Star POV

I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes as I looked to my side to see my mate and my two beautiful pups alseep. Yesterday was just too much and I couldn't believe I delivered two babies naturally. I thought I was going to die. Honestly I could have. The thought just making me uneasy. As I caressed the babies Marco's eyes slowly opened looking at me. "You're so beautiful Star." I smirked as I sigh. "What are we naming them?" He shrugs a bit. But groans knowing something. "What?" "We can't name them yet. We have to do a ceremony to present them in front of the village. Also my parents have to see them to. This is going to be big since twins are rare in the village." I raised a brow. "Twins are rare?" He nods. "Yeah. It's pretty rare. It's a miracle you survived the birthing." I sigh as he held my face. "You did wonderful star and I'm glad I still have you by my side." I blushed as we shared a kissed as the babies started to stir.

"Alright time for a bath so my parents can see them." Marco got up first as he took the boy as I was still holding the girl. They both had brown hair and skintone that was between Marco's and I. But what I liked was her cheek marks. Was it only a butterfly thing? Never have I ever seen other people with the mark in the kingdom. As I sat up and placed the baby in my arms Marco comes back as he placed the baby on the bed as he looked at me. "Alright one baby done. Now you little princess." I gave him a glare. "What are you doing?" He backs up a bit. "I'm going to take her a bath." I shook my head. "No. I want to." He chuckles nervously. "Alright. Yes princess." I smiled as I got up and walked towards the bathroom. What the hell was that? It was like I was being protective?

As I shake the thought I start the water as I get a small washcloth as I wiped all the dry gunk from her small body and face. She was still and wasn't making any noise. It was a bit worrying because she hasn't made a sound since last night. As I finished and dried her she started to fuss. I sigh as I looked at her. Her eyes opened but for a split second. I couldn't tell what color she had. As I walked out the bathroom Marco was holding him and waiting. "What?" "Feeding time." I looked at him as he was being fussy and I sigh. "Alright. Let me get comfortable." I sat on the bed as I slipped the robe down as I started with the girl. She latched on quickly. As Marco placed the boy he latched immediately which startled me a bit. It felt like he was pulling me. It kinda hurt a bit. I held them as Marco starts to smirk. "What? Why are you smirking?" He sighs. "He's half wolf. That's why he's pulling hard." I looked down at him as I noticed some of the markings Marco had when we first met. My boy is a werewolf. Well half so that means? I look at her peacefully as she drinks. She's my normal baby. I kissed both their heads as Marco caressed them. "My mate is so beautiful. Taking care of our pups. Being amazing." He started to kiss my neck. I blushed a bit but nudged away. "I dont want another baby Marco.." he chuckles.

After feeding and getting dressed we left towards Marco's parents house. I was excited for them to see the babies. I just wanted to name them already but we have to wait. "Mamá." Marco called out as she ran towards us. "Let me se-" she stops midway as she saw me holding two pups. "Twins?" We both nodded as she was in tears. "Oh my goodness. Come inside." We walked inside the cozy home as she came closer running her fingers over their heads. Marco took them as I watched. "Star, are you alright? You look different?" I raised a brow. "I'm tired. It's not easy giving birth to two babies." She smirks "Well to be fair the gods were on your side to deliver. You could have lost one of the babies and if not. You could've died in the process." I lowered my eyes. "I know. Marco said I'm very lucky I even survived." Angie held the girl as she touched her cheek marks. "She's going to be like you." I nod as Marco held the boy. "Names?" I looked at Marco and then at his mother. "We have the names picked out but we want to present them in the village since twins are rare." His mother nods as his dad comes in with a girl who is maybe around 14 or 15. "Papá." He looks at the babies and smiles. "Twins. What a blessing." He comes closer as the girl did to. "Way to go big bro." She nudged him as I raised a brow. "Uh big bro?" Marco looked at my confusing face "Oh. Star I forgot to mention when we first met my mother was pregnant at the time. So I want you to meet Mariposa. Mari, this is my mate and wife Star." I smiled as she held my hand. "I'm sorry I've never met you. It's just I'm always away with my dad that I'm barely home. Thanks for making him happy." I smiled as her attention went back to the babies. Wow shes so cute and nice. She looks a lot like Marco too. Mariposa? Cute name. "Star have the babies fed?" I look back at angie and nodded. "Yeah. The boy is eating a lot more than the girl. My chest kinda hurts." She smirks. "Boys are rougher than females." I nodded as Marco put his hand on my head. "Hey. That's not true." I smiled as his mother rolled her eyes. "Marco you almost ripped my chest whenever I fed you. So you proved my point." We chuckled as Marco blushed a bit. "Ma stop talking about the womens parts." I looked at him as I sigh. "Marco you literally saw me naked and give birth to them not that long ago. Now we talk about this and it makes you feel weird?" He nods. I rolled my eyes. "Of course."

After a few hours it was time to present them to the clan. I was so excited. I couldn't believe this all happened. If I stayed in that castle I wouldn't even have twins. Maybe I wouldn't even find the love of my life. I looked at Marco as he held both in his arms as I walked beside him. Everyone walked closer as they were in awe. Never in their life they've seen twins. Its was rare for them. And it be the chiefs son to bare with twin is a blessing. I looked around as I spotted Jackie as she had her arms crossed as she leaned against the tree. I will never understand her. She's quite unique. Only one day she'll find her happiness and peace. "As you all know. My son has blessed me with twins. Twins that will rule this clan in the future. My beautiful grandkids. I thank my sons mate for baring the children as this wasnt an easy process. It's even a miracle shes even alive with us today. I thank you Princess." He nods his head and I did it back. "Now I present you the next heirs. The boy!" He took my son as he caressed him. "Kane! He will be strong and confident as he grows older." I smiled as he takes my small daughter. "The girl! Lotus. She will be kind and gentle and will be there to support her sibling." I held closer to Marco as he pulled me closer. I was so happy that the name we choose fit them. I just couldn't wait for our future. "Everyone let us rejoice for our wonderful blessing. May our future be healthy and stronger." Everyone nods as they surrounded us. My heart felt full. I felt complete. This is all I wanted. A family. People who love me. To be part of something wonderful.

A/n hello been awhile since I've updated. Hope you liked this part. Took me a while. Also I've been lowkey writing at night before I head to bed so I can read in the morning and edit it.
