"shouldn't a hot guy like you be dancing with the ladies" Pidge smirked as Keith snuck into the planet control room that was down the hall from the ball room. 

"shouldn't you be trying to get someone to dance with" Keith smirked back and Pidge just laughed. 

"nice one ya dork" Pidge laughed. 

"not bad yourself nerd" Keith smiled and walked over to Pidge who had her laptop connect to the controls. 

"so how is it out there, still wild" Pidge asked with a grin. 

"when wasn't it wild, lance is dirty dancing with the alien girls, hunk Is stuffing himself with the food, shiro and coran trying to see who can drink the most before passing out and allura being hit on by every guy including the jealous lance, then their the girls and guys that keep trying to flirt and grope me" Keith sighed and sat next to Pidge. 

"well your safe here, it seems this room forgotten about during the party" Pidge smiled. 

"thank god, if I have to stop one more alien from touching my ass I think I start stabbing everyone" Keith grunted and Pidge giggled. 

"well dont worry dork, I protect you ass while we in here" Pidge smirked and soon they both burst out laughing. 

"so how come your hiding here and hacking into their controls" Keith asked with a small smile since he doesn't remember seeing pidge at the party for awhile. He remember walking in with him/her and getting a drink but then they got cowards and pushed away from each other. 

"well after being pushed away I ended up in a corner with a empty cut that got spilled on the floor and no one seemed to noticed me so I snuck in here since I'm not the party type" Pidge sighed and soon a green bar was flashing. 

"what that" Keith asked as he pointed to the bar. 

"it means the info transfer is completed" Pidge smirked and opened up a new file. 

"who is she" keith asked with his eyes glued on an old photo of Katie holt in her princess dress, make up, hair and crown. 

"it seems like a wanted photo" Pidge said shocked to see an old photo of herself flashing. 

"why is she wanted" Keith asked still looking at the photo like it was his life source. 

"it seems someone wants her alive, they want her for himself" Pidge said looking into it. 

"who" Keith asked finally turning away. 

"Lotor" Pidge said shocked and soon fell pale as she kept reading into it. 

"what wrong" Keith said with fear after seeing pidge go pale. 

"he wants her as his bride but she been reported at kidnapped" Pidge said feeling sick at the news. 

"Lotor" Keith hissed and slowly started turning to his Galra form. 

"Keith" Pidge said shocked. 

"wait Pidge, I'm not the bad gu" Keith started to say with worry as Pidge never seen him in his Galra form or heard about it from the others since he wanted to hid it. 

"your so cute" Pidge smiled brightly at him and turned her whole body towards him. 

"cute" Keith said shocked. 

"your ears are so fluffy" Pidge squealed and hang her hands in the air wanting to touch them but was stopping her self.

"you can touch them" Keith smiled after seeing how excited she/he was.

"thank you" Pidge grinned and touched his fluffy ears with a smile that shined brighter then the moon making him smile.  

"your so soft and warm, its nice" Pidge smiled gentle and she stroked Keith hair a little making him lean into her hand a little without thinking. 

"warm" Keith hummed since he never heard someone say that, the others never took the news as well as Pidge and never said anything nice about his Galra from unlike Pidge. 

"yeah I dont know why but I feel safe and at peace" Pidge smiled shocking Keith with her words. Pidge shocked keith more when she snuggled into his chest without care and soon he heard her small snores. 

"you really are something, nerd" keith smiled and stoked his friend hair as she slept and slowing turned back to his human form. 

After an hour Keith unhocked Pidge laptop and placed it in her arms before carrying her princess style back to the ship. The others noticed him and Pidge and ran over with worry. 

"is he ok" shiro said as best as a worried dunk guy could. "he find shiro, he fell asleep" Keith smiled. "take him back to his room, we all be heading back after saying our thanks" lance smiled and keith nodded. "he could have stayed awake long enough to thank this planet, he make us look bad" Allura said with worry. "its fine princess, you know how often he stays up late and we can just tell them that he felt sick and went for a lay down" Coran smiled and allura nodded. "we see you back on the ship later, dont forget to undo his tie so he dont choke and leave some water by his bed" Hunk said with a smile and Keith nodded before walking back to the ship. 

"you have way too much shit in your room" Keith sighed after he laid Pidge on her bed and looked at the junk on her floor. 

"Pidge" Keith said in a gentle voice and shook her a little until she let her grip on the laptop slide and he could pick up to move it. He placed it on her desk and left to get a cup of water for Pidge. Soon he returned and placed it on the side of her bed before taking her glasses off. 

"you really got a cute face like a girl, no wonder you got pick on" Keith sighed and undid Pidge tie placing it on the floor. He knew Pidge got picked on since she told him so when they were bonding and talking about their school years. He felt like he had to protect Pidge since she never had someone to catch her if she fell but then again neither did he until he met shiro. Keith looked at Pidge once more before leaving his small friend room and heading to his own.

THE NEXT MORNING.

"we going where" Lance asked like an idiot. "your been there years ago before paladins, its a planet like earth but based in old times where the rich ruled the poor .. well they did" Coran said with a small smile. "oh I remember, keith had a crush on a certain pri" shiro started to say with a smirk but was stopped by Keith killer glare. "what did you mean by they did, what happened to the planet" Keith asked with his arms crossed.

"Rebels gave the poor guns and swords helping them kill the rich, after a months most people who had power was horribly killed, children, women, men, the old and the young was killed without mercy, they rebels kept giving the poor weapons and food so they could out power those who were once rich and if the Poor didnt murder the rich then they would starve, one day a small group of the rich was able to capture a rebel ship and fill it up with one child from each family that still survived and now those know as the poor rule the world and any rich that lived lives in hiding or became slaves to the poor if they were lucky" Pidge hissed making everyone turn to her a little shocked. 

"what are you talking about, the rebels just helped the poor gain power and overthrown the rich, now the planet is a equal living .. I dont know where you heard such horrible rumour" Allura said with disgust. 

"its not a rumour princess, many was killed in horrible ways becuase of stupid rebels giving too much power and speeches, the planet you might speak of as being equal is built over blood" Pidge hissed and crossed her arms. 

"if only the poor lived then how do you know all this Pidge, I'm sure you just heard someone messed up story" Hunk said with a worried smile. 

"I know because I helped saved that one ship of children the rich mange to send off, I saw the planet in its hunt for blood and I wish to never return" Pidge said with a frown. 

"I'm sorry pidge but Voltron has a peace making meeting already set up, all paladins must come" Coran said with a frown since everyone could tell by Pidge eyes that she wasn't lying about the bloody hunts. 

"act as the green paladin of voltron not as Pidge, we only be on the planet for two days and you can spend most of the evenings on the ship" Shiro smiled kindly and Pidge nodded. 

"fine but I wont let my guard down for them" Pidge sighed and the team smiled. 

"sounds good to us, now lets go eat some lunch" hunk smiled kindly and the others smiled. 

"hey pidge what happened to those children you saved" Lance asked with a small smile. 

"not sure, after they hit space I let one of the orders in the group take over since I knew my team would be looking for me, I gave up my ship and got a ride home in another Rebels ship saying mine broke down and the poor took it" Pidge lied since she couldn't say she lived on the planet. 

"I be grateful if you dont talk about such things again and keep quiet during the two days we on their planet, I dont want you causing us trouble" Allura warned and caught up to the others. 

"she really dont like you" Keith said with a grin and Pidge just shrugged. 

"Its a gift" Pidge smiled making lance and keith smirk at her comment.

A COUPLE DAYS LATER, THEY NOW LANDED ON PIDGE HOME PLANET. 

"wow this place really have change from the last time" Hunk said with a small smile as they walked down a street.

"yeah no kidding, last time it seem gloomy but it still had a calm air but now I feel like I'm gonna choke on the air" Lance said playing with his collar a little.

"everyone seems happy but off" Keith said as he looked at a couple people they passed and felt a shiver.

"dont forget that ever person we pass would have killed someone for their happiness" Pidge warned and everyone step a little closer to each other as they walked.

"Pidge, what did I say" Allura said with worry since she mention the said rumour again.

"she not wrong princess, they all might seem kind and caring but their eyes are the eyes of a killer" shiro said with a frowned as he been looking the people over.

"we should be safe since we here on terms of peace but try to not go anywhere alone, stay in groups" Coran warned and everyone nodded. 

"if this place is so equal then how come we heading to a castle" shiro asked as they stood outside of a castle that they could tell was being used to live in. 

"I'm sure they just use it for meetings and for those who homes was destroyed" Allura said with a kind smile. 

"if my story was just a rumour then why would homes be destroyed .. princess" Pidge asked as she glace at Allura who seemed a little pale. 

"lets just get this peace meetings over and get back to the ship" Hunk said a little scared since he felt like the people have been staring at them non stop. 

"yeah I agree with hunk, I dont want to be here any longer then needed" Keith said as he had a bad feeling. 

"just remember your all here as voltron paladins not as yourselves" Coran said with a small smile and tried to hide his shaking hands. 

"welcome paladins of voltron" a guy dressed in a black tight trousers, a white top with string going across it near the collar and brown working boots. He had light brown hair and bright green eyes. He wasn't that bad looking and could probably get any girl he wanted. He had a caring voice and seem smart looking but he had one problem. His eyes showed how dangerous he really was, with just one look everyone knew not to trust him. 

"hello I'm princess allura, thank for giving us a chance to make a truce" Allura smiled kindly and shook his hand. 

"the honour is ours, we be so thankful to have voltron protect us from those horrible space thugs, oh the name kev" he smiled and looked at us all like he was checking for something. 

"space thugs" hunk asked scared since non of remember hearing about protecting the planet from space thugs. 

"yes, we be helping to protect this planet during the truce meeting from a group of space thugs that seems to keep attacking them for no reason" Coran said with a nervous smile since they just tricked the paladins into protecting duty. 

"please help us, we too weak to handle them ourselves" Kev begged and Pidge rolled her eyes. 

"why would they attack a peace planet, it doesn't make any sense they would attack you for no reason so what are you hiding" Pidge asked with a hand on her hip and ignored Allura glares. 

"hiding, we not hiding anything .. they just started attacking us for no reason" Kev said back desperately but his eyes showed hate and lies. 

"what he means is, could something have happened to make these thugs start attacking like a new person arriving on your planet or a rumour" Lance said trying to help Pidge. 

"oh the wanted poster was sent out for an old dear friend of mine named Katie holt and not long after we were attacked" Kev said and they saw truth in his eyes. 

"Katie Holt, why are you looking for her" Keith asked with his arms crossed knowing the poster person wanted her as a bride. 

"she very important to us all, she like family but went missing and we just trying to find her before her husbands come back from his space travels" Kev lied. 

"we understand, well while you and the princess start the meeting may we check the planet out to check for the best spots to fight or to stand on look out" Shiro asked but was lying since he wanted to talk with the team without this fishy kev around. 

"sure please go ahead, just call if you need any assistants" Kev smiled.
