"Can you stop chewing so loudly?" I ask for the third time.

"I'm exercising my mouth," Blade says shoving another handful of chips into his big mouth. I scrunch my face up with disgust and look out the car window.

"How am I going to survive a whole three days with you?" I mutter to myself. I turn back to Blade and see makes a goofy smile showing the decomposing chips in his mouth.

"How long till we get there, Dad?" I call to the drivers seat. Being squished against the window for two hours because of Blade isn't a comfortable sitting position,at all.

"About another hour," Dad says turning the radio slightly up.

"Oh God," I sigh.

"He's not gonna help you here," Blade says back.

I give him a look and put my earphones back in my ears and try to drown out Blade's obnoxious chewing. After battles about car space and arguments about the chip debris coming from Blade mouth we finally make it to the camping site. We unload the tents and food from the other car and pick a place to setup. We pick the area directly in from of the lake and start setting up the tents.

"So who's with who?" Kye asks.

"You & Jason will share, I will share with Dad and the Wonderlands will share-" Mum begins to say.

"Wait! Are Blade and I together,like in a tent?" I panic.

"Yes, dear but you have the double tent with a sheet down the middle, so you technically have a section to yourself each," My Mother says. I turn to Blade smiling face and glare. Blade and I set up our tent slowly and rather painfully.

"You're not doing it right," Blade grumbles.

"What do you mean? I'm putting the rods in the fabric and connecting them!" I snap back.

"You can't just put any two rods together! They have to be the right ones," Blade snaps back. I roll my eyes and pick up two rocks that look similar.

"You're still not doing it right," Blade points out. I grumble and let go of the rods.

"Fine! You do it then! I'm going to go get the bed stuff," I grumble and get off the floor. I grab two blow up mattresses and sleeping bags and make my way back to the tent. I dump the stuff on the floor.

"Your done!" I say slightly surprised her completed it that fast. He nods. I inspect the inside of the tent and thank the lord for having a fabric wall between to sides of the tent. I walk into each side of the tent and pick my side.

"I get the big side," I confirm without asking for his permission.

"No way! I built the tent," He points out.

"I'm a girl. I need space to put my things around. I like space,so I get this side," I explain putting my hands on my hips.

"But I'm bigger the you so I need the space," Blade comments.

"What happened to being a gentleman to a lady?" I ask.

"You're no lady Sage," Blade comments. I scoff at his words.

"How dare you! I am very lady-like...when I want to be," I mumble the last part and Blade smirks.

"You aren't getting the bigger side," Blade say chucking one of the deflated mattresses in the bigger side. I open my mouth to protest before Kye speaks.

"You do realise that each side is the same size?" Kyle comments holding two rods in his hands.

"See,there the same size," I smile and choose the side I wanted. I crouch into my side satisfied. I hear Blade muttering to himself and smile to myself.

By the time everyone has setup the camping area another family has come and setup near us as and I find Kye walking around holding his phone to the sky.

"You not gonna get any bars out here Kye," I say walking over to him. He looks at me and frowns. He drops his arms.

"Hopefully the family over there isn't to loud," I say looking over to the family setting up a caravan.

"If anyone's gonna be loud it's you and Blade,you guys never shut up," He says.

"Don't worry about us. Blade will be out of here tomorrow," I grin.

"What do you mean?" Kye asks. I just grin and turn back to the family setting up where I find Blade talking up the families teenage daughter. I roll my eyes and grab an apple as I watch Blade walk back to our camping area grinning.

"if you're going to bring a bed buddy into our tent, you won't live to see tomorrow," I say. Blade's grin grows larger.

"Don't worry, I was just flirting," He smiles, "what? I'm bored!"

"We are around the bush Blade. You need to embrace the natural geographical features placed on this Earth. You need to breathe in the fresh air that the trees release. Listen to the sounds of nature in it's natural habitat. Be thankful for the world you live in and the amazing creations on it," I say.

"Yeah okay, I'll go hug a tree later. But right now I'm bored. Let's do something fun!" He says. I look at my watch 5:50. Dinner should be soon.

"Why don't we go get some fire wood?" I ask.

"Oh,so know you want to kill the trees?" He mocks me. I ignore his comment and we walk off into the bush after telling Kye and Jason where we are going. We walk through the thick trees while I pick up sticks and Blade kicks rocks.

"Will you help me carry this?" I ask chucking some wood at him before he answers.

"No problem," He says sarcastically picking up the sticks he dropped.

"It's getting dark we should probably head back," I say looking around the thick trees.

"Why? Are you scare dark baby?" He says grabbing my cheek. I back his hand away.

"No, I was saying that because dinner would probably be soon," I added.

"Ugh fine, you can walk ahead, I need to tie my shoelace," He said bending down to tie his shoelace. I walk ahead and silently hum to myself to forget the growing darkness around me. Okay, maybe I was a little bit scared of the dark but I was mostly scared of what lurked in the darkness. I hear a twig snaps behind me and immediately stopped. I hear another twig snap to the side of me and I tense up.Shit. Why did I decide to walk ahead?

"Blade? Where are you?" I gulped. I hear some leaves rustling fast behind me and I quickly turn around. I feel my heart speeding up. I call out Blade's name again hoping it's just him catching up. I hear some leaves rustle behind me and quickly turn around showing a large figure jumping out of the bush.

"Jesus!" I yelled as I jump back.

"Nope, just me," Blade grins back at me. I hold my hand to my heart and slow my breathing down.

"Told ya you are scared of the dark," He smirked. I gave him a look telling him to back off and he understands. It's fully dark now so we use our phone torches to help us walk. We finally make our way back to the camp.

"I wonder if you guys got lost in there," David Wonderland says.

"Probably just making out," I hear my brother mutter. I ignore his completely wrong comment and hand my dad and David the fire wood we found. We all gather around the camp fire eating two minute noodles or baked beans. I take my seat next to Blade,which was a terrible mistake.

"So you're a loud chewer and you like to slurp your two minute noodles?" I ask in disbelief. He looks and me and smiles making his noodles fall out of his mouth along with the juice. I scrunch my noise up with disgust as I watch him eat.s

"If you don't like it,stop watching!" He mumbles with a mouth full of food. I frown.

"Its kind of hard to not look at someone who is annoying you," I point out take a piece of bread from the bag.

"You just find me annoying because you know you can never have this," He says pointing to his body. I scoff.

"I would rather pull all of my teeth out with tweezers then ever want anything to do with your body," I remarked. Blade shoves his bottom lip out and pouts, I smile in victory and finish off my food.

Once we finished dinner everyone slowly started making there way back to their tents. At about eleven o'clock Blade and I decide to call it a day and make our way into our tent. Blade lets me get change first and I settle down into my mattress and sleeping bag.

"Good night Blade," I cheerfully call out to the other side of the fabric wall.

"For someone who usually hates sleeping you seem really chipper to get to sleep," He comments calling back to me.

"Just excited for tomorrow," I smile to myself.

"Now I'm scared," He comments. I hear him yawn and say goodnight. I smile to myself turn over on my side.

"You should be," I mutter to myself.

I un-zip Blade's side of the tent and quietly as I possibly can. Once I un-zip it all the way I tip toe into the tent and my master plan of revenge begins. I gently take off Blade's sleeping bag that he's unzipped into a blanket and see that he isn't wearing a shirt.

"Seriously, why do guys sleep without shirt?" I mutter to myself.

I gently tug at Blade's mattress to see if he's still a deep sleeper. I tug a bit harder causing me to actually move the mattress making me fall over and create a loud thud on the sandy floor.

"I don't wanna got to school mummy," Blade mumbles into his pillow. I can't help but smile at his stupidity.

I grab the handle of the mattress and pull as hard as I can but the mattress doesn't move. I continue trying for another five minutes but only move and two centimetres.

"Why do you have to be so damn heavy," I groan quietly, I attempt at pulling the mattress again and succeed. Before long his whole mattress his outside in the cool early morning air. I mentally high-five myself for this achievement. And quietly yell a congratulations to myself.

"No Mum! I don't want to take a bath!" He mumbles into his pillow. I can't help but laugh at that one, He's even dumb in his sleep.

The mattress is much easier to pull outside the tent and about five to ten minutes later I successfully make it to the lake. Once the top of his mattress starts to float in the shallow water I give it a big shove and the rest of it floats on top of the water. I watch it as it floats slowly away from the edge of the lake towards the middle. I jump around and yell yes' to myself as I watch him float away. I see Blade move sleeping position and I quickly run out of the lake and back into the safety of my tent. Where I lay as still as I can and hold my breath. Soon I relax and drift off to sleep.

"SAGE!" I wake up to the sound of Blade screaming out my name. I smirk to myself.

"SAGE!" He roars again. I quickly run out of the my tent and to the lake where I see my family and the Wonderlands laughing and I always spot the family of the girl Blade was chatting up yesterday staring at Blade flailing his arms around and calling my name.

"Your real outdone yourself this time honey," My Dad laughs and smile back at him. Soon Blade see's me, standing on the sand watching him and yells my name once again. Blade jumps into the water and starts swimming over to the shore. I feel panic arise about how Blade will deal with me. Blade's faster then me and he's also stronger so there no hope running away or fighting him, the only thing I can do is stand here and outsmart him which will probably make him angrier causing him to probably rip my head off,meh. I stand about two meters in front of my family and wait for him to reach the sand.

"You!" He yells and he walks through the water towards me pointing a finger straight at me. I see the anger in his eyes but ignore it.

"You left your bed out there, wonder boy," I smile innocently at him. He stands extremely close to me so that his finger is centimetres away from my nose.

"You!" He repeats again while I just continue to smile innocently and flutter my eyelashes.

"It seems the water has entered through your ears and reached your brain making you incapable of being able to form proper sentence," I say moving some of his wet hair out of his eyes. He grabs my hand and holds it firmly.

"I will kill you. How's that for a proper sentence?" He hisses. I turn my smile into a grin.

"It seems you've passed the idiot test Blade. Congrats! Now you're just a jerk," I reply. My words make him frown and his eyes sparkle with anger and I can't help but gulp. He picks me up quickly and walks into the water. I squeal and slap his bare back.

"Let me go Blade!' I squirm trying to get out of his hold. He looks down at me and smiles.

"Okay," He drops me and I splash into the freezing water. I quickly come up for air and look at Blade's smirking face.

"Thanks," I hiss.

I hold out my hand for him to help me out. He takes it but instead of helping me up I pull him into the water next to me and I quickly get up to show my victory. I hear the parents laughing from the shore as I raise both my arms up in the air triumphantly. Without warning Blade legs quickly hit my causing me to loose my balance and plunge back into the water. Even under water I could here my family laughing.

Once Blade and I make it out of the water we quickly change into dry clothes and sit in front of the newly lit camp fire to keep us warm. Blade wraps and blanket around me and sit down.

"Even though I wish it didn't happen to me, that was a pretty good prank," He admits sipping on his hot chocolate. I grin back at him.

"I'm a mastermind aren't I," I grin. He rolls his eyes playfully.

"I didn't know you talked in your sleep Wonder Boy," I say smiling. He suddenly drops his smile and looks serious for a moment.

"I didn't moan your name or anything," He asks panicking plastered across his face. I laugh and shake my head, He smiles with relief.

"I'm going to go see if my pj's are dry," I say hopping up from the seat.

I take my first step but trip on the end of my blanket causing me to trip over and have my hand land of the end of lit log of wood. I send the wood flying causing it land on the blanket I threw over me head when I tripped. I watch it catch fire and I gasp and try to scrabble to my feet only to bash into Blade causing Blade to fall on top of me. I tilt my head back as I hear the fire erupt louder, I watch the fire catch onto Mrs wonderlands tent.

"Shit," I say as I watch Blade our families run over to the blazing tent while all I can do is lay under the weight of Blade's whose probably too shocked to move.

"Why are you guys making out on the ground? You have a perfectly good tent," Kyle says completely oblivious to the fact that a tent is on fire. God,he can be an idiot some time.

"You are so grounded Sage!" He yells and turns back to the increasing fire.
