Kiesha
This was the first time i would be seeing my nieces and nephew. To say i was nervous was the least of my worries. I was hella nervous! I mean who wouldnt be right?
Just imagine you would be seeing your neices and nephew for the first time in 6 years! Geez! I had only seen pictures of them. Would they be like that in real life? Would they accept me?
"We are here," Andrew said.
We hoped out of the car and i looked at their pack house. It was a modernized but cozy looking house. It was painted white on the outside. I took a deep breath as Benny took my hand.
"It would be allright. They would love us," Benny said.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"Yes. Who wouldnt want to see their beautiful aunt?" He asked.
That made me smile. Benny always knew how to make me smile. Thats what twins were for. It was like we were two halves of the same person.
"Come on! I cant wait to see my grandkids!" Mom exclaimed.
That made us laugh. Mom was always keen on being a grandmother but unfortunately Andrew hadnt found his mate yet. He's still hopefull though and so are Benny and me. I have got no hurry now to be a mother.
"Mom they wont hate us will they?" Andrew questioned what was going on in my mind.
"Oh please! Everybody wants a big family! They'll love you!" Mom said.
"Welcome to the Red Glare pack. Jay and Reanne will be right here," a woman said.
"Thank you. And you are?" Dad asked.
"Oh i am Pamela the Delta female of this pack," she smiled.
We all nodded and sat down in the living room. It was just a matter of time when we heard pattering of feet. And Jay and Reanne came into view with their three kids behind them.
"Hello... mom. Hello... dad," Jay said.
Mom got tears in her eyes as she hugged him. He had matured into a man just like dad and Andrew and Quinn. While Benny and i looked like mom.
"Hello my boy. How are you doing?" Dad asked, giving him the man hug.
"Fine dad. Meet my kids. This is Rosalind Kelly Willikins. She's my oldest daughter and soon will take over the beta position. Then are the twins Serenity and Shawn Willikins," Jay finished the introduction.
"Oh my! You look so beautiful!" Mom cried.
"Kids these are your grandparents. Say hello to them," Reanne said.
"Hi," Rosie said, after a while.
"Hello," Shawn said.
Serenity only nodded and gave us a soft smile.
"Kids these are your aunt and uncles," Reanne said, introducing us.
"I am Andrew," Andrew said with a wave.
"I am Quinn," Quinn smiled.
"Benny and Kiesha," we said together.
"You are twins as well?" Rosie asked.
"Yes," Benny said.
"Huh. Twins runs in the family i guess," she said.
That made us all laugh. We settled down again and started talking. I learned that Serenity was the soon to be Luna of the pack when her mate would be the Alpha. She looked exactly like a luna. The title suited her well.
After a while i got thristy and got up to take a glass of water. I made my way to the kitchen and saw that it was almost empty. Everybody would be outside enjoying the weather.
I felt a movement behind me and looked around. The kitchen was silent as it was when i came in. Shrugging; i turned back to the sink to put my glass of water down. And thats when i was hit on the head.
A startled cry left my lips as i placed my hand on the wound on my head. I could feel tears in my eyes and as i tried to scream the person put a piece of cloth over my mouth and i breathed in the smell of the chemical. And thats when i lost consciousness.
Benny
I was talking to Shawn about sports when i felt a pain on my head. It was a very sharp pain and i felt tears prick my eyes. What the hell? My immediate thought went to Kiesha.
You see twins feels each other emotions and feelings whether they are hurt, sad or happy. They feel them. But how could Kiesha be hurt? She just went to the kitchen to drink water right? I kept glancing at the door hoping to see Kiesha but with every passing minute i got more anxious.
She wasnt my sister or my twin. She was my best friend in the whole wide world. And if anything were to happen to her i could never forgive myself. I would always blame myself that if anything were to happen to her.
"Benny are you ok?" Quinn asked.
"I dont know why but i am having a bad vibe from Kiesha," i frowned.
"Oh dont worry Ben. She's fine. She must have gone outside to look around," mom said.
That would have made sense if Kiesha had informed mr via the mind link. You see twins have a separate mind link in which only they could talk if they needed private conversations.
"Dont worry Benny. She's fine," Quinn mind linked me.
"I am going to check on her," i said, standing up.
Going into the kitchen i saw that it was empty. Perhaps she was outside just like mom said. I was just about to go back when i took a whiff of the air. There it was. The reason why i was feeling anxious.
There was another scent in the kitchen along with Kiesha's. It seemed to be a male's. My breathing hitched as i walked around the kitchen. Where was my twin sister? What had happened to her?
As i walked towards the sink the scent was strongest there. It was as if the attacker was trying to hide his scent but he wasn successful. I was about to turn around when a piece of paper caught my eye.
Picking it up i saw that it was typed. Smart work. So i couldnt see his handwriting and hang his head on the wall. After i killed him of course. This was what the note read:
Bring us what we want or else your sister gets killed.
I gritted my teeth annoyed and stalked out of the kitchen. I knew that Kiesha was in trouble. I should have been there!
"Somebody's got Kiesha! I told you she was in trouble!" I growled.
"What? How is that possible? There is no enemy here!" Jayden said standing up.
"I dont want any explanations! I just want my sister alive!" I growled, throwing him the note.
He read it and his eyes widened.
"Dammit! I should have known!" Jayden growled.
"What? Known what Jay?" Reanne asked.
"Nothing. You guys sit here. I am going to the Alpha," he said.
"I am not going to sit around and wait for anything!" I growled.
"You need to calm down! He'll handle it," dad said.
I took a few deep breaths and nodded. I could trust Jay in that matter. Afterall Kiesha was his sister as well.
So there you have it folks! What will Alex do to Kiesha? Or will Jay reach his sister in time to save her?
