move off the couch, luzes fingers run down my jawline softly as she sighs. I'm swiftly reawakened as the common room slams open, alot of the students get angry and amber saying in a quiet yell probably assuming I'm still asleep- well not now.

"NO! NOT THIS TIME DEAN!"

Sitting up I use my palms to try and rub the dark circles away from underneath my eyes as I hear their voice reply really feminine

"Aww doll- you can't just get me out that fast.."

Pulling my hands away from my face I rest on luz trying to process the situation, and as luz starts scratching at her wrists on the brink of a panic attack I know who is in the room. Jumping up I walk up to join amber's side,

"What the hell are you doing here..??"

I say bitterly sarcastic, they then look over my shoulder at assumably luz and their face starts glistening under the light strips with sweat.

"Yeeaaah- forgot about my little warning...did you??"

Dean's eyes start darting around the room then to the illegally bought fifth of jack, taking it from them I summon them to follow me. Nervously trailing behind me I enter the bathroom, open the fifth and hand it to them my face still bitter.

"Take a sip"

Kids file in front of the open bathroom door as dean takes it and shakily sips it, handing it to me I dump it down the sink, Dean's eyes widen at my waste of alcohol. Tossing the bottle they catch it, Raising my hand I point at the door and say deeply.

"Now get the fuck out of here.. UNENROLL yourself college kid."

I'd never seen someone run to fast out of a room. the common room door slamming shut. Rejoining luz I rest my chin on her shoulder who looks at me like I'm god himself, amber who had frozen in her spot jerks her head to me

"HOW- WHAT- WARNING?! what did I MISS?!"

I sit back up straight and shake my head, my mind so damn tired I kinda wave my opened hands in circles

"You already know...Remember when I said "if you see dean around luz tell me?" To you amber?- yeah.. I told them if they didn't knock off their shit I'd delete their data on life's save files."

Amber's eyes look wide then she laughs loudly at my explanation, she claps her hands loudly

"Paise be to jesus! You just scared the oldest student in the entire school girl!"

Holding my hand to my ear I pull my head back from her yelling voice, I reply in a slightly groggy manner

"Amber- please don't yell.. my head is pounding out of my scull because of them.. I really need rest a little bit to calm my head down-"

I hide myself into luzes sweater, my arms around her waist tiredly but loving and go to sleep faster than light filling a room.
