Why is life so difficult? Why am I not important anymore? As the younger brother, you'd think my parents would care so much about me. Nope. Everything is all about Mike, my older brother. The "heir to the throne." The eldest one. The most charming one. He gets all the ladies and his ego is bigger than his own colossal-sized head.

Then came the day where he was supposed to choose his bride. I was probably the happiest person in the whole castle. Was I happy for him? Not exactly. I was mostly happy because then it was my turn to rule the castle. He would move to someplace far away, and I would finally be in peace....

"Morn'nin!" I yelled, just to irritate him.

He yelled back, but I couldn't quite catch it because he shut the door.

After a few nervous glances towards the window, I finally saw the figure of a large, black limousine.

"They're here!" I yelled again.

Just a few seconds later, Mike came out, fresh and ready.

"What took you so long?" I asked

"Lots of things." He said, stealing my signature smirk.

Walking down the stairs, I shoved my hands in my pockets, giving him no hint that I was happy. My plans would be ruined if he noticed.

By the time we got downstairs, lights started to flick on and off. Cameras. Ugh. I really hate pictures. Putting on a fake smile, I casually waved as each of the princesses got out of the currently cramped limousine.

One sight I never thought I'd see was my brother, the player, giving googly- eyes to a maid.

Like if meant to marry a maid, he casually asked;

"What's your name?"

She didn't even reply at first, possibly under his "spell"

"What's your name?" He asked, trying to lure her in.

Any average girl would've let in and melted on the spot. However, this girl.... she was special.

"My name is Emily. Emily Peterson" she snarled

Leaving and angrily stomping back to the limousine, she surprised both Mike and I. After all these years, a girl finally rejected my brother.

This was going to be an interesting year.
