A rustle was heard within the grass. Lianna inspected the grass and saw a wild Jigglypuff. "Cute... But I wish it was an Igglybuff..." Lianna said sadly. "Puff." Jigglypuff said. "Hey there." Lianna said to the Jigglypuff. "Puff Puff." Jigglypuff said. "Do you know where any Igglybuff are?" She asked it. The Jigglypuff didn't understand her though. Lianna sighed, which then had the Jigglypuff looking worried and fled. "There it goes.." Lianna said. "Vee?" Eevee asked. Happiny was asleep still. "Any Igglybuff?" Lianna asked. "Eevee!" Eevee said, jumping into the grass and sniffing around. Lianna watched her.

Eevee dug a hole and then found something. "Eevee?" Lianna asked. Eevee held a golden leaf in her mouth and went to show Lianna. "Ooh! A golden leaf!" Lianna explained. "Mph! Mph!" She muffled to Lianna. Lianna held out her hands and Eevee placed the leaf into her hands. Lianna took the leaf. Eevee smiled. "Eevee." She said. Lianna smiled at Eevee. Happiny wasn't in Lianna's arms anymore and she woke up, walking into the grass. "Happiny! Wait!" Lianna cried out loud. Happiny walked into the deep grass. "Happiny!" She said. Lianna ran in after her. Happiny kept walking into she walked into a bush.

Lianna checked the bush, but little Happiny was no longer there. "Happiny? Happiny?!" Lianna cried out in fear. "Hey Lianna." Filia said from behind Lianna, holding Happiny. "Oh! Filia! At least you have her!" Lianna said in relief. "What happened?" Filia asked. "Happiny ran into this bush." Lianna said. "How? I thought you were holding her?" Filia asked. "Eevee have me this golden leaf." Lianna explained. "Oh. But you took it with one hand, right?" Filia asked. "Oh no..." Lianna said worried. "You used both hands to take a leaf, right?" Filia asked. "Yeah..." Lianna said and frowned. "Oh right, but next time use one hand or make sure the baby Pokémon are safe and can't run away. If I didn't see her, you may not have seen her again." Filia said. "Oh dear!" Lianna cried out. "Just keep that in mind next time, or just return her into her Pokéball." Filia said. "Okay." Lianna said and returned her Happiny. Happiny went back into her ball.

Lianna smiled. "Looks like that's dealt with." Filia said. "Oddish!" Lianna called out. "Oddish." Oddish said. "You ready to train some more? I would be very happy when you evolve." Lianna said. "Oddish." Oddish said and agreed. "Okay!" Lianna said, stepping into the tall grass. Oddish followed, but nothing was around. "Ha!" Lianna called and used a honey. A rustle then was heard in the grass. Lianna went over and encountered a wild Totodile! "A Totodile! Ready, Oddish?" Lianna asked her. Oddish jumped into action. "Absorb!" Lianna commanded and Oddish used it and caused a lot of damage to Totodile, who was weakened. Lianna used a Lure Ball, but it broke out. Totodile used Roar and sent Oddish into her ball. "Oh dear! Eevee, come over here!" Lianna called out, but Happiny was summoned. "Happiny?" Lianna asked her. Happiny was dragged out into battle. "Eevee! Vee!" Eevee tried to warn Lianna. "Eevee? What are you saying?" Lianna asked. "Vee! Vee!" Eevee called, pointing to Happiny. "Oh dear. Happiny..." Lianna said and scanned Happiny. She only knew Pound. "Use Pound!" Lianna commanded. "EEVEE!!" Eevee screamed at Lianna. Happiny lost focus and trips over. "Eevee?" Lianna asked. Eevee was trying to warn Lianna that Happiny was not ready for battle. "Oh shoot!" Lianna said, returning Happiny. "Thanks for warning me." Lianna said. "Eevee, you want to battle?" Lianna asked Eevee. "Vee!" Eevee said, jumping into action. Totodile fell asleep.

"Oh!" Lianna said, using a Pokéball. Totodile was in the hall but quickly broke out in a panic. "Gah!" Lianna cried out loud. Eevee was shocked by the panicking Totodile. Totodile was scared and confused. "Totodile?" Lianna asked. Totodile calmed down then used Water Gun. "Dodge it!" Lianna called out loud. Eevee jumped out of the way. "Quick Attack!" Lianna called out and then Eevee used it and attacked Totodile. Totodile took damage. Lianna used a Pokéball, which caught Totodile. "Yes!" Lianna called out, sending out and scanning Totodile. He was male and knew Scratch, Leer, Roar and Water Gun. "I wonder, where did you come from?" Lianna asked. "Toto?" Totodile asked. Lianna looked confused. Totodile ran into a bush. "Huh?" Lianna asked. Totodile found something in the bush. "Totodile?" Lianna asked. Totodile brought back the object, an item known as a Heaven's Feather.

"What is this?" Lianna asked and held the feather. The feather shined bright. Lianna gasped and then her Pokégear started to ring. Lianna answered her Pokégear. "Hello?" Lianna asked. "Lianna? It's me, Blue." Blue said. "Hey Blue! I just caught a Totodile and he gave me this strange feather..." Lianna said. "A strange feather? What do you mean? That Rattata is feeling better now and is healed up and ready to leave for the wild, unless you wanted it." Blue said. "Okay! I think we'll start heading back there. But this is the feather." Lianna said and held up the feather. Blue looked at the feather. "Oh that's a Heaven's Feather. They're very rare." He said. "Heaven's Feather?" Lianna asked. "Yes, it's a special kind of feather that only exists in the Demi Region, but some have been found in other regions. It heals all the status problems of one Pokémon, but you should save it for when it's truly necessary." Blue explained. "Okay." Lianna said. "Okay, now about your Rattata, what do you want me to do with it?" Blue asked. "I want him to be brought back to me, please." Lianna said. "Okay, just head to a Pokémon Center and withdraw him." Blue said. "Okay!" Lianna replied. "Okay, see you later." Blue said. Lianna smiled and then Blue hanged up.

Lianna headed back to the Pokémon Center with her pals. Eevee followed after her. Lianna sorted out her new team of Eevee, Rattata, Charmander, Squirtle, Ivysaur and Totodile. "Miss, your Tyrogue is feeling better and ready for you." The mermaid Nurse Joy explained. "Oh! Tyrogue is better?" Lianna asked. "Why yes, here." Nurse Joy said, handing Lianna the Pokéball of Tyrogue's. Lianna took his ball. "Take good care of it." Nurse Joy said. "Okay!" Lianna said. "Okay." Nurse Joy said and bowed. "We hope to see you again." She said. Lianna then sent out Rattata. He came out of his ball with a fixed leg. "Hey there." Lianna said with a smile. Rattata unfortunately couldn't recognize Lianna.

"I saved you from your broken leg." Lianna explained. Rattata looked at his leg thinking for a moment. Lianna was silent for a moment. Rattata then remembered her and smiled. "That's my boy!" She said happily. Rattata ran around in a circle, which had Lianna smile. Rattata chased his tail. "You are one happy Rattata." Lianna said, sending out her other starters of Ivysaur, Charmander, Squirtle and Totodile. They all came out of their Pokéballs. "Hey guys!" Lianna explained. They all looked at Lianna. "You guys want to find other Pokémon in the wild? Maybe Charmander and Squirtle can evolve." Lianna said. They all agreed. "Let's go!" Lianna said, taking her pals all out into the wild. They followed after her.

"Charmander, you ready?" Lianna asked scanning him. He knew Scratch, Growl, Ember and Metal Claw. "Let's go Charmander!" Lianna explained. Charmander looked ready. Lianna took Charmander out into the tall grass. It was quiet. Lianna was silent until she heard a small rustle. "Huh?" Lianna asked and inspected the grass. A wild Pokémon was eating a berry. "Huh?" Lianna asked. An Aipom was the Pokémon eating the berry. "An Aipom?" Lianna asked. "Aipom." Aipom said. "Hello there." Lianna greeted Aipom. "Aipom." It said. "What are you doing here?" She asked it. "Pom?" Aipom asked, not understanding her. "Oh.. Right." Lianna said, knowing Aipom couldn't understand her. "Who are you? I'm just here eating a berry. What are you doing here?" The Aipom asked.

Lianna was shocked. "Did you just talk?" Lianna asked in shock. "Yes I did." The Aipom said. Little did Lianna know, Filia was hiding in a bush. "How can I understand this Aipom?!" Lianna asked in shock. "Well anyone can understand me." Aipom said. Giggling could be heard from afar. "Huh?" Lianna asked. "Is something wrong?" Aipom asked. "I heard giggling..." Lianna said, looking around. The giggling stops. Lianna heard someone in a bush and inspected it. "Filia! What are you doing?" She asked. Filia tried to hide from Lianna by blending in with the color of the bush. "I think I discovered that the Aipom cannot speak..." Lianna said. Aipom jumped onto Lianna's shoulder. Lianna laughed. "I think it likes me!" Lianna said and giggled. "Yeah I'm a friendly Pokémon." Aipom said. "Oh you can talk?! I thought I was hearing things!" Lianna shouted. Filia giggled in the bush.

"Filia?" Lianna asked. "Oh hi Lianna, how are you and how are the baby Pokémon you hatched?" Filia asked Lianna. "Good. There is something up with this Aipom." Lianna said. "What do you mean?" Filia asked. "It talks!" Lianna explained. "Actually no, it's just something I was resting out. If a Pokémon can speak its mind, but I was just using my mind to help it talk." Filia said. "Oh. I thought it could actually talk to me. But I think it likes me a lot." Lianna said. "Oh, I was just practicing my Pokémon skills, that's all. And well, Aipom are very friendly Pokémon." Filia said. "Aipom, can I catch you?" Lianna asked it. "Uh, Lianna, that's my Aipom." Filia said. "Oh!" Lianna called out. "But you can catch one in this area, it's just rare." Filia explained. "Alright." Lianna said. Filia points to a road. "Just down that road." She explained. Lianna headed down that road.

There was a patch of grass nearby and Lianna went to inspect it. An Aipom could be seen. "Hey there!" Lianna called out happily. Aipom wasn't focusing on her. Lianna looked at it. Aipom looked nervous. Lianna offered it a berry. Aipom looked at the berry and took it. Then Lianna offered it a Poképuff and a Pokébean. Aipom didn't want both of them though. Lianna put the Pokébean back into her pocket and have Aipom the Poképuff. Aipom looked at the Poképuff and it took it. Lianna smiled. "You like that?" She asked it. Aipom looked at the Poképuff and dropped it. "Oh... Can I catch you?" She asked it. Aipom didn't want to be caught. Lianna frowned, then the Aipom jumped into her shoulder. Lianna looked at it and it smiled at her. "I take it you like me?" She asked it. "Pom. Pom." Aipom said happily. Lianna held out a Great Ball and Aipom looked at it. Lianna pressed the button and Aipom looked inside of the ball. The ball sucked Aipom inside and it was caught.

"Yes!" Lianna said, sending it out and scanning it. It quickly ran off though. The Pokédex said it was a male Aipom and knew Scratch, Tail Whip and Baton Pass. "Hey! Wait up!" Lianna called out. Aipom stopped and looked at Lianna. "Wait up." Lianna said. Aipom stopped. "There you go." Lianna said. "Pom?" He asked her. "Want to help me find another Pokémon?" She asked him. Aipom agreed by didn't know what she was talking about. Lianna smiled and a rustle was heard in the grass. Lianna inspected the grass.

A wild Cubone appeared. "Perfect!" Lianna called out with a smile. "Bone Bone." Cubone said. Lianna used a Quick Ball, but Cubone hit it back with its bone. "Huh?" Lianna asked. Cubone fled. "No!" Lianna cried out sadly. Eevee frowned. "Eevee?" Eevee asked her. "Vee. Eevee..." Eevee looked bored. Lianna started to pet her. Eevee felt happy. "Apparently the two of us were meant to be." Lianna said. "Vee?" Eevee asked, not sure what that meant. "If only we could understand each other..." Lianna said sadly. Eevee smiled at her. Lianna smiled and Eevee rubbed her cheeks on her. Lianna smiled and laughed. "Vee! Eev! Eevee!" She called out. "Charmander! Squirtle!" Lianna called out. They were nowhere to be seen. "Guys?" She asked, getting worried. "Vee." Eevee said, pointing to their Pokéballs. "Oh!" Lianna called out, sending them out. They both come out. "You want to train?" Lianna asked them. They agreed happily.

"Squirtle, you first." Lianna said. Squirtle looked ready. Lianna took her out for battle. Squirtle wanted to battle. "Do you want to battle wild Pokémon or one of our friends?" She asked her. "Squirtle Squirtle." Squirtle said, not seeming to mind. "Okay! Eevee, can you battle against Squirtle?" She asked her. "Vee." Eevee said with a smile. Lianna was quickly scanning Squirtle. Who knew Tackle, Tail Whip, Bubble and Withdraw.

Lianna then began their Pokémon battle with an epic clash of normal type moves and water type moves.
