The next morning Jacob woke with bluey sleeping on his right side and the starters sleeping like this on his left

Jacob:(gently touching the starters) wakey,wakey

Starters:(yawning) good morning

Jacob: you guys ready for a day of training

Jaraja: I know I am

They all got up and went downstairs and they saw Jacob's mother talking to a woman when they noticed him

Jacob's mom: oh good morning sweetie I would like you to meet my friend Delia Ketchum

Delia Ketchum

Delia: hi there (mind) wow he's a cutie

Jacob: hi there miss Ketchum

Delia: your mother has told me a lot about you (mind) except for the part that he was cute and handsome

Jacob: really

Delia: yep although she hasn't told be about your father

Jacob: oh um... he lives in galar I usually live with him but um he's on a business trip so he sent me to to my mom

He secretly winked at his mother and she winked back.

Jacob's mom: so where you off to son

Jacob: oh I'm going to go train my pokemon

Jacob's mom: okay, oh also sweetie since you're going to stay here for a while you might want to try to make some friends

Jacob: okay mom I'll try my best

Jacob's mom: wonderful, have fun sweetie

Jacob: you too oh and have a good day Miss Ketchum

She smiled and blushed as Jacob and his pokemon left

Delia: (blushing) boy your son sure is something

Jacob's mom: yeah, I'm so proud of him

Timeskip

We now see our heroes, pokemon and sea slug (by the way they snuck him out) in a field

Jacob: alrighty guys you ready for some training

Starters: yeah

Jacob: well I think that case let's do it

One training montage later

We now see our guys sitting on a log after a long day of training

Squirtle: whew what a work out

Jacob: yep

Just then they heard something coming from some bushes

Bulbasaur: Jacob what's that

Jacob: I don't know but stay on guard

Bluey ran behind Jacob, Jaraja went inside of Jacob and the starters were in an attack position. Just then, two Pokémon jumped out of the bush

Pikachu: female

Eevee: female

This surprised the boys

Jacob: hey that a pikachu and an eevee

Charmander: you think they belong to someone

Jacob: let me ask

Jacob walked up to them

Pikachu: looks like they're not here either eevee

Eevee: drat

Jacob: who's not here

The two Pokémon looked at him in shock

Eevee: wait you can understand us

Jacob: yeah I'm actually half Pokémon

Pikachu: (gasp) are you the one who's the son of Arceus

Jacob: how did you know

Eevee: all Pokémon know about you

Pikachu: your famous in the Pokémon community, too bad we can't talk about you with our trainers

Jacob: speaking of which, where are your trainers

Eevee: we don't know we kinda got separated

???: pikachu

???: eevee

They then saw two girls

Leaf

Yellow

Pikachu/eevee: master

The girls grabbed their pokemon and hugged them

Green: thank goodness I found you

Yellow: don't ever run away with me again pikachu

Jacob: um hi there

The two girls looked up and saw Jacob and this was their reaction

Leaf and yellow:(mind) wow

Jacob: umm hello are you two okay

They both broke out of their daze

Leaf: uh oh um yes

Yellow: um thank you for finding our Pokémon um

Jacob: oh my names Jacob what's your name

Leaf: I'm leaf

Yellow: and I'm yellow

Jacob: well nice to meet you two

Jacob held his hand out making the girls blush as they both shook his hand.

Leaf: say are new here

Jacob: oh um yeah, I'm from the galar region

Yellow: oh I heard about that region

Jacob: yeah it's a great place so I see those two belong to you two

Green: yeah we were playing hide and seek and I guess they got carried away

Yellow: yeah, hey are those three yours

She was point at the starter pokemon

Jacob: oh yeah mine I was training them here

Green: wow how did you you manage to get all three kanto starters

Jacob: oh um my father gave me them as a gift before I left

Yellow: wow your dad sound very nice

Jacob: yep

Just then bluey made a dragon noise catching the girls attention

Yellow: oh my goddess a new Pokémon

She ran up to bluey and began petting him

Yellow: wow I've never seen this kind of Pokémon before

Green: yeah me neither what is that Jacob

Jacob: oh that's bluey he's um... a newly discovered species yeah I found him in galar and I believe that he's one of a kind

Yellow: wow he's so adorable

Blue then actually hug yellow which surprised yellow

Yellow: (gasp) oh my goodness he hugging me

Jacob: yeah I taught him that, I think he likes you

Yellow: aww

Green: so what brings you here to kanto

Jacob: I'm here to become champion, but I'm mainly here to defeat the evil group team rocket.

Yellow: oh I know that group, they make me so mad how they hurt innocent pokemon

Jacob: indeed so what about you guys

Leaf: well I want to become a power trainer and yellow wants to help pokemon whenever she can

Yellow: yeah I just can't stand seeing injured pokemon

Jacob: hey I'm like that too

Yellow: (smiling happily) really

Jacob: oh yes I love helping pokemon they all should be cared for no matter what

Yellow: that's exactly how I feel

Jacob: wow looks like I have a lot in common with you two

Green: yeah

???: there you two are

The girls turned around and groaned knowing who it was

Gary oak (a giant eco headed moron)

Gary: haha Gary the great has found his rival and lovers

Leaf: ugh Gary we are not your loves we've been through this

Yellow: yeah

Gary: oh quick denying it besides once I become the greatest pokemon champion you'll be dreaming about me Gary the great beside all you two have is a wimpy pikachu and a pathetic eevee

This made them mad especially Jacob

Jacob: kid I suggest you watch your tone

Gary then noticed him

Gary: who are you

Jacob: my name is Jacob and I think you apologize for making fun of their pokemon

Gary: ha I don't have to listen to you, I'm gonna become the greatest trainer of all time

Jacob: I don't think so

Gary: huh

Jacob: yeah I'm also going to become champion

Gary: you think you can beat me

Jacob: oh dude I can do much more than beat you

Gary: then I Gary the great challenge you to a pokemon battle

This shocked the girls

Jacob: fine

Small timeskip

Our guy's were in a battle position as the girls and pokemon watch

Gary: alright squirtle I choose you

Gary threw his pokemon and out came his squirtle

Gary's squirtle: squirtle

Jacob: alright Bulbasaur your up

Bulbasaur: on it

Bulbasaur ran up to him and got in a battle position

Gary: hmm you may have the type advantage but I'm still going to win

Jacob: to get too cocky Gary, alright Bulbasaur this is what we trained for

Bulbasaur: got it

Gary: well lets begin, squirtle used tackle

The squirtle ran towards Bulbasaur

Jacob: dodge it Bulbasaur

Bulbasaur: roger

He dodged the attack just in time

Gary: grr use tackle again

Squirtle did it again but Bulbasaur dodged it

Jacob: now use tackle

Bulbasaur ran into squirtle hitting it in the chest sending it back

Gary: grr, alright let's see if you can take this, squirtle use bubble

Jacob: Bulbasaur counter it with a razor leaf

Bulbasaur: got it

The razor leaf was able to counter the bubble attack

Jacob: now use vine whip

Gary: squirtle use withdraw

The squirtle went inside it's sheel right before it got hit with a vine whip

Bulbasaur: jacob I don't think I can damage him much when he's inside the shell

jaraja:(jacob's mind) he's right, try to get out of the shell

Jacob: (mind) good idea

Gary: alright squirtle use rapid spin

The squirtle then rolled towards bulbasaur

Jacob: bulbasaur grab him with your vines

Bulbasaur then grabbed the squirtle right before he got hit but the squirtle was still spinning

Bulbasaur: what now

gary:(mind) what is he doing)

Jacob: pick him up and slam him to the ground

Bulbasaur: on it

Bulbasaur pick up the shell and slammed it to the ground causing it to stop spinning and shocking gary

Gary:(shocked) squirtle!

Squirtle got out of shell but very dizzy like this

Gary: squirtle snap out of it

jacob: too late gary bulbasaur finish him with a tackle attack

Bulbasasur then rammed into the squirtle, defeating it. The squirtle was now fainted and was called back as the girls and pokemon cheered

Girls: yay

Bulbasaur: Jacob I did it I won my first battle

Charmander: great job buddy

Squirtle: we knew you could do it

Jacob: great job Bulbasaur

Gary: no, how could this happen I'm gary the great how could I lose to you

Jacob: because I worked hard and I have faith in my pokemon and that is how I'm going to be the greatest trainer

The girls were amazed with his speech

Green:(mind) wow he's so inspiring

Yellow:(mind) I want to be like him

Gary then looked at him with anger

Gary: grr you may have won this round but you won't be so lucky next time, from this day forward you are now my rival and I will defeat you

He then ran off as the other ran up to Jacob

Yellow: wow that was so cool, you actually beat him

Leaf: you sure have a strong Bulbasaur

Jacob: yep squirtle and Charmander are just as strong

Leaf: wow

Jacob: yep, welp it's getting late I should probably head back home

Leaf: (blush) hey umm Jacob... can we maybe come with you

Yellow:(blushing) can we pls

Jacob: sure why not

They all began to walk home

Timeskip

We now see them in front of Jacob's mom's home

Leaf: so this is where you live

Jacob: yep

Leaf: interesting I actually live right next door

Jacob: really well what do you know, I guess that's means we're neighbors

Leaf:(blushing) yeah

Jacob: well it was nice meeting you too

Yellow: you too

Jacob: well have a good night you too pikachu and eevee

Pikachu: bye

Eevee: see you later

Jacob, bluey and his pokemon then went inside the house as the girls watched and blushed

Eevee: hey pikachu I think my master has a crush on him

Pikachu: mine too, I hope we see him again
