Third person perspective

Suyin and her children are now on their way to meet with Y/N and Kuvira.

Opal goes over to her mother, who is looking out of the window.

Su: What is it, Opal?

Opal: I still don't understand why you didn't send the Metal Clan soldier's to collect Kuvira.

Su: It's important that I bring her in myself.

Opal: After everything Kuvira's done to our family, all the anguish she's put us through... how can you still have a soft spot for her, mum?

Suyin looks to her daughter.

Su: This isn't the time, Opal.

Opal: If not now, then when? When do...?

Suyin turns and walks away.

Su: Pilot, bring us down!

Y/N's P.O.V

The other's and I are now on our way to the meet with Su.

Korra: Y/N, where are we going?

Y/N: I told you, we called in Suyin. She's on her way.

Kuvira: She should actually be here any minute now.

We look up and see an airship in the distance.

Y/N: Ah, there she is.

(Ten minutes later)

We make it to the meet up point and see the airship touch down.

A moment later the ramp lowers and we see Su along with Opal, Wing and Wei.

Su: Hello, Kuvira.

Kuvira: Hello. I appreciate you coming.

Toph: Sorry to interrupt this joyous reunion, but Guan and his cronies have found us. Let's skedaddle.

We all walk up the ramp.

Su: Hi, mum.

Opal: It's good to see you, grandma Toph.

Toph: Too bad it isn't under better circumstances.

I look over to see Korra looking over into the distance.

I go over to her.

Y/N: Hey, you okay?

She nods.

Korra: I'm fine. I just... I can't leave without Asami, Mako and Bolin. We can't.

I sigh.

Y/N: You're right. Leaving without them doesn't sit right with me either.

Su: Y/N? Korra?

We look to Suyin.

Korra: You guys go on. We're not leaving with out Asami, Mako and Bolin.

Kuvira: Dr. Shanghai used some kind of magnetic technology to intensify the effects of brainwashing.

Y/N: I know. I saw it.

Kuvira: I don't know to reverse it, but if we go back to Zaofu then maybe...

Y/N: We're not gonna abandon our friends to that madman!

Kuvira: Understood.

Just then we see tanks and jeeps heading towards us.

Kuvira: I'll help you get them back.

Korra: Thank you.

Su: We'll help too.

We see Gaun in a jeep with Mako, Asami and Bolin in the back.

The three get out and get ready to fight.

Opal: Bolin! It's me. Please stop!

Kuvira: It's pointless to try and reason with them.

Y/N: I hate to say it, but Kuvira's right. We have to play defence.

Korra: Y/N, Su, Wing, Wei and I will steer them towards you. Wrap them up with cables and get them on the ship.

Wei: Will do.

Mako, Bolin and Asami come at us.

Korra and I use Airbending to block their attacks.

Y/N: Opal, now!

Opal and I then use Airbending to knock Mako and Bolin into Asami.

Su, Wing and Wei quickly use cables to wrap them up.

Wing & Wei: Snagged 'em!

Su: Get them on the ship.

Guan: You're not taking them anywhere!

He uses Earthbending to free them.

Guan: Move in!

As he soldier's move in Su, Toph and Kuvira use Earthbening to send them up into the air.

We continue to fight them off, but we start to get overwhelmed.

I turn to see Asami coming at me.

Y/N: Asami, no!

I quickly move out of the way.

Y/N: Sorry for this, Asami.

I activate my Spirit State and use Earthbending to hold Asami in place.

Asami: Let me go.

Korra then comes over.

Korra: Now, we gotta get Mako and Bolin.

We look over to see Mako and mechs aiming at us.

Korra: Oh, no.

Korra uses Earthbending to create a wall to protect us.

Just then the wall breaks down and we jump out of the way.

Su: Mum, get on the ship. Kuvira, grab Asami. We're leaving!

We see Wu being taken away.

Korra: But they've got Wu. And what about Mako and Bolin?!

Su: We'll come back for them.

Y/N: She's right, Korra. We won't be able to help 'em if they kill us first.

She sighs.

Korra: Okay.

Korra and I use Airbending to cover our escape.

We all get aboard the airship and it takes off.

(Five minutes later)

We're now on our way to Zaofu and we have Asami locked up.

Korra comes over to me.

Y/N: How's Asami?

Korra: Well, she thinks we're her enemies, but other than that she's okay.

I pull her into a hug and she rests her head on my chest.

Y/N: We'll find a way to her back. Same goes for Mako and Bolin.

She sighs.

Korra: I hope you're right.

Y/N: Me too.

Hopefully, someone in Zaofu can help us break through the brainwashing.
