So last night I was watching the Princess Bride and thought to myself, "Hey! This would be a good fan fiction story. Later into the movie, I was like, "Oh my gosh it should be a Merome story." So here you guys go. I hope you enjoy this! I know one of you will considering I made you have a fan-girling moment in Physics today. Anyway enjoy the story fan-girls.

Love. Love is something everyone finds sometime in their life. Love can unfreeze the most coldest hearts and is the very emotion we all feel everyday. Most stories have loved involved. From comedies to horrors, or adventure to drama. But this story, isn't any of those. Our story, of course, is a love story. It's not as strong or as sad as Romeo and Juliet, but the still shows the divine power of love. And this, isn't your regular love story.

Our story begins on a farm in the countryside of Florin. But this is where our story gets interesting. Our story, is about two boys, both 12 in age. One boy lives the life of the farmer's son. And the other, lives as the stable hand for the family. Every time the son asks for the stable hand to do something, he just smiles and says, "As you wish." But what the son realized one day was when he said, "As you wish," he was meaning, "I love you."

During the next 3 years, the son found himself falling in love with the stable hand and vice-versa. Each day they grew closer and closer. One summer evening, the two were relaxing on the hill, watching the beautiful sunset. It was all quiet until the son found the courage to talk.

"Jerome?"

The caramel eyed boy asked. The stable hand turned his head towards the son and answered.

"Yes Mitch?"

Mitch stared at his hands for a moment, before pushing his brown hair out of his eyes and looked up to stare into Jerome's dark brown eyes.

"Will you kiss me?"

Jerome smiled brightly and said, "As you wish."

And with that, they both closed their eyes and kissed. It was calm, and filled with passion and love. This kiss, was filled with pure love. Neither boy wanted to break the kiss, but had to eventually break for air. They put their foreheads together and muttered the 3 most powerful words known to man.

"I love you Mitch."
"I love you too Jerome."

A few weeks later, Jerome was called to join an ocean voyage to the country of Guilder that would take a few months. Before Jerome left, the two shared their last kiss goodbye. They embraced, before Jerome turned away and began to walk towards the beach. Before he could get far, Mitch ran up to him and tackled him in a hug.

"I love you Jerome. Please come back. I don't know what I'd do without you." Mitch said on the verge of tears.

Jerome embraced his love once more, comforting his shaking form. 

"I love you too Mitch. This won't be the last time you'll see me. I promise you." Jerome said to Mitch, pulling him away to look into his eyes.

"Promise?" Mitch said through his tears. Jerome cradled Mitch's cheek, wiping the tears from his cheek. Jerome nodded his head before kissing Mitch's forehead.

"I promise."

A few weeks after Jerome left, news came to Mitch that he had been murdered by the Dread Pirate Roberts. Upon hearing the news, Mitch went up to his room and locked himself in. For days he would not eat and sleep. In his room, he muttered five words that changed his heart.

"I shall never love again."

5 years later, a new law had been passed in the country of Florin. The young prince was now allowed to choose a bride. But his eyes were set on a lonely farmer boy. Prince Sky had chose Mitch as his groom. But Mitch never loved him. His heart was still in pieces from losing Jerome so quickly. The only true happiness he could find, was when he was outside the castle hunting. 
But one day, Mitch's life will change. For better or worse you ask? Follow Mitch and Jerome through their love story. And you'll see what shall become of them both.
