It was night time we see a motel room where ghost was sleeping when he got a call from zargo

Ghost:...*we see ghost rise up wearing a spa mask* Huh... Ok, this is like* checks time* one in the morning... *he leaves the room and answers the Call* Hi, Welcome to chili's.

Zargo: cut the shit ghost, I've got some important information for you

ghost:Ok, I understand, But, its the dead morning, *checks nails*

Zargo: i don't care if it's the end of time, now pay attention, i had a meeting with the leaders of aqua and magma, they have found out that a certain weather institution contains information and possibly the locations of groudon and kyogre, they both plan on invading the institute tomorrow

ghost:*sweating Bullets on the outside keeping composure* Huh, Who's the idiots at work? I mean If i've got to deal with both of them, I'll need to know which one to be with and not be seen.

Zargo: lucky for you they both plan to arrive at different times, and team magma is sending in a new guy there, apparently he's a master at stealth

Ghost:.... Huh, that's something, well I'll be going with the aqua grunts and see what huge of a difference i'll make, I mean last time the magma lackeys failed to operate that damn ray.

Zargo: i don't care what side you pick the only thing that matters is that you get the info before they do and if they get it before you do, make sure they don't leave with it

Ghost:got it, *rubs eyes* Hey, I think I've got a good plan. If everything goes as I expect, You'll be getting a package by the end of tomorrow.

Zargo: wonderful, so far your the only one who's succeeded so far so good luck also while team magma didn't tell me much about the guy their sending, our team of hackers, got into their database and pulled up his profile, i'm sending it to you right now *sends the message*

ghost:*receives the message* alright, hmm Uh Huh..., I'll be sure to get this over even before I break a sweat.

Zargo: wonderful, i look forward for it, see ya later ghost *hangs up*

ghost:*rubs eyes and mumbles* too early, for this shit, I'll be getting some breakfast or whatever midnight food to eat.

The next day

We see jacob and his crew

Jacob: ahh what a beautiful day, and with wonderful weather

Just then a few drops of rain appeared

Jacob: huh

May: that felt like a raindrop

It then began to pour.

May: Oh Great It's Raining.

Max: I think we have to find Shelter

Jacob: how is this happening it was perfectly fine before

Brock: That is Strange but It may have been A Pokemon. Lots of Pokemon can make it Rain.

Just then lighting and thunder came down

Jacob: Oh god, how did such a good day go south so fast!

Max: I don't know Just keep running!

Just then it stopped raining and began to snow

Meowth: Hm, Can I say this might be Global warming?

Jacob: global warming doesn't cause snow

It then became a snow storm

Jacob: oh god, i think it's the end of the world i think this is how it starts, unpredictable weather!

Brock: Now Cal, down there can be A Rational explanation for this

Just then it began to hail

James: Well Rational explanations aren't going to be prevent us from getting our heads caved in

May: We need to find shelter everyone

Jacob: i got this, Protect *forms a massive shield around them* okay this is getting crazy, first normal weather, then rainstorm then a snowstorm and now hail, this is no ordinary weather patterns

Just then they spotted this pokemon in this form

Castform (snowy form)

Meowth: Oh Great! Now Tornadoes are forming!

Roxanne: No I've seen those before. That's A Castform. I've heard they do Weather research around here

Jacob: is that so, maybe this castform can lead us to it, it's better than staying here

They then began to follow the castform as the weather then turned back to normal

Max: Hey! Where'd all the bad weather go?

Brock: This doesn't make any sense.

May: (notices with gasp) Look!

Castform then changed form

May: So It Changes with the weather?

Roxanne: Yep they always change with the weather. The Only weather it can't change into is A Sandstorm

Jacob: we often use these pokemon to predict the weather back home

???: hello there

Two scientist them came up to them, the female one had a ditto on her shoulder

Millie

Millie: We're sorry.

Bart: The crazy weather changes were caused by our research, sorry!

Jacob: your research?

May: You're saying that you can actually change the weather?

Brock: (lovestruck) Wow! Your genius is equaled only by your incredible beauty!

Millie: what?

Jacob: oh boy here we go again, i got this

Just then brock wasn't lovestruck anymore

May: Is he sick or something?

Jacob: huh, what's going on brock, you're not head over heels over her anymore?

Jacob: maybe you have finally matured

Brock: Yeah, I don't Know. I Guess Until I see Another woman we can't be sure.

Bart: oh yes, If you'd like to come to the Institute for a little rest you're more than welcome.

Our heroes went off and follow Bart and millie but jacob still notice that brock was still confused on why he wasn't attracted to millie

Jacob: Are you still thinking about that Brock?

Brock: I don't know. Something is Just off about her. Like something isn't right.

Jacob: maybe, then again your luck with women isn't the best but seeing you give up like this doesn't raise some alarms considering your a guy who usually goes all out

Brock: I Know but It's Just Like... Like Something about her screams something different. I can't Put A Finger on it.

Jacob: you know now that i think about it she didn't seem to notice me either, maybe she's a lesbian

Brock: Yeah, that could Possibly be it.

Jacob: yeah but just in case let's keep an eye on her, something is definitely off

Timeskip

The group then arrived at the weather institute

Bart: Well here we are kids and folks! Feast your eyes on the Weather Institute!

Millie: That giant dish up on the roof is what we use for our weather control.

May: I can't believe that you have a machine that can actually change the weather!

Millie: We sure do!

Bart: Millie, if you don't mind, I'd like for you to show them around the Institute, okay?

Millie: Yes, I'd love to! So, follow me everyone!

They then followed her while Bart stayed behind

Bart: I know she hasn't been employed here for very long but I'm impressed with her work!

Scientist: I'm certain she'll make a great researcher one day!

Bart: Me too.

The group was now somewhere in the institute

Millie: The computer here contains weather data that's collected from every corner of our planet! At the moment we're concentrating on natural disasters around the world.

Jacob: impressive

They then arrive at the central computer room

Millie: And this is the central computer room!

May: It's huge!

Max: I've never seen such cool equipment in my whole life!

Jacob: Hey what's that?

Just then on the security screen they noticed a helicopter in the air which was piloted by none other than team aqua

Team Aqua grunt: We have reached the targeted area.

This girl then appeared on the plane

Shellie

Shellie: If everyone's ready, we'll begin the first stage of this mission, now!

8 holes opened from under the helicopter and rope lines were tossed as Team Aqua grunts began to come down with Shellie meanwhile on another side of the building we see ghost arriving on his motorcycle

ghost:(gets off his bike) Well, Seems like just in time*he just then walks over to shellie* Ok, let's get this over with, Ok Listen up You Idiots, Get the Info On the location this instant, Head over to the Weather machine and get it over with.

Shellie: who said you were in charge

ghost:*turns around and gives her a Glare* I say The orders around her GIRL. Now get moving before I have a talk with your boss. Go deal with the other scientist! *walks off*

Shellie: *a bit scared* uhhh okay team aqua move out!

Team aqua then ambushed the scientist

Bart: Hold on! Who are you?!

The grunts then fired their weapons which fired metal restraints on the scientist as it captured them

Shelly: Okay, Crawdaunt let's go! (tosses her Pokeballs)

She then summoned two crawdaunt

Shelly: I suggest you remain very still. It would be a shame to have to hurt you.

Small timeskip

Later we find the restrained scientist captured on a square center of a square pool with team aqua and their recruits watching them as ghost arrived

Ghost:Huh so this is the big old dump truck of a machine that makes the weather change.Oh Im so Impressed.*he fakely waves his hands from side to side*

Back inside we see Jacob's group

Jacob: It's team aqua! And who's that new girl?

Shelly: Ah Geez it's my Sister...

May: But wait you two Looking nothing-

Shelly: She's my stepsibling.

Everyone: Oh...

Jacob: Oh that makes sense, what's her name?

Shelly: Shellie, With an Ie at the end

Jacob: i see well what are they doing here

Max: I betcha they both wanna try and get that weather control machine!

Back outside

Shelly: Have you managed to locate the data yet?

Team Aqua grunt: Not quite. I'm on the main computer and searching now.

Ghost:Well, I think you've got to get this information quickly, cause I sense The Hybrid Near here. So move faster!

Shelly: He's right! Hurry it up, we need to locate that information on Ancient Pokemon and there's not much time!

Bart: But why Ancient Pokemon? We don't have data on Ancient Pokemon except for...*realizing* You're trying to extract our data on Groudon and Kyogre, right?!

Ghost:*jumps over to them* Ok Buster, What's the information about them, Does it have anything on their Current Location.*Grabs his collar* Cmon Then Talk!

Team Aqua grunt: Shelly! Commander ghost! Apparently we need a special access card to get the information out of the main computer!

Ghost went to reach at the man's lab coat but was shot back by a weather ball sending him over the platform by the grunts as a castform who was now in a new form

Rain form

Bart: (grunts; to Castform) Quick! Take this card to Milli! (puts the access card to Castform (Rain Form) Go!

The castform then flies away with the card

Shelly: Alright! Crawdaunts! Catch that Castfom!

The two crawdaunts went after castform

Bart: Castform, use Weather Ball now!

Rainy Form Castform fired a blue energy ball with water streams around it at the crawdaunts from its mouth , it made impact with one of them but the other crawdaunt fired a bubble beam and made impact with castform, then the rain clouds cleared out as castform changed forms once again

Sunny form

Bart: Use the Weather Ball again! Go!

Sunny Form Castform fired a red energy ball with fire streams around it at the crawdaunt from its mouth but the crawdaunt resisted the attack

Shelly: You call yourself a manager? Of course you can't inflict any damage on Crawdaunt with your feeble barrage of those Water and Fire attacks! 

Bart: Castform! Get to Millie quick!

Castform flew off

Ghost:Oh No you don't! *ghost's suit forms a circular coin in his hand and  tosses it right at the castform landing on its back as it flew away into a vent*

Shellie: What was that you let it get away!

ghost:DONT YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME! I let it get away cause I've got its location and where it's heading so Keep watch out here and send some grunts to search IM HUNTING FOR THIS CASTFORM TO GET THE INFORMATION.

he begins to rush into the research facility as some grunts came running along spreading out

Back inside

Jacob: castform inside the building and it looks like that General guy is back

Misty: Oh Great, we already had enough of him.

May: Yeah that guy is bad enough.

Just then some Aqua grunts along with ghost went inside the building

Ghost:Alright Ya schmucks. Go around this place and find that castform, and if you see anyone capture them!

Aqua Grunt 1 : Sir yes Sir!

Aqua Grunt 2: Permission to Kill?

Just then the air vent opened up as the Castform came out of it

ghost:Get it!*he pointed toward it*

Aqua Grunts: Sir, Yes Sir!

Jacob: castform over here!

Castform then flew over to jacob

Jacob: alright guys take castform away from them me and my pokemon will take care of these guys

May: Are you sure about this Jacob? This could be dangerous

Jacob: trust me whatever you do don't let them get a hand on castform

Max: Right, We can do that.

Jacob group ran off leaving jacob and his pokemon as jacob jumped off the railing and stared down at ghost and the grunts

Ghost:Well if it isn't The Hybrid, I'd tip my hat to you, BUT I AIN'T GOT NONE!

Jacob: save it red head, you and the aqua grunts made a big mistake

Ghost:*fake scared* Oh Im Sorry, *fakely backs away* Shiver me timbers! *grabs knee's and shakes them* Shiver me Ti- FUCK THAT! Now grunts Use your damn pokemon and take out his own!

The two aqua grunts: yes sir!

The two of them summoned their crawdaunt

Jacob: bellossom, grovyle take them out!

Aqua Grunt 1: Crawdaunt, Use Bubble Beam!

Aqua Grunt 2:You Too!

Both Crawdaunt launched a combined bubble beam, as bellossom and grovyle prepared for their next move

Jacob: wipe them out with solar beam

Grovyle and Bellossom Both Jumped into the air avoiding the bubble beam's explosion as both began to collect energy as it was complete they launched it immediately knocking out both crawdaunts sending them flying into the grunts knocking them out two leaving just ghost, jacob and his pokemon

Jacob: man these guys are weak

Ghost:Hmmm Nice job on fighting the waste, But in all seriousness.*He launches a mini missile from his wrist, directly at jacob*

The missile hit jacob and blew up and sent him crashing into a wall

Ghost:Alright He's distracted!*He launches forward dodging a slash of leaf blade from grovyle as well as a petal Blizzard as he launched pass heading toward the direction the group was heading*

Jacob then gets back up and grabs ghost and slams him to the ground

Jacob: what are you doing here man

Ghost:I'm Here with aqua on taking the Info From This Lab, as well as using that weather machine.

Jacob: what exactly do they want with this

Ghost:ain't it obvious it has to deal with the whole finding the location, and getting more information of these legendary's

Jacob: you mean this place has info on the location on groudon and kyogre

Ghost: I Think So, considering this has been one of the only other places they've gotten a lead on.

Jacob: that key card must give you access to that info, look i gave it to my friends can you send the grunts to the other direction

Ghost: Fine, But expect me to be around cause we're Both still gotta act our parts. Now Go!

Jacob: right! *get inside the ventilation along with his pokemon*

Timeskip

We now see shelly inside the ventilation after she got lost from the group

Shelly: Oh No, Where the hell did everyone go? Hello? I'm Lost?

Just then she heard some noises coming from behind

Shelly: Hello? Guys, is that you?

A shadowy figure began to appear as it looked like a monster as it kept getting closer

Shelly: Okay, I feel Like I should start running but I'm too afraid to do so...

It then got closer and closer

Shelly: Somebody? HEEEEELP!

Just then it was reveal that it was just jacob and his pokemon

Jacob: oh hey shelly

Shelly: Oh Thank god you Nearly gave me A Heart attack...

Jacob: sorry shelly look i know what team aqua is after this weather facility has information on the location on groudon and kyogre and that key card is the only way they're gonna get it

Shelly: Right and How are we going to do that?

Jacob: get the info and destroy it, those two pokemon are never meant to be found *looks down in the vent and sees shellie in a computer room* shelly look it's your sister

Shelly: Yeah, and we never got along so don't trust me to talk to her

Jacob: i'm still confused on how you two are even related cause you two look nothing alike

Shelly: We're step siblings, and we never Liked each other. It's with her "I'm Better than you this" "I'm Going to be stronger than you that" I Just want to smack her smug face sometimes growing up.

Just then they hear some rumbling

Shelly: What was that?

Just then the floor of the vent collapses as jacob, his pokemon and shelly fell into the room

Jacob's group: ahhhhh *falling and crashing onto the floor*

Shellie heard this and turned around and saw them

Shellie: Okay It's you, The Pokemon Boy and- Shelly? What the hell!? I thought you were dead! At Least that's what we were told by some Higher ups!

Shelly: Oh I'm sorry but I was Busy not doing evil stuff!

Shellie: Hey this will give me the chance to Prove-

Shelly: That You're stronger than me I Know.

Shellie: Stop finishing my Sentences for me! I Know what I said! Don't ignore me!

Shelly: I wish I could Ignore you.

Jacob: is this a bad time to tell your sister that we're dating

They continued to argue while jacob and his pokemon just watched them

Sableye: we could make a tv show out of this *pulls out of popcorn and eats it*

Grovyle: Hey We should- Okay You're right.

Jacob: Okay are you done arguing or is this gonna get physical between you two?

Shelly: Not Until she admits she's in the wrong!

Shellie: Well You were always better than me!

Shelly: Well you were always Moms Favorite! She was My Mother! Not Yours!

Shellie:...

Sableye: *passes some to him*

She then Hugged Her, as Shelly Hugged her back.

Jacob: what happened to your mom

Shellie: ...

Shelly: My... Our Mom died A Few Years back. Promoted me to Join Team Aqua. I wanted to find A Place where I could Belong and Archie took me as his right hand woman, and it led to me meeting you.

Jacob: And your dad?

Shelly: He never really did Much after that. We pretty Much had to fend for ourselves.

Shellie: Yeah, he was Almost Catatonic. I never saw him Like that. It's very saddening.

Jacob went up to them both and hugged them together

Jacob: *hugging them* i'm sorry you two went through that

Shelly: Thanks Jacob. I appreciate it.

Shellie: Yeah, Thank you.

Jacob: look Shellie, you need to call this off you don't know what your getting into with team aqua

Shellie: Yeah I only ever did it to follow my Sis but... Yeah you got A Point.

Jacob: if groudon and kyogre were to be summoned it could be the end

Shellie: Are you Kidding me!? What Kind of idiot would do that!?

Jacob: it almost happened once, long ago the two pokemon groudon and kyogre were created, kyrgore was formed by the pressure within the deep sea while groudon was created within the planet's deep harden magma, the moment they were made they helped create this world you know today, kyogre filled the sea with fresh water while groudon filled the earth with new uncharted lands but while they wanted to help the world they both had different goals for it and their different goals caused conflicts on one another, whenever they would see each other they would fight over dominance the pokemon world, lives were at stake, no other pokemon could calm them down, many tried to negotiate with them but none succeeded, months went by and the fights got more violent every day, bigger tsunami, bigger earthquakes, the world was in peril, in order to stop this my father arceus created the sky dragon rayquaza to overpower them and it worked, rayquaza overpowered them with ease and as punishment arceus created two special caverns for them and forced them to spend the rest of their lives in there where they will never be seen again by any man or pokemon, now you see Shellie, those two pokemon are not meant to be realeased

Shellie: Wow, That's A Lot of Lore.

Jacob: that's was actually a bedtime story my father tells me, all of his bedtime stories are about the history of pokemon

Shellie: Wow seems very Lore filled for A Bedtime story

Jacob: hey it got me to sleep so who am i to judge but listen Shellie it's not too late we can still stop this from happening, join us, leave team aqua, reunite with your sister and help us stop both teams from unleashing hell on earth

Shellie: Right, I'm In.

Just then they heard some banging noises coming from a closet

Jacob went to it and opened it and found...millie? She was tied up and had her mouth taped up

Millie: Huh? Well I don't know. I've been here since yesterday

Jacob: what are you talking about you were here this morning with your ditto

Millie: What do you mean? I never saw you. I was here tied up in the Closet. I remember being Knocked out but that was yesterday and I woke up Today in here.

Jacob: wait a minute if you were in here this whole time then who the hell did i leave my friends with!? Please tell you remember anything else about who tied you up

Millie: Well... If I remember correctly he was A Man Same height as me and he was wearing Red. Lots of Red, and even Black. He also was Practicing A Woman's Voice from what I remembered as he dragged me to the closest while I was trying to stay awake.

Jacob: Holy mother of god I left my friends with a disguised criminal! And even crazier, Brock flirted with a dude!

Shelly: Oh I am so going to use that as Ammo against Him.

Jacob: oh yeah that is big time Ammo big not now i gotta save my friends! Where's the main computer room?

Millie: It's on the top floor last Time I checked. Untie me and I can take you there. It's not that Far.

Jacob: right *unties her* lead the way

With ghost and some grunts

We see ghost with some grunts searching around the building

Ghost:Hmmmm, It should be near preparing yourselves you bunch of idiots.

While the grunts were searching Jaraja chase through a wall and appeared next to ghost

Ghost:Oh Shoot

Jaraja: relax only you can see me right now

ghost:Hm ok then

Jaraja: Shellie is on Jacob's side now

ghost:Understood, so is she acting now.

Jaraja: we'll see also we found the real millie, there's an imposter around here posing as millie

ghost:Huh, That's something.

Jaraja: Do you know anything about that?

ghost:Nope, I'm as clueless on that as you.

Jaraja: i know you know something ghost, whatever your hiding say it now or hold your breath

Ghost:Ugh, Alright the guy whos millie*moves fingers* is actually a magma fool named brodie.

Ghost begins to crack up as he clapped his hands

Ghost:Man! I wish I saw that go down

Jaraja: yeah, anyway i'm gonna go inform jacob about this, just keep the grunts away from us

Jaraja then went off to head back to jacob

With Jacob's group

We see Jacob's group being lead by millie when they saw "castform" running down the hall

Jacob: Look, it's the castform, quick grab it!

"Castform": Ditto! I-I mean Castform! Nobody heard that!

Jacob: wait a minute *grabs the "Castform" this isn't a castform

"Castform": Uh... Yes, I am...

Jacob: oh really then what's the weather gonna be today

"Castform'': Um... Sunny with... A 25% Chance of Precipitation and A Slight Fog in the Morning?

Jacob: LIAR!!

"Castform": AAAAAAAGH! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! IT'S JUST A JOB! I'M JUST THE RAT! I'M THE BAIT! I'M THE LURE!

Jacob: your a ditto, remove that disguises immediately

Ditto: (Removes disguise) Okay You caught me! I-I was sent out to be the Wild goose chase! I'm sorry! I'm Just doing what was ordered of me!

Jacob: I'm taking you to your owner and I'm gonna kick his ass!

Ditto: (Scared) Yeah, Okay...

Jacob: *gives him to his pokemon* watch him, don't fall for any of his tricks

Grovyle: Right! Got it!

Crawduant: I won't Lay my eyes off of him.

Ditto: Would you Mind getting your eyes off of me?

Crawduant had his eyes pressed on his face.

Crawduant: NEVER! I WON'T EVEN BLINK!!

Soon he was getting the urge to blink

Crawduant:*trying to resist blinking* MUST...RESIST...BLINKING

Bellossom: Should we help him?

Sableye: I wanna see how Long he Lasts.

Budew: Can I do something?

Bellossom: Sure, sweetie.

Budew then used water Sport which hit Crawudants eyes and rehydrated them!

Grovyle: And the timer starts again.

With the rest of Jacob's friends

We see them in the computer room with "Millie"

Brock:So that contains information about ancient Pokemon

"Millie": Yes!

Max: Which of the Ancient Pokemon is it all about?

"Millie": It's all about Groudon and Kyogre.

May: So what about Groudon and Kyogre?

"Millie": Well May... both of them are Mythological Pokemon.

(Fantasy)

"Millie" (V.O.): Supposedly while Groudon lifted the ground and expanded the land. Kyogre covered the land with torrential rains and tidal waves, expanding the sea!

(Fantasy ends)

Max: That's amazing!

May: But I don't understand why Team Aqua wants to get that data so badly.

("Millie" then finished up the transfer)

"Millie": The transfer is complete! Now I just need to delete the original data from the hard drive. (pushes the delete button causing the original data to be erased)

(Brock opens the exit door to find the coast is clear)

Brock: Yep. All clear... I don't see anyone out here.

The group then left, that was when Jacob's group came in through another door

The battle began as Brodie began to release several blasts at them as they began to dodge
