And he was able to evolve his gulpin into this

Right now our heroes were being chased by an angry pack of slugmas

Max: none of this would have happened if you haven't gone and let your skitty out you know

May: hey I can't help if it let's herself out on it's own and decides to attack the slugmas!

Jacob: DAMMIT I TOLD YOU WE SHOULDN'T HAVE CHOSEN TO GO THIS WAY! WHY DID WE EVEN GO THIS WAY!?

James:OH I DON'T KNOW IF SOMEONE COULD HAVE CONTROLLED THEIR SKITTY AND LET THEM RUN TOWARD HERE THEN WE WOULDN'T BE IN THIS MESS.

Jacob: I AM NOT DYING LIKE THIS, NOT TODAY! THIS IS THE WORST ROUTE EVER!

May: this is not the time to argue right now!

Jacob: It is!

Brock: we've gotta find a way outta here!

Max: yeah but where?!

Jacob then saw a light in a crack in one of the wall

Jacob: There, brick break!

Jacob then punched through walls which revealed a way out

Jacob: GO GO GO!

The all went ahead as they ran out of the cave

Max: we're outta here.

Jacob: then noticed that they were heading to a step hill

Jacob: NO WAIT STOP!

He was too late, they all slip as they rolled down the hill except for jacob and his pokemon as they watched them roll to the bottom and dog pile

Budew: hehe, friends go wee down the hill

Jacob:*walking down the hill* oh god, you guys okay?

Meowth:I can't feel my legs!

max:Those are my legs!

Jacob: i told you to stop, why does no one listen, well at least we're out of the cave, im hating cave more and more every time we go in one

Max: ow, so who chooses that route.

Jacob: I don't remember.

Brock: Everybody is still in one piece.

Jacob: Yeah, that was close.

May: too close I thought we were goners.

May's skitty then ran off

May: skitty where are you going?

Jacob: oh boy we gotta stop her from wandering around, it's getting us into trouble.

Skitty then ran up to a resting numel

May: skitty?

Jacob: that's a numel,

Skitty then rammed into it but it did nothing

May: stop it skitty that's what got you in trouble in the first place so knock it off!

Skitty just ignore her and kept attacking numel

May:(sigh) skitty return.

May called back skitty

May: Sometimes I think you have too much energy even for your own good.

Jacob: more like a lack of obedience but whatever, well at least these things don't really feel much, they are called the numb pokemon after all.

Numel then woke up and release a small burst of clear steam

Max: So do you think it took this long to realize it was an attack.

Jacob: Yep, that makes for a numel.

Numel then got up and began to eat fruit from a tree

Jacob: Or was it just Hungry?

Just then a furret walked up to it

Jacob: oh look a furret.

They then saw this girl with some numels behind her

Julie: So there you are numel, i've looked everywhere.

Brock instantly got lovestruck

Jacob: Here we go again...

Julie: Say I don't think I've met any of you before, my name Julie, a pleasure to meet you all, my numel and i live out here on my ranch.

Jacob: Pleasure to meet you, im jacob these are my friends.

Brock:(lovestruck) and last but not least my name is brock!

Julie: Nice to meet you.

Brock then ran up to her and held her hands

Brock:(lovestruck) the pleasure's all mine! Speaking of pleasure, I'd like to request the pleasure of your company, for a small yet intimate lunch.

One of the numels launched hot steam at brock

Brock: Oh that's hot oh that's hot hot hot hot HOT!

Jacob: hahahahaha!

Julie: Sorry about that brock.

The numel then began to run back to the fruit tree

Julie: Stop numel! Furret stops numel now.

Furret ran after numel and blocked it's way

Jacob: Nice, it's quite impressive how your numel obeys your furret like that.

Julie: yeah every once in a while numel gets separated from the herd and they get lost easily so whenever that happens I can depend on my furret to help me out *numel walked up to her* numel why don't we all go home now and I'll fix you some delicious berries whatta ya say?

Numel nodded

Julie: Let's see, I bet you guys were making your way through the fiery path and then ended up coming out here right?

Jacob: Yep, we're on our way to lavaridge town.

Julie: Nice, a lot of travelers on their way to lavaridge town use that route.

Jacob: Really, uhh how many of them get attacked by a pack of angry slugmas?

Julie: Oh all the time.

Jacob: oh, well at least I know that this happens to everyone so we weren't the only unlucky ones.

Julie: say, if you need a break you come hang out at my place, i live nearby.

Jacob: That would be great, thank you.

Our heroes arrived at julie's house

Julie: There it is.

Jacob: nice house.

Julie: thank you, you've got a tough journey ahead of you crossing that mountain, hey why don't you all stay over tonight, i can cook you a home cooked meal.

Jacob: Okay, if we gotta climb a big mountain tomorrow then we'll need all the energy we can get.

Brock: (lovestruck) oh no, I insist that you leave the cooking to me!

Jacob:*pushing brock away* and me too, we both are great chefs.

May: they sure are.

Julie: Alright then you two are in charge of the meal.

Brock:(lovestruck) excellent choice, one you won't regret.

Jacob and james were putting the numels back

James: man with all the eternal magma, numel can be used instead of ovens and heaters.

Jacob: really?

James: yeah, just seeing them today, it takes me back to my youth, I slept snug as a bug pokemon in a rug with my numel herd keeping me toasty warm.

Jacob: That does actually sound nice, never thought about using a numel like that.

Jessie:Well I mean sometimes you expect the unexpected with them. Plus it helps with people with hypothermia with them releasing the heat to keep the person who has it warmed.

Jacob: That does sound nice.

Julie then went up to a numel and held out a bucket of berries

Julie: Here you go eat as much as you like.

Brock and max ran up to julie

Max/brock: Julie can we help out please?

Julie: oh i'm alright but thanks.

Max: aw come on we wanna find out what it's like to live and work on a real numel ranch, all the chores and all.

Brock: why not let a big strong man like myself take a bit of the load off of you.

Julie: alright if you insist.

Brock began to feed a numel

Brock: Hey, how about some yummy berries numel?

Numel smiled and let out some steam as brock stepped back

Meanwhile jacob was training jessie, james, cassidy, annie and oakly's pokemon with his when may walked up to jacob

May: Hey Jacob, can we have a battle?

Jacob: really? Why?

May: well you know how much skitty loves to fight, so I was thinking that maybe I should let it try some real battling.

Jacob: Well that is a good idea however I'm busy training the others here.

Julie: may how about battling me, it's been a pretty long time but we've been itching to have a battle.

Small timeskip

May and Julie were getting ready to battle as jacob and bluey were watching

May: alright we're all set and ready to go!

Julie: Then let's get it started.

May: go skitty! I choose you!

May summoned skitty

Julie: Okay furret you ready.

Furret nodded

May: now skitty let's start battling by watching our opponents moves closely....

Skitty instead just ran towards furret

Julie: alright furret go.

The two pokemon ran towards each other as skitty began to chase furret in a circle

May: skitty! Remember what i said, watch your opponents movement.

Juliet: furret stop in your tracks.

Furret then stopped as skitty bumped into furret as was sent back a bit

Jacob: hey in there skitty.

Julie: May you gotta fight back now.

May: I am skitty, use tackle!

Skitty charged towards furret

Julie: furret dodge that tackle now.

Furret dodged the tackle

May: now skitty uses double slap.

Skitty began to use double slap rapidly but had exhausted itself and let it defenseless

May: I can't believe furret dodged everything, what am I gonna do now!?

Julie:Listen, now is the time to use your pokedex,may!

Jacob: or me i'm basically a living pokedex you know but choose whichever you want

may:Jacob what's a move that skitty could use?

Jacob: well i mean there is there this one move called assist

May: alright, alright skitty use assist!

Jacob: Wait, the move can sometimes be random!

A white orb appeared on skitty's front paw, she then jumped up and shot out bolts of fire from the orb

May: no wait isn't that ember?

Jacob: It is!

Juliet: Quick dodge it furret!

Furret dodged it

May: skitty let's use assist one last time, go!

Skitty used assist again but this time she released a wind with silver crescents of energy from the white orb

Jacob: It's silver wind now!

Furret dodged the attack

May: what no! Now what's furret up to!?

Julie: okay furret use slam!

Furret slammed into skitty with its tail

May: my skitty! *picks skitty up*

Jacob: Is it alright?

May: yeah it's gonna be okay, but i think we probably need some rest.

Julie: May let's end the battle here.

May: yeah thanks, Julie, that's a great idea, that was such a surprise, i had no idea skitty could use ember or silver wind.

Jacob: That's what assist does, it allows the user to use moves of that pokemon that other pokemon on your team knows, in this case, torchic's ember and beautifly's silver wind.

May: wow *to skitty* you know your assist can come in handy.

Timeskip

It was nighttime and jacob, may and Julie were inside as skitty and jacob were eating some pokeblocks

Jacob: man these poke blocks are great, did you make this.

Julie: Yep, there are all kinds of delicious berries growing on this mountain I can use.

May: but how come you make your own?

Julie: Believe it or not I used to be a pokemon coordinator.

Jacob: woah really, you must have been a fan of my mother the blue goddess.

Julie:Wait really! Wow, it's been a long time since I've remembered watching her at her performances!

Jacob: well she retired after getting married to my father so im passing on her abilities, kinda like a family generation thing, already won 3 ribbons, may her recently won her first in the last contest.

May: yeah, so did you participate in pokemon contests.

Julie: Well I used to anyway.

May: I had no idea.

Julie: You know I'm really impressed with that skitty of yours may.

May: yeah.

Julie: Skitty's speed and attacks were right on, with a little practice, you're gonna be tough to beat in contest and battle.

May: you mean it *petting skitty* you hear that skitty.

Max then came out

Max: hey guys dinner ready, also jacob your dish is done too.

Jacob: perfect

Timeskip

It was nighttime and brock and jacob finished making dinner, jacob placed his food on the table

Spicy pasta curry

Jacob: done

Julie: wow incredible

Brock: I admit I pulled out all the stops on this one

Max: and i helped out to.

Jacob: he did, this was one of my mother's favorite dishes, pasta curry, she taught me the secret to how to make the perfect pasta curry.

Max: wait until you try it.

Julie: Alright then so let's eat.

Jacob: indeed

meanwhile

Ghost is right now still spying on a tree with his armor on without his helmet

Ghost:Jesus, why must they make me hungry?

Egg:....

ghost:OH yeah for sure you need some to wait do you even need it?

Egg:(rolled next to some berries)....

ghost:Oh well berries sound good about now.*eats a berry*

Back with Jacob's group

The group was loving the pasta curry

James:God, this curry is great!

meowth:Oh for sure!

Jacob: I'm glad you enjoy it, you two.

Even Jacob's pokemon were enjoying it

Jessie:Well that's my boyfriend, he's the greatest chef!

Jacob: hehe thanks.

Timeskip

Jacob was now in his own room when ghost knocked on his window

ghost:Ay good night how's ya been.

Jacob: okay i guess, you followed us here, did you also get attacked my wild slugmas in the fiery path

ghost:Uh nope i was invisible nearby following

Jacob: oh lucky you huh anyway i got some leftover curry from dinner, wants some

ghost:OH For sure i was eating berries by the tree nearby.

Jacob: okay let me whip you up a plate

Jacob gave him a plate of curry

Jacob: here you go buddy

Ghost:Thanks for the food!*begins to dig in*So what's the big deal on this ranch?

Jacob: not much it's just a numel ranch that's all, run by this girl name julie

Ghost: another girl I'm guessing.

Jacob: yep, so do you like the curry?

Ghost:OH FOR SURE!the spices mixed in a whole lot now i've got s-*suddenly they started hearing mechanical noises*What the hell?

They looked in the distance and saw a big truck with the salvage hunters symbol on it, they saw grunts carrying Numel in it

Jacob: Holy crap it the hunters, how'd they find this place?!

ghost:They were supposed to be by the other route they fucked up their location and mustve saw the farm and steaked out by the forest to get the numel!

Jacob: I gotta warn the others, get to a distant place.

Ghost:got it!*he blast off leaving the finished curry*

Jacob began to run around the house

Jacob: GUYS THE NUMELS ARE BEING STOLEN, GET UP GET UP!

Everyone woke up immediately

brock:Then what are we standing here let's chase it!

Outside

We see some savage grunts placing numels in the truck

Sav. Grunt 1: hahaha i can't believe we found this place, just our luck boys

Sav. Grunt 2:lets go!

Jacob: HEY!

The grunts turned and. Say jacob and his group

Sav. Grunt 1: oh great the poke boy, i knew this wouldn't be easy but lucky for us we got just the thing

One of the grunts pulled out a massive net gun

Sav. Grunt 3: hope you like being a prisoner

He the launched a massive net at them

Jacob: LOOK OUT!

They got out of the way but may and skitty were too slow at got trapped

May:Ahhh!

Sav. Grunt 3: GOT ONE!

Jacob: may!

The grunt then wield may and skitty in and threw them in a cage

Sav. Grunt 2: you're not the poke but you'll do fine.

Sav. Grunt 1: thanks for the numels,skitty and the girl SO LONG SUCKERS!*they began to drive off*

The truck then drove off

Jacob: NO! MAY!

Jacob began to run after the truck

Sav. Grunt 1:oh no you dont.*takes out an ak and begins to shoot at jacob*

Jacob ran while dodging the bullets as he grabbed onto the end of the truck

Sav. Grunt 3: eat this sucker!*he throws a Molotov right at jacobs face hitting him*

Jacob: gah!

The burst of fire caused Jacob to let go.

May: NO!

Jacob: MAY!

The truck then disappeared into the dark with ghost up in the air on his jet back following suit

Jacob looked up and saw ghost, ghost looked down and saw jacob

Jacob:...make them pay.

Ghost gave a grim smirk

Right now we see may in the truck with the sleeping numel With one of the grunts guarding her

Sav. Grunt 3: don't try anything, miss or else. *cocks gun*

Currently may is trying her best to stay calm with skitty shaking as well

Sav, grunt 1: alright this was a successful snatch.

Sav. Grunt 2: yeah but what do we do with the girl?

Sav. Grunt 3: i could kill her now, i see no purpose with her* aimed the gun at her.

Sav. Grunt 1: no, we need her, with her in our hands, that poke boy and his friend will have no choice but to surrender or else her blood will be on his hands hahaha.

Just then ghost appears in front of the truck as the trucks stopped in front of him

Sav. Grunt 1: (scared) wah... general ghost, uhh what are you doing here?

Ghost:(having his aura out)I SHOULD BE ASKING THE SAME TO YOU...

Sav. Grunt 2:(scared) well uhh we found this numel ranch and thought about...

Ghost: SHUT THE FUCK UP MAGGOT! I was alerted you should have been by the other route, not this one!

Sav. Grunt 2: (scared) oh uh well we got lost and found the ranch, plus we also capture one of the poke boy's friend *grabbed may by the hair while pointing a gun at her *

Ghost: ...you...you are all dishonorably discharged*proceeds to shoot each one of them in the head*you.*turns to may*

May couldn't say anything with the fear and amount of things she witnessed

Ghost:.. yeah killing is something you can comprehend so here's your chance on going.

Ghost then opened a door as the numels woke up and ran out through it

Ghost:now to get rid of the evidence *tosses in a timer bomb* let's go or do you wish to become ash.

May got out with skitty as ghost went out too leaving the truck to explode leaving the charting remains in it

Ghost:Well, my job is done here. Try to be careful.

May:(scared)w-wait! Who are you and what are you doing?

Ghost:oh I'm just taking out some anger and who I i am you'll find out later on, I'll be off.*turns invisible leaving skitty and may confused and scared by the flaming truck remains*

Jacob: (nearby) may? MAY! WHERE ARE YOU!?

May(yelling)OVER HERE!

Jacob found her and ran up and hugged her

Jacob: MAY*hugged her* I'm so glad I found you, I thought I lost you forever!

May:(clinging onto Jacob)T-They were about to k-kill me!b-but I was saved by a guy in armor!

Jacob:(clings to her harder and nuzzles against her) i'm so sorry you went through that, I'll never let you suffer through that again *kissed her*

May(crying) thank you.

Jacob:(hugging her) it's okay may, it's okay

The numels gathered around the two

Jacob: You guys think you can help us out?

They all nodded one of them let jacob rid him, jacob got on while holding onto may and skitty and the numels began to walk back to the ranch

Jacob: (hugging may) it's gonna be okay may, your save now.

Meanwhile

Ghost was currently spectating until he got a call

Zargo:(call) general ghost, come in.

Ghost:Yes, what seems to be the problem?

Zargo:(call) got some good news, i managed to "persuade" team aqua and manga into working with us, they are now under my control.

Ghost:where's their next location at boss I'll check with both leaders to see if they are "worth" our time.

Zargo:(call) they didn't say, we meet separately at an undisclosed location, but they both told me that they plan on heading to Mt. Chimney, the dumb thing is that they think the other doesn't know about this.

Ghost: They are separately dumbasses. I mean now I'll have a good opportunity to "test" their armies.

Zargo:(call) that's right, so if you're near that location, make sure you find out what they're after there, maybe we could use it too.

Ghost:my best guess is they want some relic hell i'll gladly find something for myself.

Zargo:(call) probably, anyway that's all for now,and goodbye for now..

Zargo then hung up

Ghost:(chuckling)this is about to go down i'll toy with them and show how magikarp is stronger than their pokemon.

Back with jacob and may

Jacob:(holding may) you feeling any better may?

May:yeah. I just didn't know killing would be so bloody..

Jacob: Well it ain't pretty, I don't really enjoy killing either, it's only a final option for me.

May:we'll that's good but how much longer till we get to the others .

Jacob: I don't know these numels know the way back, we shouldn't be too far, just get some rest okay.

May:yeah. Goodnight Jacob.

May nuzzled up to jacob and fell asleep as jacob brushed her hair

The numels arrived back to the ranch while jacob was still on one of them with may who was still asleep, Jacob's group then saw him

Brock: What happened!

Jacob: she's fine but unfortunately she witnessed stuff that no person should witness

James:Oh god that's not good.

Jacob: I'll stay with her tonight, keep her comfort, you guys deal with the numels.

Brock and the others began to herd the numel to the pen and they all had gone back inside to get some sleep. Jacob went to his room and placed may on the bed as she woke up with jacob on her side

May: oh we're back?

Jacob: yeah, you're safe now (laying down next to her) I blame myself a bit, it should have been me trapped not you.

May:Hey, it's not your fault. I'm still tired. Can we continue to rest?

Jacob: Of course.

Jacob then began to nuzzle against her

May:good night.

Jacob:*nuzzling against may* goodnight.

It was morning take and may woke up and saw jacob holding us some breakfast for her

Jacob: morning may, i figured you would want some extra sleep to i let you sleep in and i made you some breakfast

May:oh thanks Jacob so we're going to start heading to the next town?

Jacob: yeah, so you feel better after last night and all?

May:yeah I guess now let's get going to the others.

May finished her food and went out

Jacob:(sigh) I hope she's better.

Jacob and the gang were back together

Julie: Thanks for the help last night, without you Jacob I would have never seen my numels again.

Jacob: No problem, but I think we should be thanking you for letting us stay here and all.

Julie:oh it's no problem it was just a bit chaotic when the whole hunter situation happened.

Jacob: I know, so do you know how to get to lavaridge town from here.

Julie: yep you see that path.

She pointed at a path

Julie: if you follow it towards that large tree, you'll come to the ropeway station, use it to cross Mt. Chimney Then go to lavaridge town.

Jacob:*pulling brock back* Can it break, but seriously, I do hope we see each other again one day.

Julie:(blushing)well I was actually wondering if I could come with you on your journey. My numel will be staying nearby with a neighbor.
