~With May and Max in Sinnoh~

It took a couple of hours since May and Max had arrived in the Sinnoh Region to help Mekhi, the Pokémon Investigator Headmaster and Max was constantly busy with Shinx to track to hack into Lusamine's computer files . 

He yawns as Mekhi notices of how much tired he must be from trying to hack into the computer files as he gives Max a cup of hot cholate. 

"This would keep you awake , I made it fresh ." Mekhi offered to the trainer as he seems to be stunned at it at first but then he gradually gave into the delicious drink. 

"Thank you. You know, it still is hard to believe that you've changed. When Spark told me about you being the new Pokémon Investigator in Sinnoh, I thought he was joking." 

Mekhi said, "You really think that I wouldn't be changed that easily? Well, it took me a lot of trials to become the Headmaster. 

It wasn't easy , but it inquires a lot of hard work and determination. 

That is what I've learnt from watching Ash and the other trainers. They never intend to give up onto their dreams, even if it is seems like everything was lost, they just keep on moving forward, no matter what." 

Max was silent for a moment but then he chuckles out of being accurate describing his old friend, as he said, "Well, yeah. I totally get it now. I was so stubborn of becoming a trainer, just like Ash , that I never had the true talent yet of becoming one. 

But with the support of my friends, I accomplished that dream . I know Spark would easily defeat Lusamine and rescue Persia, Serena and Latifa. 

But he doesn't have to do everything alone, he has us supporting him." 

Mekhi smiled as May entered the room. 

"Anything?" Max asks his older sister to hopefully have some good news better than he had. 

"I asked couple of trainers about Nihilego, but none of them never heard of the Ultra Beast . " She replies sadly as Mekhi said, "Oh, I see. I guess it's understandable. It's a new species of Pokémon that no one ever encounter before, and it's not updated by the Pokedex either." 

May turns to Max, "Any luck to hacking into Lusamine's data on the Ultra Wormhole, or the Ultra Beasts?"

Max shook his head sadly, "Her computer has a lot of security data that I can't have access to, even shinx had a hard time trying to maintain his electricity. " 

The phone rang as Mekhi picks it up. 

"Hello, Giovanni , or should I call you , Mekhi, now? It seems like you needed some assistance , I can help you. Is May and Max with you?

Tell them to meet me at this location." 

The man was seen as May and Max looked at one other. 

"It's all right, I'm a good guy , My name is Looker . I worked in Pokémon Investigator called, "The Global Police. 

I am close friends to Ash Ketchum. " 

"Amazing! Simply amazing!" Max said , which he was amazed of Looker's history. 

"You think you can help us find more information on Nihilego and the Ultra Wormhole, Mr. Looker?" May asks. 

"For now, just call me Looker. So, let's find out more about this new Pokémon . Mekhi also told me about Spark's history as well, so you can skip the details about him. 

May and Max were just relieved that help was coming in some sort of fate as Max grabbed his Pokegear and send a text to Spark.

~With Spark and the gang~

   Jessie and Spark were doing an mock battle with Gourgeist and Litten. 

"Gourgeist, use Seed Bomb!" Jessie said, as Spark yelled, "Litten, dodge it, and use Acrobatics!  

Both Pokémon uses their attacks as Leaf declares, "It's a draw! Wow, Spark, you and Litten have great bond with one other, and it seems that Litten really cares about you and Pichu. " 

Spark pets his Pokémon, "Well, Litten is a hard worker and he picks up new attacks so easily right off the bat. He's incredible.  

No offense to you, Gourgeist. " 

"None taken." Gourgeist replies through his aura. 

Then Spark's Pokegear rang up . "It's from Max! Why he sending me a text?"

"Hiya, Spark. Just to let you know, May and I already met up with Mekhi and we are helping you out from here in the Sinnoh Region with Looker. 

We'll try to figure out more about how you can defeat Nihilego and save Serena, Persia and Latifa in Aloha. 

I'll text you more details once we gather information in best we can.  We can do this , so don't do anything stupid and crazy on your own .  - Max"

Jessie peeks over her cousin's shoulder and read the text that he just received. 

"Oh, so , Looker's back in town, huh? That's a good news. I haven't heard from him for a long time." She said, which Leaf and Spark looked at the trainer, "You know who this guy is?" 

"Of course I do! He's a really good friend of ours , when Ash was on his Journey days. I was still unknown that Ash and I were related. " Jessie explains as Spark said, "Well, that is good news. I guess that we have some friends who knows what is going on with my mother and Persia." 

Leaf asks, "Does Ash and others know about this, about the Ultra Beasts and the Ultra Wormhole, and having Latifa as Ash and Serena's daughter?"

Spark said, "No, he and others don't know about any of this, we can't tell them yet. It's way too soon. Besides, my dad would try to stop us, even if it's dangerous. 

I.. I don't want to loose anyone else again. It took me a long time to adjust things with Ash being freed from Mekhi's evil project, "Project Chosen" , and he has a life he has been waiting for so long. 

I don't want him to risk his dream of having a real family. " 

Jessie smack her cousin, "You sound so much like your father more than you realize, Spark. Consider it as a good thing. " 

"Gee, thanks for the compliment." Spark said. But he wasn't sure of how long he can really keep this a secret from his father for long.

~With Ash , Brandon and the gang~

Ash groans as he notices Brandon's face. "Brandon, your face!" He touches the ink markings as he pointed at the former Pokémon master, "Your face too! What happened?"

Misty rubbed her face from the markings, "It's Jigglypuff. When that Jigglypuff starts to sing, we basically fall asleep." 

Clement said, "Well, that makes a lot of sense considering that is what these markings on our faces were." 

Bonnie looks around, "Hey, where did May and Max go?" 

Arron asks, "They were here with us when Jigglypuff came to us, right? It's strange." 

"We have to find them. They couldn't gone that far." Brandon said. 

"I'll use my Audrain Powers to locate them ." Ash said. He focused on their aura and he felt them, but also an familiar one. 

Ash was in total shock, "No." 

Bonnie was the first person to walk up to her friend in a concern matter, "Ash, what is it?"

"It's Giovanni. He's with May and Max as we speak." Ash said. 

"For real?!? Why they are with that creep? I thought he was in jail , from what he has done to Spark . 

He's the whole reason that you weren't around as being his father, remember by using you to become an experiment, "The Project Chosen!" Brock yells, seems to be irate of the situation. 

The gang follows Ash as that they were surprised to be in the Sinnoh Region, where Ash whistles. 

"The Sinnoh Region. I haven't been here in a long time." He said. 

"Let's try to locate May and Max, they haven't gone that far." Arron said. 

The group tries to follow the aura that Ash sensed as they bumped to a trainer that Ash and Brock recognize right away. 

"Dawn, Piplup!" Brock said, as the young trainer gasps of seeing her old friends again. 

"Ash! Brock! Long time no see!" She said, as she smiles at them as she raises her hand up for a handshake that she and Ash shared in their journey together. 

"Sure has, Dawn. It's been too long." He winks as Pikachu waves at Piplup. 

Clement, Bonnie, Brandon, Arron , and Alain were confused by this newly trainer that they bump into, as Dawn invited the entire group into her house to catch up. 

"It's really great to see you , Ash. I.. I haven't heard from you or Brock in three years. Even with continuing on being a Coordinator, I really wanted you there." Dawn said, as Ash rubbed his head, "I'm so sorry I wasn't able to attend any of your contests, Dawn.  

I was um, being preoccupied." 

"What you mean by that?" Dawn ask curiously as Brock turns to the former Pokémon Master, "You didn't mention anything to Dawn about you and Serena or the missing three years?"

"Well, with everything that happened, I haven't been able to cope with it, neither with Serena and Spark. We were trying to get our lives back together, as a family ." 

Brandon nods, "That is true, you and Spark are so much alike than I realized. " 

Dawn coughs, "I'm at total lost, guys. " 

Clement told the Coordinator everything , about Ash being held captive by Giovanni, and about Spark being Ash and Serena's son, and how much Serena raised Spark all on her own until his tenth birthday and he successfully rescues him. 

Dawn's eyes widen on how impact Ash's life was, as she said, "Oh, Ash. I'm so sorry that happened to you and your family." 

Alain said, "You're not the only person who still is in shock about Project Chosen.  I'm still mad at Giovanni for doing that. But there is a question that I can't get my mind set off from." 

"And what could that be?" Dawn asks. 

"Giovanni , he's in Sinnoh. With May and Max." Brandon said, which led her to be in total shock. 

"Let's go find them. They must in trouble if Giovanni is around." 

They found the Sinnoh Police Headquarters and stormed into the office where Max and Shinx were in total shock. 

"Uh oh." Max said, Shinx hid behind his trainer's back . 

Looker said, "Ash! Um, it's not like you think it looks like." 

"Looker, what's going on here? Wait, why you here, with him?!?" 

"Mekhi, we've been caught. " Max said, as the Sinnoh Pokémon Investigator Headmaster nods, "Yep. We're busted ." 

The tension was in the air, as the group has no idea of what is in store for them.
