I strut into school with pride. I just did a face off against a bigger foe and showed no fear. The pride of the wolf seeps through my blood. But I know there will be problems soon enough. I have to keep my guard up. There's no telling what would happen today. Although, I am in school.
    I file in with the other wolves to what I can only assume is the morning  assembly. Hopefully, I won't atract too much attention. You know, being the son of a legendary wolf and all. I'm probably the only son of a magical wolf rather than having a magical wolf ancestor. Which gives me his absolute and direct power from him.
    That's cool and all, but I don't know what they actually know. I just know Spring said don't show off too much. Which meant that they might know something, but not everything. Good, because I don't need a whole lot of attention on my hands. Er uh paws.
    Wait, how do I know this stuff? I barely understood who and what my father was Maybe it was my weak puppy  mind or something. I'll never know the answer to that question.
    As we walk  in I couldn't help but notice all eyes were on me. I  don't mind. But I do notice something is different about the atmosphere around me. I can smell *sniff sniff* fear.
    What are they afraid of, me? We stand in rows by ranks. One by one wolves are are sorted out by ranks with the same word "rank" . It was mainly beta, or delta. Some said omega every now and thenand was pushed all the way to the back with shame on their faces . But nobody said Alpha except for Spit Fire's friends. Until it came down to me. "Rank" said the wolf. I said it clearly as day "alpha". He snorted and laughed so loud the whole assembly froze and once again got a good look at me. Plus the adult warrior wolf. "Ya kiddin kid right? Let's be for real here kid. You're at school now. Let's say this again,  what's your rank?" he said grinning. "Alpha." I repeated.  "Still going with the alpha huh kid? I tell you what, I like you. So I'm gonna place you in alpha anyway. Just for the heck of it.
    "No, you're going to place me in alpha respectfully and rightfully. I'm the son of the greatest wolf the world has ever seen. And you can't change that. So place me rightfully or so help me moon goddess I will show you the hard way who I am." I said sternly.
    My wolf completely took over my body. My true spirit glowed in front of everyone. "Now bow down to the son of a legendary spirit king." I said sternly again. The wolf bowed down obediently. "I'm sorry sir, I didn't know" said the wolf with his head down to the ground. The others followed.
    I can't believe what I just said. This is what Spring meant by not showing off too much. I'm a king, the real true king of all wolves. But I wasn't going to let that go to my head. Besides, I still don't understand my newfound powers, nor how they work.
    Finally I heard the sound of a bell. Home room finally. I followed instinctual senses to my home room class. Which to no surprise was the back woods. Smells of fresh venison entered the air. I saw another warrior wolf who looked like she's been through more thinga than you can count. The scar on her lovely red fur proved mu point.
    The all of us followed our noses to this same class. I wasn't surprised to see Spit Fire to see me with anger and hate flaring up in his eyes. I snorted and sat patiently.
    "Today, as you already figured, we're going to teach you how to hunt properly. Even you pretty boy" she said. Blood lust began to rise in my body. I can feel the adrenaline rush of excitement already entering my body. I'm liking this school already.
