Chapter 4

The next day, sometime in the afternoon I decided to work on my book. I thought about the "Tag you're it" idea a lot, then I decided to do it. I had this idea that, if you get a paper that says "You're it" written on it, it's your turn to go out and murder the other players. Something like that. It's not 100% like her book at all.

After applying this "tag you're it" game to my book, it got so many views. I received a lot of comments that the game idea was amazing. Because the comments were such a boost for me, I even added more ideas. Ideas that weren't mine. More likes more comments. It was just getting better and better.

I think you can manage to write a book without always taking my ideas and turning them around to make them seem any different than mine," Jakayla wrote. "It didn't phase me at first, but now you're getting out of hand."

As I was rereading some of my work. I realized that I had used a character in my story named Helen and that the father shot Helen because he was upset with the mother. No wonder Jakayla was mad. I didn't mean to use the same name. But then there was the four eyed creature, tag you're it, the ghost in the mirror, and a lot more stuff. As I reread things over it became clearer why Jakayla was indeed upset.

I just didn't know HOW upset it would make her...
