Personality: Y/N is a generous, honest, and thrill seeking child. He a trainer that loves going on adventure,   making friends, and battling. He's very passionate about all kinds of Pokemon. He also a very intelligent trainer that likes learns to learn everything about Pokemon and knows different types strengths and weaknesses. But he doesn't always rely on typing. Sometimes he like to battles using his instincts even when his Pokemon are at a disadvantage. He also know how to use a Pokemon abilities and battlefield to gain the advantage. Y/N a trainer that cares deeply for all his Pokemon. He forms an unbreakable bond with his Pokemon that he consider family. His Pokemon are so loyal to him that they would always remain by his side and protect if he is in danger. In Pokemon battle, Y/N and his Pokemon have unyielding determination. They wouldn't give up until the battle is over. While Y/N hates losing a battle but he knows how to accept defeat and overcome it. He also see defeat a chance to train his Pokemon to become stronger. He also hates people who mistreat their Pokemon.

Y/N's mom: Johanna

Johanna is an accomplished Pokemon Coordinator from Sinnoh.  As a young girl she competed in Pokemon Contests and earned five Ribbons. She then won the Sinnoh Grand Festival and even the Wallace Cup that took place in Sinnoh. Her breath taking performer not only earn her the Aqua Ribbon but also started a friendship with Wallace. 

Y/N's dad: Riley 

Riley is a powerful Pokemon trainer from Sinnoh. When he was a kid he defeated all of the league's gym leaders, Elite 4, and even battled champion Cynthia and Garchomp to a draw with Lucario as his ace. Riley and Cynthia have been close friends and rivals ever since childhood. After challenging the Sinnoh league, Riley was asked to become an Elite Four member but he declines the offer because he wanted traveled to other regions to encounter more Pokemon and challenged other trainers. Ever since Y/N was little, he idolized his father and become his inspired him be a trainer.

Fun fact: Y/N is also a descendant of the Aura Guardian Sir Aaron. In Pokemon history, aura guardians are humans that had the natural ability to use the power of aura. Y/N learn how to use aura in later chapters.

Y/N childhood friend/rival: Paul

Paul is one of Y/N's closest friends alongside Dawn. Paul has a brother like bond with Y/N as they were always seen hanging out and having fun. Similar to brothers Y/N and Paul love to compete against each other for fun. He also has a goal of becoming the strongest Pokemon trainer because he was inspired by his older brother, Reggie. Before Paul started his Pokemon journey, he traveled with Reggie to the Kanto region to watch him challenge Brandon, Frontier Brain of the Battle Pyramid. Unfortunately Brandon easily defeated Reggie without losing a single Pokemon. Reggie loss to Brandon inspired Paul to become the best Pokemon Trainer.

A/N: In my story, Paul has same personality after Diamond and Pearl. He's less of a jerk but not as nice as Y/N.

Author note: This similar to the Journeys anime so Y/n will be traveling to different Region. The only differences Professor Cerise's lab is in the Galar region and I going to include some characters and story elements from Sword and Shield. Also I hope you watched the anime, because most of the chapters will be based off Journeys episodes and I'm skipping some filler episodes. Also please don't post any toxic comments.
