~Dear Diary~

~Okay, Andrew and Mckayla are being strange again, Andrew kept telling me there's nothing to worry about, even though he's not doing a good job at making me feel good.
Worried about Mckayla again, she's acting fishy. Tracey and Chase actually talk to me! Even though they only really talk to Mckayla.

Not totally sure about everything, but I'll be fine, just hope it won't bite me in the ass. ~

During school, Andrew was oddly being so sweet to me today. I mean, it's not weird but he's not exactly "I shall love thee until the midnight sky as the moon pales in comparison!" 

He's more like "Hey, you wanna see a movie or nah?" 

I was at my locker, grabbing my lunch when I saw Andrew from the corner of my eye, he ran up to me and said, "Hey babe, whatcha doing?" 

"Heading to lunch, aren't you gonna do the same thing?" I asked, he shook his head no. "I wish, but I have to skip, I need to do something real quick and it might take up the entire lunch." 

"Aw, that sucks, but I get it." I nodded. "I'll see you later then." I gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked away, when I got into the lunchroom, it was the same story as the hallway, everyone stopped and just looked at me, like there was something I did. 

I tried to tune it out, but it was still weird. I sat at my usual table with Tracey and Chase, As I was eating lunch, Mckayla sat down next to me. "Hey dude, what's up?" 

"Nothing much, everyone's being weird." I rip open a bag of chips, "People have been staring at me for this whole day and I have no idea what's up." 

"Damn, well sucks to suck." Mckayla drank her bottle. "Where's Andrew?" 

"I'm not sure, he said he has a thing to do that's gonna take up the rest of the lunch period." I told. "So, he can't come." 

Mckayla nodded her head, we all ate her lunch in quiet, then Mckayla's phone went off, Mckayla checked it and smiled, she looked at me and was like "Sorry, I got to go." 

"Okay, where are you going?" 

"Don't worry about it, I'll be back." Mckayla assure me before she left. It was kind of weird and I was thinking about coming with her, but Tracey was like "Uh, where are you going?" 

"I just wanted to see what Mckayla was up to. That's all." I admitted.  Tracey sighed and shook her head. "Rose, Rose, Rose. Rose. Look, Mckayla can be a bit mysterious and strange, but it's best to not follow her like a stalker, I mean, it's creepy." 

"Tracey's right." Chase scrolled on her phone and ate her sandwich. "You don't follow people, it's weird. Besides, why do you wanna know what Mckayla's doing anyway?"

"Well, I'm just curious, that's all." I admitted. "I don't mean anything by it." 

"Yeah, well make sure that Mckayla doesn't hear that, she'll freak on you." Chase pointed out as she drank her water as Tracey nodded her head, she opened up her computer and was looking something up as I just quietly drank my orange juice, just watching them. 

After lunch, I was walking to class when I saw Mckayla and Andrew talking to each other all the way down on the hallway, when Mckayla saw me, she waved quickly and walked away like I wasn't there, Andrew walked down to me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder. 

"Hey." He smiled. "How was lunch?" 

"It's fine. What were you and Mckayla doing?" 

"Oh, that. Uh, we're just catching up." Andrew shrugged, "Nothing much." 

"Catch up?" I raised an eyebrow, "On what? It's not like you haven't seen each other, ever! You guys hung out tons of times, especially during our anniversary." 

He sighed and brushed his hair back. "You still mad about the whole thing? Look baby, I swear, I'll make it up to you, I promise!" 

"You promise?" 

"Yeah, what kind of nigga do you take me for? Look, how about we just... chill! Yeah, chill at your place before we graduate. Sounds neat, right?" Andrew grinned again, which them make me smile. 

"Okay, fine... that sounds great, anyway." I nodded. "I can't wait." 

"Great." Andrew smiled; he gave me a quick kiss and I watch as he walked to his next class. I was a very curious person, so I could only imagine what Mckayla and Andrew were talking about. For some reason, I felt a weird tension between Andrew and Mckayla that I just could not for the life of me understand. 

Anytime Andrew would be near, Mckayla would be rolling her eyes or would leave completely, enter a few classes later, they'll be chatty and having a blast, so that's something I'll never get. Besides that, I'll try harder to grow up and stuff, I know I'm more than Andrew's girlfriend, I can prove it! I mean, duh right? 

It's time to relax and have fun, summer's coming up hot!
