It was a dark and stormy night, one not like the rest. Just kidding it was fine, but it was actually storming, just not like tornado bad but, enough to where you can't play sports or, for that matter, do anything outside really. so pretty much just in the middle of fine and AHHHHHH WHERE'S MY HOUSE. So to the the story.

I was walking home from school from my basketball practice ( in the rain and lightning which you already know about.) I only lived a block from the school so I thought. Hey, what the heck could happen in one block. Boy was I wrong. so as I was saying. I was walking home from school (in the storm) when I saw my friend Jordan walk towards me.

" Hey Jake. How's it hanging?" Jordan said.

" Please stop saying that, you know how annoying that is, but I will still say it, last time.On the hook. by the way, why are you even out here, in the rain, for no reason?" I replied.

" Well, I thought how bout I just stand outside while it's raining for no reason wasting time that I could be sleeping, huh, I CAME TO SEE YOU, idiot. you mind if we walk like to the hill back around the park to Florida then back to Illinois?" he asked

" how bout just to the hill then to my house instead?" I replied.

" fine if you don't want to have fun."he said. we started to walk and talk about sports and stuff and then somehow we got to the topic of school. " I hate school so much-CRACK- The lighting struck a tree about 30 meters in front of us.

" oh. did you feel that it felt like when you rub your socks on the carpet then touch a doorknob." I said. we kept walking till we were at the top of the hill.

" so you ready to start heading back- CRACK- This One hit are umbrellas dead on. we spased then passed out on the spot.
