Act 4: Love at First Sight

On the next morning, Heaven has been asked to go down to the Forbidden Basement Chamber of the West with Nightwind and Sonya. She agrees to go but in one condition from Renesmee, "Don't even think about running away," Renesmee's voice echoes in Heaven's head. "If you do, our game will be on you...as prey; well and alive."

Now that's the scariest warning that I've ever heard from her, Heaven thought as she still follows Nightwind and Sonya. I wonder what my dad would say about that? All of the sudden, they have stopped at a huge wooden door, and it is locked. "Okay, it's locked." Heaven's legs buckled, "So let's go," her voice quivered as she has started to turn around.

"Not so fast you scaridy duck," Nightwind halts her. "We just got here, and we are not going to be chicken when we turn away from this."

"You mean literally?"

"No, we just act like chicken when we are a coward."

"Like making a chicken sound?"

"Don't threaten us," he narrowed his eyes at her as he growled.

Heaven gulped as she stayed put, then Nightwind turned to the door. He grabbed the keys, pulled out a skeleton key, and starting to unlock the door.

Once the door is unlocked, Nightwind pushed the door open. Then he, Sonya and Heaven went into the room

The room is very dark, there is no window to bring fresh air or light into the room. The room scent is stale and dry, suddenly a flick of firry light has appeared. Torches has been torched; one by one, they all have lite up into the room. When Nightwind looks at the ground, he saw a pattern of the floor board; black and white. Suddenly it hits him, "Guess this is the place," said Nightwind.

"Gee, what give that away?" Sonya asked,

"The floor board," Nightwind stepped forward.

"Oh," then Nightwind sniffs around.

There's no dust here, Nightwind thought. It's like, it's been cleaned out everyday. But there's no one here or anything, so what gives?

While Sonya is exploring and Nightwind is sniffing around, Heaven's knees buckled a bit. "I think that we should go, this place gives me the creeps." Heaven quivered, "And besides, we have to report this to Ray...uh I mean...Renesmee and Mytho about this."

"Yeah," Nightwind sighed. "You're right," when he turned around. He saw Sonya is climbing on the castle statue, "Umm Sonya," he walked underneath her. "What are you doing?"

"Trying to see how far and wide this place is from up here," Sonya answered.

"Umm...Sonya," Heaven jumped a bit. "I don't think that it's safe when you climb like that,"

"Heaven's right, it's too risky to climb like that." Nightwind agrees, "So get down from there,"

"But..." before Sonya could protest, he hands has slipped and she has begun to fall.

"Sonya!" Heaven shouted as Nightwind panics from within, he quickly acts fast as he held his ground and held his arms out, and get ready to catch Sonya. Sonya landed in Nightwind's arms; his left hand is underneath her legs and his right hand is around her waist. Sonya's arms are around Nightwind's neck, suddenly they both looked at each other in the eyes. Heaven can see the spark in the between of them, and she has realized something. "I've should have done that with Ray...I mean Renesmee first met Mytho back in the beginning."

All of the sudden, Nightwind and Sonya has snapped out of it. They both have begun to blush, "Umm...you could...put me down now..." Sonya muttered,

"Uh...sure..." he helped her to get on her feet,

"Umm...thanks for..."

"Uh...sure...no problem..." they both looked at each other for a bit, then they looked away as their faces turned to bright tomato.

"Now that would be a cool story about love with the two of you in it," Heaven smiled.

Suddenly Nightwind's and Sonya's face has become burnt red, "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!" they both barked at her,

Heaven giggled a bit, "I was just kidding,"

"Let's hope so," Sonya crossed her arms.

Nightwind cleared his throat, "Let's go tell our masters about our report,"

"What about...umm...?" Sonya blushed,

"Let's keep it as a secret," Nightwind blushed.

"Okay,"

"And as for you..." Nightwind turned to Heaven,

"Not a word," Heaven nodded as she promised.

"Thought so," Nightwind headed to the door as Heaven and Sonya followed.

Before Sonya and Heaven are out of the room, "By the way Sonya," Heaven whispered.

"What?" Sonya whispered back,

"I think that you both are prefect for each other,"

"Yeah but...he's my mentor...and I am his apprentice,"

"So what's the difference?"

"The difference is...I don't know," Sonya shrugged. "But...do you think that we do have a future together?"

"That's what I believed in,"

"Thanks but..."

"But what?"

"Before I fell...I felt someone's hand has knocked mine over,"

"What?"

"Yes, but there's no body there and I can't even explain it what it is so..."

"Hey," Nightwind called out. "Are you two coming or get left be hind and get stuck down here till the masters come?"

"We're coming," the girls called out.

"I'll tell you the rest of it soon, okay?" Sonya whispered,

"Okay," Heaven whispered back. Could it be someone there that we didn't see? Heaven wondered, Or was it just the wind? Then she followed them back p the stairs and out of the basement.

On the castle statue, a man with a scar on his eye is sitting on top of it. "Why did you do that Nyroc?" a woman appeared right next to him, "You know that is can actually hurt her when you do that...if our son wasn't there to catch her."

"Yes I know," Nyroc answered. "But..." he turned to the woman, "I was trying to help our son to find his future mate while and after he's mentoring her,"

"And you did," the woman smiled. "I know that you are worrying about our son but he's a big boy now, he can take care of himself."

"I know but...I just...I'd just trying to guide him and our master while I'm not around,"

"And you are doing a good job on it, but right now we can discuss it when we get home."

"Alright," Nyroc purred.

"But you can visit them in their dreams once and a while, but not all the time. Or they will think that we are going to be suspicious."

"That I can understand," they both hugged and disappeared into the shadows without a trace.
