(Alexas POV)

Nurse: "So just sit on the examining table and wait for the doctor to come." She instructed me and I nodded and sat at the table. 10 minutes later the doctor came in.

Dr. Grey: "Hello I'm Dr. Grey, you must be Alexas Green?" She asked

Alexas: "Yes," I said with my leg shaking out of nervousness.

Dr. Grey: "Ok so lay back on the bed and lift your shirt over your stomach," she instructed me and I did so, "so this jell will be a bit cold." She warned me before putting it on. She placed the ultrasound wand on my stomach and started to search, then I a weird sound, "Ok, Alexas those are your babies' heartbeats, you are about 10 weeks along with twins." She said casually as my eyes widen.

Alexas: "Wait what?!" I shrieked

Dr. Grey: "You are having twins Alexas." She said looking at my face.

Alexas: "Oh, ok." I said nervously.

Dr. Grey: "Is it?" She asked looking at me seriously.

Alexas: "Yeah, yeah I can do it, I can do this." I told myself. " What kind, I heard that there can be different kinds of twins?" I asked curiously.

Dr. Grey: "It looks to be fraternal meaning they probably won't look alike when they're born. Your due date is May 8th, but with twins they can most likely come early or on time." She explained, "So you can buy your prenatal vitamins at the grocery store. I want you to be back here in about 4 weeks. Don't forget to pick up your picture at the front desk." I thanked her and left.

I walk out to the front desk and the nurse handed me the sonogram of my twins and walked back to the waiting room. Carmen looked up at me.

Carmen: "So?" She asked

Alexas: "I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins." I announced with a small smile on my face and sat back down while all the girls looked at me with shock.

Chloe: "You're having twins." She asked with wide eyes.

Alexas: "Yep." I said as I sat down.

Reagan: "And you're ok with that?" She asked looking at me concerned.

Alexas: "Yeah, yeah I can do it, I know I can." I said in confidence.

Nurse: "Chloe Russel" the nurse called out. She stood up and walked towards her.

A, C & R: "Good Luck." We wished them and they looked back at us and smiled.

(Chloe's POV)

I followed the nurse into the sonogram room and sat on the examining table while waiting for Dr. DeLuca to come as the nurse instructed. After 5 minutes of me bouncing my leg, the doctor entered the room.

Dr. DeLuca: "Hello I'm Dr. DeLuca, and today we are going to be doing an ultrasound on Chloe Russel," The doctor said as she walked into the room. "How are you mi hija?"

Chloe: "I'm nervous." I said honestly.

Dr. DeLuca: "All young mothers are as long as you have a good support system then you'll be fine." She told me and all I was thinking about was how Jace is going to react. "Ok now let's take a look, this gel is going to be a bit cold." She warned me as he put the gel on.

Chloe: "It's not that cold." I told her as she put the ultrasound wand on my lower stomach.

Dr. DeLuca: "Ok Chloe it seems to me that you are 4 weeks along with identical twins, but it's a little early to hear the heartbeats, but that's nothing to worry about just come back in 4 weeks and we'll see what we can get." She assured me.

Chloe: "Huh!? What was that first part again?" I asked with wide eyes.

Dr. Deluca: "You are having identical twins. Now your due date is June 18th, but with twins, they can come early. Also, don't forget to get your prenatal vitamins which you can get at the grocery store, also you can pick up your picture at the front desk." She explained

Chloe: " Ok." I said quietly, I wiped the gel off my stomach, got off the table, and quickly said thank you then left the room headed to the front desk and they handed me the picture of the twins, after that I went into the waiting area. The girls looked at me curiously as I sat down.

Reagan: "How did it go?" she asked trying to read my face.

Chloe: "I am 4 weeks along with identical twins." I told them to try to fight back tears. Carmen hugged me from the side letting me lean my head against hers and Alexas held my hand.

Nurse: "Carmen Vasquez" the nurse called out. Morgan stood up and followed the nurse to the room.

C, R, & A: "Good Luck" we all said and she looked at us smiling.

(Carmen's POV)

I follow the nurse into the sonogram room where the doctor already was there I read her name tag that said Dr. Jackson, I plopped down on the examining table and smiled at her.

Carmen: "Hello, are you going to show me, my baby?" I asked, the doctor smiled at me.

Dr. Jackson: "I am, but before I do. I want to ask you something. How do you feel about becoming pregnant?" she asked and I just froze. Nobody has asked me that before and I am rather taken aback. 

Carmen: "I, um... I don't know. I'm happy because I get to do this with my best friends, but also really scared because I'm only 16." I said

Dr. Jackson: "Okay. Have you thought about terminating?" she asked

Carmen: "No I don't want to do that." I answered firmly

Dr. Jackson nods and turns to the sonogram machine. She applies the gel with a light warning and I bite my lip hard. It is very cold. A grey picture pops up on the screen and I let out a light gasp. It is so small. But it is so beautiful.
My baby. My lovely, perfect baby.

Dr. Jackson: "And that's your baby. Judging on the size, you're about 5 weeks along and your due date is June 12, but for most first-time pregnancies it won't always be determined that your little one will come on that exact date so be prepared for anything." she explained me, "You can purchase your prenatal vitamins at the grocery store. You can get your picture at the front desk." when she finished talking, I wiped off the gel that was left on my stomach and walked out of the room and to the front desk to pick up the picture of my beautiful baby.

Alexas: "How was it?" She asked, I picked up my bag so we can leave.

Carmen: "It went good, I'm only 5 weeks along and having one baby." I told them as we drove off in silence. Once we got to Reagan's house we saw her boyfriend Trevor playing basketball ball with her second older brother Connor. I looked at Reagan and saw fear in her eyes.
