"Katherine I'm sorry" he said and kissed her shoulder "I... I have to go now"

She felt more tears fall from her face "go then Jack" she sobbed as she crawled away from him. Moving to the head of the bed and clutching her pillow tightly.

Jack looked and saw her a complete mess, red nose and a blotchy face. "Katherine I'm sorry" he said.

"Sorry about what?" She asked "my life falling to shambles and now I'm gonna have a divorce and be stuck with a newborn"

"Katherine" he said as she sat up to face him "I am sorry... I just... I love you still" he said gently cupping her face. "I just don't feel happy" he said.

"Ill make you a deal" she said and he listened. "You stay with married to me just until Atticus is born... then you can get papers... I don't want his name shamed" she said.

"Alright" he nodded "I better go" he kissed her cheek and walked out.

It had been a week and Clara still wasn't speaking to Katherine, no matter what, Davey just sat their awkwardly until Katherine finally started taking her meals on her room.

She left the palace one morning with a driver and took her about half an hour to get where she was going.

The driver stopped and was told to wait for her and that she should be back in about an hour.

She stepped through the doors, signed some papers and then went down the hall. She opened the door and saw all this artwork on the walls.

"Kath?" Jack said from his desk smelling her familiar fresh clean scent she wore often.

"I wanted to bring you these" she handed him some ultrasound photos "it's of our son"

Jack looked in awe as he saw the baby nestled safely in her womb. "He looks huge" jack chuckled.

"He is... he's constantly kicking and punching my sides" she laughed. "And he put his foot to my stomach and it looked like alien or something"

She then clutched his desk for a second and held her back. Jack moved around and helped her stand "you okay?"

"He's kicking" she replied "he knows when it's you... whenever I talk about you or see you or if you're near he does this... he gets really excited to see his daddy"

Jack put a hand on her belly and felt their son kick his palm, moving around most likely in circles in her womb.

"He's due in a month" she said "he... he's waiting for you but I think he'll understand if you Can't make it... I've told him that the two of us will be on our own-" then Jack snatches her by the waist and kissed her.

"I didn't say I stopped loving you" he told her.

"You said you weren't happy-" Katherine argumented back.

"Doesn't mean is stop loving you. It means there's a chemical imbalance in my brain and I need help... I'm getting better and I wanna go home" he said "I wanna go home to you and our baby"

Katherine smiled gently "when you're ready" she smiled.

"Get the palace ready for me..." he kisses her again as her bump moves from the baby inside.
