(The next day)

Y/N's P.O.V

So today has been pretty calm, not much has happened.

Right now I'm with Korra and we're watching the sunset at Air Temple Island.

Korra: It's such a beautiful sunset.

Y/N: Yeah, it reminds me of the one from the Spirit World.

She smiles.

Korra: Me too.

Y/N: Though, the sunset isn't the only beautiful I see.

She giggles.

Korra: That was so cheesy, but very sweet too.

Y/N: Yeah, it was.

She and I lean into a kiss.

Just then we hear footsteps and pull away.

We look back to see aunt Kya.

Kya: Hey, you two. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt.

Korra: It's okay, Kya.

Y/N: Hi, aunt Kya.

Kya: Hey. I was actually hoping to run into you two.

Y/N: Okay, what's up?

Kya: Well, Tenzin told me about your engagement and I wanted to say congratulations.

We smile.

Korra: Thank you, Kya.

Y/N: Thank you, but why'd he tell you?

Kya: Well, your father isn't always as smart as he normally is and he slipped up.

I sigh.

Y/N: Of course he did. I'm sorry I didn't say anything sooner.

Korra: With everything going on we wanted to wait for the right time to tell everyone.

Kya: Do your parents know, Korra?

She nods.

Korra: They do. They're happy for us, but my dad was... worried.

Kya: Why?

Korra: Well, he thinks we're too young for marriage and that I haven't fully thought this through.

Kya: I'm sorry, Korra.

Korra: Don't be. I just hope he comes around.

Y/N: He will, Korra.

Kya: Y/N's right. He will. Your father loves you, Korra. He will come around.

She nods.

Just then we see Mako, Asami and Bolin show up.

Bolin: Hey, guys!

Mako: Asami told us you had come back.

Aunt Kya looks at us.

Kya: Well, I'll see you both later. Congratulations you two.

Y/N & Korra: Thanks, Kya. Bye.

She leaves as the rest of Team Avatar come over to us.

Asami: Hey, you two.

We hug Mako and Bolin respectively.

Korra: Look at you, Officer Bolin. How's the force been treating you?

Bolin: Great! I made my first arrest.

Korra: Congratulations.

Y/N: That's great, Bolin. The uniform looks good on you.

Bolin: Better than you?

I tilt my head.

Y/N: Wouldn't go that far.

Bolin: Well, Opal says I look handsome in this. More so than my Earth Empire uniform. Anyway, how was your vacation, guys? I wanna hear all about it.

Korra and I look at each other.

Korra: It was...

Y/N: Fun. Very Spirity.

Asami and the brothers look at us.

Mako: You two are acting weird.

Asami: What's going on, guys?

Y/N: Should we tell them now?

Korra: We should tell them.

Bolin: Ooh! Tell us what? Are you pregnant, Korra?

Y/N & Korra: No.

She sighs.

Korra: Guys, Y/N and I...

Just then Jinora shows up in her Spirit form.

Jinora: Y/N, Korra, we need your help! A bunch of Triple Threats showed up ag the portal! They're attacking us!

She also tells us that a guy named Tokuga is there too.

He's the leader of the Triple Threats.

Y/N: We're coming, sis. Hang on!

The team and I head to Lucky and fly to the Spirit Portal.

(Five minutes later)

We're coming up on the Spirit Portal to help Jinora and the other's.

As we fly in we see the Airbender's fighting off the Triple Threats.

The team and I drop in to help them.

Mako: I see Tokuga. You guys got your marks?

Y/N: Oh, yeah.

I activate the Spirit State and jump down into the lower parts of the Spirit Portal.

I hit the ground with Earthbending and a wave hits the Triple Threats.

As we fight off the Triple Threats the Spirit's come out of the portal.

Third person perspective

The Spirit's attack and Korra tries to stop them.

As Y/N comes out of the Spirit State he sees Asami is getting overwhelmed.

Y/N: Asami!

He rushes over and tackles her out of the way and takes the blast of Waterbending.

Asami: No!

Korra sees this.

Korra: Y/N!

The Avatar drops down from the air and uses Earthbending to send a rock back at the enemy.

Korra: Back off!

She kneels down to see Y/N is unconscious.

Korra: Y/N, are you alright? Talk to me, baby.

Just then a Spirit flies through Tokuga and back towards the Spirit Portal.

Korra: Oh, no...

Y/N's P.O.V

I open my eyes and see Korra over me.

Y/N: Korra?

Korra: Thank goodness.

She leans down and we kiss.

After that I sit up.

Korra: I thought I was gonna lose you.

Y/N: Not that easily. I still gotta marry you first.

We chuckle.

???: I'm sorry, what?

We look to see the other's around us.

Y/N: Oh, no.

Tahn: Uh, what is happening?

Korra pulls out her necklace and puts it on.

Korra: So, that thing we were gonna tell you earlier?

Bolin: You guys are engaged?

Korra and I stand up.

Y/N: We are. Sorry we didn't tell you sooner.

Everyone: Congratulations, guys.

They start hugging us.

Tahn: I can't believe it. You guys are engaged.

Jinora: This is amazing.

Korra: It is.

After that we leave the Spirit Portal.

Korra and I walk together.

Korra: So, everyone knows now?

Y/N: Yep.

Korra: I guess now we just have to talk about whether we want to have kids or not.

We look ahead to see the other memebers of Team Avatar.

Y/N: Well, I think we should wait until those three are old enough to handle the news.

She and I laugh.

Now our friends know about our engagement.

It feels good to have it out there in the open.
