Right now we see archer (one of Giovanni's executives) on one side of the visiting area waiting for Giovanni. Giovanni then appeared on the other side of the room. He was wearing handcuffs and an orange prison jumpsuit. The two of them picked up the phone and began to talk

Archer: so boss, how's prison

Giovanni: what do you think archer, this place is fucking hell

Archer: I thought so

Giovanni: just cut to the chase, what did my attorney say

Archer: well unfortunately boss due to your pass criminal record you are still stuck here for life without parole

Archer: well boss, me and the other executives from Johto have been planning on how to bring team rocket back

Giovanni: I'm sorry but which executives are you taking about

Archer: the one's in charge of the johto area, you know Petrel, Ariana, Proton, you hired them a year before you got sent to jail

Giovanni: oh yeah I remember now, I haven't been to johto in years, especially since you know who lives there

Archer: yeah I remember, anyway for the past few months we've been planning on how to reestablish the organization and how to get back in business and we finally came up with an idea

Giovanni: okay, what's your idea

Archer: well boss, we obviously can't go back to kanto since jacob practically guards that place, johto's gates are wide open for us, we recently created an underground base where I have created a machine that can not only make Pokémon evolve against their will, but also brainwash them and use them as ourselves

Giovanni: have you tested this machine yet

Archer: well it's not ready yet but based on the date I created, if this machine works, every Pokémon in the world will be under our control

Giovanni gained an evil smiled

Giovanni: every Pokémon in the world, ohh I like the sound of that archer

Archer: thank you sure, what I need now is your permission to terrorize the johto region

Giovanni: okay, well you have my permission archer, gather up all of our remaining grunts and let them loose in johto archer

Archer: right away sir

Giovanni: oh and archer

Archer: yeah

Giovanni: don't screw up and be on the look out of jacob and his friends, if they set foot in johto, make them pay

Archer: will do sir

They both hung up as archer left to tell the others while Giovanni smiled

Giovanni: watch your back jacob, cause team rockets about to make a comeback and this time, we will prevail

Giovanni then let out a sinister laugh
