Third person perspective

Y/N is in his and Korra's hut and is meditating.

He needs to see more to these dreams he's been having.

The Airbender starts breathing heavily as he's more to his dream.

Y/N sees himself fighting another Airbender, but he can't see the Airbender's face.

He also sees himself glowing yellow again.

After that he sees something new. He sees a baby boy and there's something familiar about the baby.

Before he can see more his eyes snap open.

Y/N's P.O.V

I gasp and fall back on the floor. It was like a force knocked me down.

I wipe the sweat off my forehead and get up.

After that I go over to a bowl of water and splash the water in my face.

I sigh.

Y/N: What is going on? None of this makes sense.

I need to find a way to see more of these vision's.

(Twenty minutes later)

So right now I'm with Mako, Bolin and Asami.

I'm not sure what's happening right now, but things seem intense.

Asami: Where's Varrick? We should've closed our deal an hour ago.

Bolin: Would you relax? This place is great. And the best part about it? Eska doesn't know I'm here.

Y/N: Still struggling to break up with her, huh?

Bolin: Oh yeah, definitely.

Just then the doors open and we see Eska and Desna come in with guards.

Bolin quickly jumps up.

Bolin: I wasn't hiding. Hey.

Eska: I'm not on the hunt for you. Currently.

Desna: We're searching for Varrick. Our father wishes him to stand trial.

Asami: What did he do?

Eska: He's a traitor to the Water Tribe along with our aunt and uncle.

Mako: What?

Y/N: Wait, Korra's parents were arrested?

Desna: Yes. Your powers of deduction are impressive.

Bolin: He's a cop.

After searching some more they leave. Eska makes Bolin bow to her before doing so.

Bolin then stands up.

Asami: You can't let her treat you like that. Stand up for yourself.

Bolin: Well, I tried to break up with her, but Y/N gave me terrible advice. Thank you, Y/N.

Y/N: Hey, you decided to go for the crazy girl. That's on you.

Mako: To be fair, you and I have dated a crazy girl before.

Y/N: That's true.

Asami: Bolin, you need to be honest with her. Tell her how you really feel.

???: Honesty is for fools, kid!

Bolin: Varrick?

Varrick: If you wanna ditch this girl, then make yourself scarce. Disappear, like I did!

Asami: Where are you?

Varrick: Somewhere Unalaq will never find me.

We see the platypus-bear's mouth open.

Varrick: Inside Ping-ping! How we doin'?

After talking with Varrick I decide to check in with Korra.

(Two hours later)

So I'm now at the trial.

I'm standing with Korra and Unalaq as the trial processes.

Unalaq stands before the judge and tells his side of the story.

The group of Waterbenders attacked him and tried to kidnap him.

Korra then goes up and answers the judge's questions.

The judge leaves to make a decision.

Korra comes over to me.

Korra: This isn't going well, is it?

Y/N: I don't know. We just have to wait for the judge to make a decision.

A few minutes later the judge comes back into the courtroom and sits down.

The group on trial stand infront of the judge.

Judge: Senna, please step forward.

Korra's mum steps forward.

Judge: I have found you innocent. You are free to go.

The cuffs are taken off her and she comes over to Korra and I.

Judge: On the charge of treason. You are all found guilty. The punishment for this crime is death.

Y/N: What?

Something doesn't feel right about this.

The judge goes to leave.

Korra: You can't do this! You take their lives and I'll take yours!

The judge stops and turns.

Unalaq: Korra, calm down. I'll talk to him.

Unalaq talks with the judge.

Unalaq: I know I promised to respect whatever decision you made, but I must ask you to reconsider. Show these men and my brother mercy.

He thinks for a moment.

Judge: Very well. I'll change their punishment. Your lives will be spared. But you will live them out in prison.

Unalaq comes back over as Tonraq and the other men are taken away.

Korra: Thank you, uncle.

After that we leave the courtroom.

(One hour later)

Now that the trial is over I'm going with Korra and Senna to visit Tonraq in prison.

We're let into his cell and the door is closed behind us.

Korra and Senna hug Tonraq.

The two then pull away.

Senna: Honey, are you alright?

Tonraq: I'm fine.

Korra: Good, then let's bust you outta here right now.

Tonraq: Korra, no. Saving me would start a war. If fighting were to break out, the North would crush the South. I'll be alright. Just promise me you won't do anything rash.

Korra looks down.

Korra: Fine. I promise.

After that Korra and Senna say goodbye.

Tonraq: Y/N, may I speak with you for a moment.

Y/N: Of course.

The two leave the cell and close the door.

Y/N: What do you need, Tonraq?

Tonraq: I just want you to watch over my family for me, especially Korra. Can you do that?

Y/N: Yeah, of course.

Tonraq: Thank you. I get the feeling that there's something more going on here. And I can tell by the look on your face, that you have the same feeling.

Y/N: I do. My gut is telling me there's something off about all this. It doesn't seem right for Unalaq to put you on trial, but then spare you. I mean no offence, but your brother doesn't seem to like you that much.

Tonraq: I know. I need you to keep an eye out. It could be nothing, but I just want to be sure.

Y/N: I'm on it. If I hear something, I'll let you know.

He stands up and shakes my hand.

Tonraq: Thank you, son.

Y/N: Of course.

After that I open the cell door and leave.

There is definitely something more going on here. I just can't think of what it is.

All I know is that we need to find out before things get worse.
