Jacob was now flying around above the ocean looking for Lugia

Jacob: sense him yet

Jaraja: not yet?

Jacob: let's keep looking, I wanna get back home by tonight

Jaraja: why, we got time

Jacob: I know but I don't want to keep my girlfriends waiting

Jaraja: don't worry we'll be back soon

Jacob: I hope so

Just then jaraja sensed Lugia

Jaraja: wait, I sense him

Jacob: where?

Jacob: he's down there

Jacob looked down and saw some islands

Jacob: that's the Whirl Islands

Jaraja: yeah, he must be inside one of the caves

Jacob: let's find out

Jacob flew down and went into one of the caves

Small Timeskip

Jacob was now at the lower floor

Jaraja: alright, I sense that he's here

Just then Lugia emerged from the water

Lugia: male

Lugia: ahh that was a good nap

Jacob: long time no see Lugia

Lugia looked down and saw jacob

Lugia: jacob, is that you

Jacob: in the flesh, how have you been buddy

Lugia: oh I'm good

Jacob: that good, so what are doing here?

Lugia: oh I kinda moved here after I left your world

Jacob: I see

Lugia: yeah, so what are you doing here?

Jacob: I came looking for you, my father sent me on quest to catch the legendary and mythical pokemon

Lugia: and I'm guessing I'm next on your list

Jacob: yep

Lugia: you know I've been waiting for another with you, I've been training myself a lot since we last fought

Jacob: I see, well if we're gonna then we should probably do it somewhere else, this cave is a bit too small and it's was too close to olivine city

Lugia: good point, follow me, there's a tunnel down here that leads to the middle of the ocean

Jacob: good idea, let's go

The both then went underwater and went into a tunnel

Timeskip

Somewhere in the middle of the ocean, lugia flew out of the water while jacob summoned his wings and few behind him

Lugia: how's this place

Jacob: this will do

Lugia: alright, let's do this

Jacob: it's fighting time

The battle began, both lugia and jacob were in the sky staring at each other

Lugia: let's make things a bit more interesting

Lugia used rain dance, his body became surrounded in a crimson red aura which caused a massive storm to appear

Jacob: impressive now let's do this

Lugia started things off with a hydro pump

Jacob flew above the hydro pump and launched his own attack

Jacob: thunder

The attack hit Lugia

Lugia:(electrocuted) aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh

Jacob: haha that's for the storm, it's increase the accuracy for thunder

Lugia: grr, take this

Lugia used dragon rush, he released a blue, dragon-shaped energy that covers his body, he then flew towards jacob

Jacob: wild charge

Jacob flew towards lugia as his body became covered in sparkling light blue electricity

They both slammed into each other as they tried to over powered each other, jacob was able to overpower Lugia as he sent him falling from the sky

Lugia: I'm not going down yet

While falling, lugia launched an aeroblast, he opened his mouth and began to gather blue energy inside it. He then fired  a massive beam of energy from his mouth at jacob

Jacob: head smash

Jacob's body became surrounded by a whitish-blue aura, making it seem black and white, he then shot himself at lugia with his head pointing at lugia

Jacob was able to overpower the beam and went right through it

Jacob: stay down!

Jacob slammed his head into lugia's stomach which sent him crash into the water

Jacob: your no match for me lugia

Just then, he saw a massive whirlpool forming in the water, the whirlpool began to rise up as it then turned into a massive water cyclone that engulfed jacob, lugia then flew out of the water and looked at the cyclone

Lugia: hahaha, that's where your wrong jacob, if recently been training my whirlpool attack and now I can make turn into a indestructible cyclone, your never win now

Lugia dives in the water and its eyes glow white. Then, it spins around and raises up to the surface. As it goes above the water, the whirlpool turns into a cyclone.

Inside the cyclone

Jacob was now on a rock trying to figure out a way to get out

Jacob: I'm going down now, thunderbolt

Jacob released a powerful bolt of yellow electricity from his body upwards that reached the top of the cyclone

Jacob: quick attack

Jacob's body became covered in white aura as he began to climb up the cyclone at high speed

Jacob was able to get out of the cyclone

Lugia: WHAT!

Jacob: game over lugia, thunder blast!

Jacob launched a thunder blast at lugia

Lugia: aw shi...

The attack hit lugia and sent him crashing into the water and crushed a massive explosion

The battle was now over, the storm clouds disappeared, jacob flew down and lugia in a weaken state floating in the water, jacob then healed lugia, lugia then got back up and stared at jacob

Lugia: okay, you win

Jacob yep, good fight though, you almost got me with that cyclone

Lugia: yeah

Jacob: welcome to the team lugia

Lugia: thanks, so who are you going after next

Jacob: proably Ho-oh and I know just where to find him

Lugia: I see, well good luck jacob

Jacob: thanks

Jacob then caught lugia and began to search for Ho-oh
