Lily

The coronation was soon to come. As soon as we left Mrs. Jeon, Kookie led me to his room in the castle and told me all about the coronation. Apparently, it was just like those coronations of kings you see on the television but just more grand. They were vampires, what could I expect? He also told me about how I had to be by his side as I would be crowned queen on the same day. All this information overwhelmed me at first but Kookie helped me through it step by step. The good thing is we were going to get married first which was a huge plus. Apparently, Kookie was really big on not having sex before marriage and I fully agreed with him. He also wanted to make sure that we were married first before we were crowned king and queen so he could actually turn me before the coronation so it doesn't break any laws and offend the counselors.

Sometimes, I would forget I had to live in a castle. These girls started coming into my room and started fitting me into numerous gowns. They were some of the maids in the castle and they were tasked with getting me absolutely prepared for the coronation and my wedding. They were a little hesitant at first as they thought I was one of those stuck up girls who treated maids like trash but I really liked them and we became close ever since.

As time went by, I began to feel homesick and I realized how much I missed my friends and most of all, my sister.

"Are you okay?" My wonderful fiancé asked. I couldn't be happier that in a few days, I would finally be married to him and able to call him mine and only mine.

"Yea, I just miss them" I sighed as I looked out the window. I could only wonder what Elle was doing now. She was probably shopping with Dianna at our favorite mall. A tear quickly escaped and I brushed it off before Kookie could see.

"You should see them" He said and I knew he saw it. I could never hide anything from him, could I? I laughed at the thought.

"I can?" With the coronation and the wedding so close, I didn't once think I could see my friends before it all happened.

"Of course"

"Thank you!"

I put my arms around his neck and jumped up. He secured his hands under my thighs and I inched closer until our lips met. It started off slow until he lost patience and slammed me against the wall. It was rough and passionate and I loved every second of it.

"As much as I want to continue, we should stop before we get out of hand. Don't worry though, we will soon" He said, ending with that smirk that could get me weak in the knees.

"Yah!"

"I have to go"

"I guess I'll start packing"

"Don't worry, the girls already took care of it"

"What?! But-"

He pulled me by the back of my neck into a sweet kiss. If it wasn't for him holding me, I probably would've fallen.

"You're making this so hard for me"

"Stop"

As soon as I walked through the portal to Earth, I headed straight for my house. The blue walls invited me as I drew closer. As soon as I reached the front door, it swung open.

"Lily!"

"Elle!"

I always loved her embrace. It was soft and warm like a teddy bear that you didn't want to let go of. She was my teddy bear. I could always depend on her to comfort me.

"I missed you so much"

"I missed you too"

"So how was it?"

"It was good. The coronation is in a week and we're going to have a private wedding before"

"That's gonna be so cute!"

"Actually, I wanted you guys to be at my wedding. Ellie, will you be my maid of honor?"

"Of course girl. I got your back!"

"Thanks. Kyra, Dianna and Skylar, will you be my bridesmaids?"

"Yes!"

"Oh thank Merlin! I was so worried"

"Why were you worried? We'd obviously say yes"

"I don't know. Forget about it"

"This is gonna be so much fun!"

"Yea"

"What's wrong?" Elle sensed the slight tremble in my voice.

"When we get married, he will have to turn me"

"And what's the problem?"

"I won't be a human anymore"

"You love him, don't you?"

"Of course. I'd die for him"

"Then you should be happy that you can finally be with him"

"But I won't age. You'll grow old without me"

"Girl, don't worry about me! Be happy! You got your man!"

"Yea, yea. We should go in two days to get dresses."

"Yay!"

"Where are the guys?"

"At the dorm"

"Oh ok. We'll probably have to stop by soon"

I spent two days with my friends at the boys' dorm but it was time to go back.

"Did you all pack?"

"Yep"

"We can use the hidden portal," Kyra suggested.

"There's a portal on Earth?!" Elle exclaimed. I chuckled at her obliviousness. I had to use the same portal to get here so how did she think I got back?

"Yea, but we never used it. We didn't really like the kingdom and its prissy vampires"

"Oh"

"Your little Jungkook might not be one of them..................I'll just wait and see" She looked at me.

"Kyra!"

"What?! I'm just saying what's on my mind"

"Are we gonna go now?"

"Yea"

We got into Kyra's white Jeep and headed to the location of the portal.
