I felt really bad for fighting with reanne. I mean she was my best friend since childhood. We should have parted ways with good terms.

I had wanted to apologize to reanne about the fight but Ryan didnt want me to apologize. I think its stupid and Ryan should be the one apologizing for speaking that way to reanne. He didnt had to lose control.

"Come on love. I have been sleeping on the couch for a week! Can i sleep on the bed please?" Ryan asked.

One thing i learned about ryan was that he was good with cute looks. Or puppy dog eyed expression. Whatever you wanted to call it. And i quickly learned that i just couldnt say no to that expression.

"Will you say sorry to reanne and jay?" I asked, still keeping my stance.
"Why? I didnt do anything wrong," he said.

I sighed. He was still stubborn as fuck. He wasnt budging and neither was i.

"You are still on the couch," i said, turning on my side and facing away from him.

I felt a bit bad on the inside but he had to realize that i had a family in that paxck as well. And he had to treat them with respect.

-next morning-

I woke up to the ringing of the phone. Yawning i attended the call without actually looking at the caller ID.

"Yes?" I asked, yawning.

What the other person said made me jump up in a sitting position.

"What? Is she allright? What did the doctor said?" I asked, worried.
"The doctors said that it might be seasonal but they are not sure yet," mom said.

She had just told me that reanne was having stomach upset. My poor bestie! And i wasnt there with her.

"Dont worry mom. I will be there today," i said.
"Where are you going?" Ryan asked.
"To my home pack," i said, getting off the bed.
"You arent going anywhere," he growled lowly.

That got me a bit annoyed. Ok. A lot annoyed! Nobody could control me! I was my own person!

"I have not been on best terms with my bestfriend for a while now. Do you know how that feels huh? To not talk to your bestfriend for weeks? What if i critizised your beta female? Wouldnt you be angry with me?" I snarled.
"Ok ok! Fine! I will apologize. Happy now?" Ryan groaned.
"Then get ready. We are going to my pack because my bestfriend is sick and i have to be there for her. Besides. You have to apologize as well. Am i right?" I raised my eyebrow.
"I dont know how they managed to make you agree to everything," i heard him mutter.
"Did you say anything ryan?" I called in an agey voice.
"Nothing sweetheart," he called back.

The two of us drove towards the red glare pack. By the time we reached there ryan and i were both hungry as hell. We had forgotten to eat breakfast on the way. Well i didnt want to waste the time eating so we didnt stop anywhere.

The guards tried to stop us but then when i gave my history they let us in, looking slightly embarrassed might i add. Parking the car i rushed into the pack house without waiting for ryan.

Looking around the pack house i realized that nothing had changed. The interior was still the same. I tried getting the mindlink to call my mom but tealized that it wouldnt work as i didnt belong to this pack anymore.

"Who are you looking for?" A boy asked.
"Uh reanne," i said.
"You mean the beta female? I think she's in her room. I heard she's sick," he said, worry lacing his features.

I felt happy that our pack members cared about reanne.

"She's going to be perfectly fine," i said, ruffling his hair.

The boy nodded happily and ran off.

"Why were you talking to that boy? Who was he?" I heard ryan growl behind me.
"Dont show this attitude around here. This is my place and i can do whatever the hell i want!" I snarled.

Within a second ryan had pinned me to wall his eyes going black. I knew that his wolf was out but i wasnt budging.

"You might want to reconsider your snarky attitude mate," his wolf said.

I gulped as i saw how black his eyes were. Like a dark abbys.

"Well if you and your human srop acting like a huge baby and a jerk then i will stop my snarky attitude," i sneered.

His black eyes went back to their soft brown and i knew that ryan was back. Pushing at his chest i made my way upstairs. Somehow i got to reanne's room and paused outside the door. I didnt knew how to go in.

"Alicia wait!" I heard ryan exclaim.
"I am sorry," he said, once he was next to me.
"Say sorry to my best friend and her mate then maybe i can forgive you," i said.

With that said, i knocked on the door after taking a deep breath.

"Come in."

I knew that it was Jay who had said that and my confidence crumbled a bit. I mean i was expecting my bestfriend to answer to the knnock. Not her mate. I was expecting to first talk to my best friend and let out all the misunderstandings but i believed that she wasnt alone.

"Lets go in," ryan said.

And before i could srop him; he had opened the door.
