It starts one day in the Kanto Region, a plane has landed, with a young lime green bunny dressed in a white hat, bright blue tank top, white fingerless gloves, lavender skirt, long socks and shoes named Lianna stepping out. This was Lianna's beginning of a new adventure in Kanto. She already traveled through Johto, now was her time in Kanto. Other people and creatures step out of the plane as well. Lianna sends out her pals, Nidorina, Butterfree, Goldeen and a Disobedient Pikachu. Her pals greet her. "Hello guys! You excited to visit Professor Oak for a new Pokémon?" Lianna asked, looking at all of them happily, then looks at her Pikachu sadly. Her pals, except for Pikachu, agree. "Excuse me miss, but you can't bring out Pokémon this close to the terminal. You will have to return them and leave the Terminal as it's dangerous to stand here." A staff member explained to her. "Oh! Okay." Lianna replied as she returned her pals and heads off the plane.

Soon Lianna arrived at the office at the airport. "Please show me your passport before entering." A staff member asked Lianna. Lianna shows the person her passport. The staff member takes the Passport to check it. Lianna smiled as she waited. "Okay." The staff member said, accepting her passport and hands it back to her. "Thank you!" She explained happily. "You're welcome. Please head down and pick up your luggage." The staff member explained. Lianna went down and grabbed her backpack. Various other people are gathering their luggage as well. Lianna then headed out. It was a mild cloudy day in Kanto.

"Nice day outside." Lianna said happily as she headed into Pallet Town. It was quiet in town. Lianna knocked at the door at Oak's lab. It was locked. "Hello? Oak?" Lianna asked out loud. The lab was empty, but there was a mermaid lying in a fountain not far from the lab. "A mermaid?" Lianna asked curiously. The mermaid was watching something on TV. "Hello there. What are you watching?" Lianna asked curiously. "Huh? Oh hello. I'm just watching a benefit event going on in Pewter City with some of Kanto's celebrities." The mermaid explained. "Oh! Do you know where Professor Oak is?" Lianna asked the mermaid. "Oh. He's at home at the moment. Why do you ask?" She asked Lianna. "I wanted to meet Professor Oak. He doesn't seem like he is here." Lianna replied. "Oh. He shouldn't take too long." The mermaid replied. "Okay." Lianna said.

Soon Professor Oak and his grandson Blue walked passed, going to open up the lab. "Hey! Professor Oak!" Lianna called happily. "Huh? Oh, hello there! Can I help you?" Oak asked Lianna. "I am Lianna the Bunny, a trainer from Johto. I am here to travel the Kanto Region." Lianna said happily. "Oh that's nice. Welcome to Kanto." Professor Oak welcomed Lianna. "Can you inspect my Pokémon?" Lianna asked Professor Oak. "Uhh.. Sure, just give me your Pokéballs and I'll check them out." Professor Oak replied. Lianna handed over her three Pokéballs with Butterfree, Goldeen and Nidorina as well as the Fast Ball with Pikachu. "I also own a Meganium, Ninetails, Pidgeot, Furret, Ariados, Shiny Azumarill, Misdreavus and Mamoswine." Lianna explained. "Oh my. You have been a good trainer. But your Pikachu though..." Oak said nervously. "Well, I caught him in a Fast Ball after putting him to sleep..." Lianna explained. "Oh, right. It doesn't know you." Oak replied.

"I remember I was kidnapped by an evil team and Pikachu saved me." Lianna replied. "Oh dear. I see, what team was it may I ask?" Oak asked curiously. "A team that you aren't familiar with... They're known as Team Corrupt, an evil organization bent on corrupting an army of Pokémon... They stole a Magikarp from me once." Lianna said nervously. "I see, it's best we head into my lab and you must tell me all that you know about them." Oak explained. "Yes Professor." Lianna replied. They headed inside the lab with Blue waiting as well as the mermaid, named Aqua. "Hey there. My name is Lianna." Lianna introduced herself to her new friends. "I'm Aqua, you just met me." Aqua explained. "I'm Blue, Professor Oak's grandson." Blue replied. "I heard all about you, Blue." Lianna replied to Blue. "Really? Thanks! But now is not the time for that." Blue replied.

"Okay. So, Team Corrupt is an evil organization lead by a man named Corren. He is a human with an army of grunts who have Pokémon corrupted by poisons or special collars. They are like a mix between Team Rocket and Team Neo Plasma from Unova. They even built their own type of Pokéball known as the Corrupt Ball." Lianna explained. "I see, do you know which region they're located in?" Oak asked. "What kind of species work for him?" Aqua asked. "What does the Corrupt Ball look like?" Blue asked. "I don't know 100% of the species, they're supposedly located in every region and the Corrupt Ball is a purple ball with a black "C" on it. " Lianna replied. "Well, I'd better get the word out to the other Professors." Oak replied. "Yeah. I really like the Kanto Starters, Charmander is my favorite." Lianna said happily. "Oh really? They are great fire types in Kanto." Oak said happily. "Yeah. I wish I could have one. I have Meganium back at home, even though it would be amazing to have Cyndaquil and Totodile for friends with him." Lianna replied.

"Oh. Maybe you can catch one here in Kanto. I'd give you one, but they're in Aqua's care right now." Oak replied. "Oh. Okay. Is my Pokédex going to be updated?" Lianna asked Oak, holding her Pokédex. "I don't think so, your Pokédex should be set to the national Pokédex." Oak replied. "Oh! Okay! Thanks Professor! I'll see you later!" Lianna called as she headed out the door. "Okay! Be seeing you and stay safe!" Oak called to her. Lianna waved farewell. The others waved farewell to Lianna. And so Lianna officially begins her journey in the Kanto Region!
