Katherine and Jack walked to the dance floor slowly, her hand being held by his and her free on holding her dress.

When they reached a spot jack deemed fit for them to dance he he gently wrapped an arm around her waist and held her hand. "It's a little more difficult now huh?" She smiled due to her bump.

"It's like he's kicking me" jack said as they waltzed.

"He missed you" Katherine smiled "he knows daddy is here... it's like he can feel your presence" she told him.

"Do you talk to him about me?" He asked.

"Now and then... if I talk about you too long I get sad" she told him.

"I don't want you to be sad" he told her.

"Then when are you coming home?" She asked.

"When they think I'm ready-"

"It's you're choice Jack! You haven't let me see you or anything... I miss you and I want you here for the last month of this pregnancy" she told him.

"Well it's not up to me... I need to help myself first-"

"Jack, I need you our son will need you" she said as her bump kicked Jack in the stomach.

They started walking to their spot behind the stairs where they would often escape.

"I need to focus on myself!" He said.

"You need to focus on this family jack! I'm pregnant we're having a soon in less than two months! He'll need you! I'll need you jack! My father is going to hand over the crown soon! This country will-"

"This is exactly why I don't wanna leave!" He snapped.

"What's why?" She asked folding her hands over her bump.

"You! And you're yelling and the talk of the crown!" He said.

"I didn't realize I'm the issue here" she said angrily.

"Katherine" he said looking at her, part of he curled hair was behind her shoulder and her bangs were slightly to one side. She had a tear forming in her eye.

"Yes?"

"I think we should ... I wanna.... we should look at-"

"Spit it out Jack !" She snapped.

"Divorce" he said.

Katherine bit her lip to hold in tears. She took a deep breath and started to storm off.

"Kath" Jack said trying to grab her arm.

"Don't fucking touch me!" She hissed some of the guests turning to see them. Clara saw Katherine with tears in her eyes and jack near her.

Katherine was in her bedroom unpinning her hair from its style when the door slammed open.

"Jack go away-"

"It's not jack" Clara said and she turned to face Clara.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at your wedding?"

"I can't!" Clara yelled.

"Why?" Katherine asked her cousin as she  tied the robe around her bump.

"Because of you" Clara said "I am so sick of you Katherine! You think just because you're next to be queen that the world has to revolve around you!"

Katherine stood up and looked at her in disbelief "excuse me?"

"You heard me!" Clara screamed "you take me for granted ! You take Davey for granted! Your father and Hannah ! You take everyone for granted around here! And everything just has to be about you!"

"About me ?! It's your wedding day ! You wore that gown! You said I do not me ! All eyes were on you Clara !" Katherine spat back angrily.

"All eyes on me ? Sure when the future queen and king are cold and standoffish to each other and then you fight at my reception!" Clara said "you ruined my tenth birthday party by having a prettier crown then me, you ruined my 16th party by having the best date and now you ruin my wedding by fighting with your husband ! Because everything has to be about you!" She yelled.

"Shut up!" Katherine yelled "I have every right in the wiles to be upset tonight!"

"You're husband is in the mental hospital because of you Katherine! He went crazy because of you! You have no one to blame but yourself!" Clara said.

"Fuck off"Katherine snapped. "My husband wont let me see him! I've him through most of my pregnancy alone! My best friend is going to have her own life and leave me alone! My father is manic! my best friend is screaming at me ! I'm pregnant and terrified cause I'm so alone! And my husband wants a divorce! So excuse me for leaving your party early!"

"You're so fake" Clara said "you just have to have something so you seem more important... my wedding day you're quote on quote getting divorced" she rolled her eyes "I'm happy to be leaving I won't have to deal with you anymore" she said and walked out of her bedroom slamming the door.

Katherine collapsed on the bed and began to cry into the pillows. Her face against the white sheets as she sobbed.

She heard the door open and saw Jack "I was just saying I was leaving- are you okay?"

"What do you think?!" She asked as she wiped her tears and sat up.

"Katherine?" He asked.

"Clara hates me" she said and Jack hugged her tightly as she sobbed in his chest, he rubbed small circles into her back.
